Arrived at 8:00 PM. Found complex full. They did not have my reservation. they called other of their sites in town and found no rooms available. I had to on my own call Best Western in another town (Woodland CA) 22 miles away an fortunately found a room for $108.16 a night. Great way to arrive in town after spending most of the day in and airplane. Some how the Hotel did not notify Ortbiz that there were no rooms. Your internal problem became mine and all I get are the emails asking for me to rate the "service". Hopefully you can do a little more than that. Norm B.

Fleas in sink, generally dingy, toilet didn't flush well, wifi didn't work.

Very dirty inside and out. Elevators are disgusting. Hair in shower room smells. Wont be staying there at all.

Worst experience ,dirty sheets,room smelled ,counter attendant bad attitude not helpful,checked in at 10 pm to late to go to another hotel.

The facility was a big disappointment. No cleaning or maid service. No free internet after first day. The free breakfast they advertise is what they call "A grab and run"\. They will not see me there again.

Paid in advance for one night smoking via Orbitz. Nice girl at desk - she said no more smoking rooms. She could check at other locations but I would have to pay again. I booked this location because it was the others didn't have smoke rooms. Knowing I couldn't get another room I took non-smoke room. Room was clean. The dresser/night stands drawers would not stay on track. No hangers. Bathroom tub was plastic and perfect if you like to stand in dirty water because of slow drain. Overall room was good just old. Visit was terrible because had to go outside to smoke. I would not recommend or stay here again because fully paid in advance reservation room was not provided

The hotel is close to the airport and the area is clean there's a 24/7 security guard on duty.

Great customer service from the staff. Close to IHOP, Carl Jr's, Taco Bell and other restaurants. The hotel is great for families, couples and even those who just want peace of mind.

Hotel could be nice but staff does NOT care to be there or they just hate their job. Check in was horrible, had to wait because the agent was folding laundry?? After finally getting checked, The room was VERY dirty and smelled horrible. When I asked if there was another room she quickly said NOPE. I had already been charged for the full stay. So before I could possibly sleep or bring my luggage in I went to Target to get cleaning supplies. Im not all crazy about germs but this was ridiculous. Front desk was always locked and a sign taped to the window said SOLD OUT

Bad odor in the room. The room was not clean enough.

People making noise all night. Room wasn't real clean. Refreg. leaked onto the floor. No extra towels and soaps. Not a nice place to take a walk......

Room was what I expected for the price. Clean but not spotless. They didn't have the dishes the advertise they would but aside from that it was good.

Stayed many times at different locations and enjoyed eacg one

Hotel was fine. Rugs could be replaced. Location was convenient.

Breakfast was disappointing. Convenient location, clean room, friendly staff but sometimes made mistakes with reservation dates. Corrected them patiently when brought to notice.

I neglected the words Extended Stay, I live in the Ghetto, and when I arrived here it was just like I never left home... spend the extra dollars for a closer place, as after the taxi rides to my meeting, I would have saved money and stayed a walk away in a nicer place...

The person who checked me in was very courteous however, the room was filthy. The bathroom was not clean, there was someones old soap bar in the tub. The fridge had some kind of yellow liquid in a small Fugi bottle. The bed was speaking and the sheets underneath were not cleaned (some's hair was left in the sheets). The carpet was also not clean. Overall would NOT recommend.

Not a good experience. Looked like there were shady characters around all night. No coffee in room. Vending machines with $3 drinks in them.
