I paid for the room through Orbitz. When I checked in the said they needed my card for 50.00 incidentals. It was a deposit and it would go back into my account after a couple of days. It went through as a transaction. Now I have to try and get a refund. Beware

I didnt like anything!!!! The rooms are very dirty, stincky and old.

not a good place to stay in, people up all night making noise, kids running around, alot of sketchy people makes it more unpleasant

Staff did not take care of me. I made a reservation and they did not honor it. They informed me of this as i drove into the driveway after a 8 hour flight.

Bugs in the bed, had to sleep on the floor. Told staff about the incident and they did not assist with the matter. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, super unsanitary

I went to check in and I had booked my room as a smoking room first they told me that I couldn’t get one because it is too late to book then when I showed her my booking information the lady at the front desk went on to say there wasn’t any available I told them that it was fine I just need a room, they then went on to ask how many people would be in the room I said two. They told me They needed the I. d of the second person I told them not a problem, I told my boyfriend to come into the lobby and from that point on is when things got hectic. As soon as he walked through the door the lady at the front desk gave him a very dirty look and ask him for his I.D when he handed it too her she asked me mine again so I gave it too her. Then she pushed a button and 5 minutes later her manager came out and started asking both me and my boyfriend a series of questions from our age to how long we would be staying to where did we just come from. We answered most of them but it started to get a little uncomfortable when the manager would not stop looking at my boyfriend and kept asking him even more questions. We spent around 40 minutes already and we have yet to get our hotel room so I asked the lady when we will be able to pay and go to the room, she said give her a second because she will need to ask her manager. At this point I’m fed up and I tell her no thank you I will take my business else where

Room was very dirty had a cigarette smell in a non-smoking room on top of that their was ROACHES IN MY ROOM!!!! Two in the bed one in bathroom and two in the kitchen very nasty and disgusting will DEFINITELY NOT stay here again!!!!!

My room smelled like dog urine I actually had to go by carpet fresh and spray.. The chair in the room was broken it just was horrible

I used this brand here and there, however I can't believe how they manage the hotel like this. Everything is old and dirty, no trash can in the room plus there were many trash bags around on the stairs so as soon as we come out our room we see full of trash. I'm attaching picture of that. This hotel must be inspected by management of head quarter for sure.

Showed up only to have no staff in the office so we tried the phone even though three other people had been trying previous to us. We found another hotel/motel

Nothing good to say. I will never stay here again

Floors were filthy along with most surfaces in the room. There was broken glass in the flower beds all the outside trashes were over flowing the entire time we were there. There were large gaps under the doors and missing weatherstripping so hot air just came in. Non of the drains really drained effectively had to turn the water off in the middle of my shower and just to rinse a cup in the kitchen the sink filled. The cabinets fridge were dirty and the fridge was not cold upon arrival.

Price is good. Front desk staff are AMAZING. If you just looking for a place to sleep then its a bargain.. Nothing special.
