Beds are super uncomfortable for the price they charged us for the room.
Me and my boyfriend and we had to make a couple trips from the car accident room to carry in our luggage and personal items not even 15 minutes after we sat down in the room we are at a loud banging at our door and it was security two security guards 1 withholding a copy of mine and my boyfriend's ID he said are you alone in here I told him yes just me and my boyfriend he said do you mind if I look I said yeah that's fine what's going on he then stated that there were reports of multiple people going in and out of my room and needed to verify that it was just me and my boyfriend in the room I say we had just checked in not even 15 minutes before and that was not accurate maybe they had wrong information he said no he was very rude and today power trip going on I let him and the other card come in the room we hadn't even use the bathroom yet everything was still in place evil throughout the whole room then begin to look at our personal items that we had on our dressers there was nothing there what's cost-efficient or get us in trouble but I felt that it was unnecessary as he stated he was coming in to verify we were the only at that point he already did verify nobody else is in the room I started looking at our personal item throughout the roof why he was looking at her items why he felt the need to look around the room at our personal items and he got very defensive and said because we had reports of things at I'll kick you out right now I was thought that he said that
The clerk at the desk was very racist towards black people it was very uncomfortable all the black people have to stay on the third floor and the next day when I was trying to get a room at the bottom floor I booked my ticket my husband and I and he said they refuse to rent to me because I voice my opinion about how they was treating of color
I did not.stay there. It was not safe place. Please send me money back.
Furniture needs to update. The room and it seems to be the outside of the hotel needs to be remodeled.
The rooms were nice, however the property on the outside looked like a trap spot.
I didn't like how the pool is not clean for kids to swim in it.. the tub was dirt around the ring
Definitely get what you pay for. Don't pay full price for this place. The only good things about this place were that the staff is friendly, the TV was fully functional and they have 24/7 security, for what it's worth. The room itself was very run down. The bathroom door looked like a dog tried chewing through the bottom, from the inside. The towel rack was literally starting to fall away from the wall. The caulking around the tub/shower parts was coming off.
Nothing really I’ve been using this property. But it seems nothing to tell .
Very poor cleanliness and so much noise coming from the outside and other rooms.
The blanket was rip off, otherwise the place was ok for the money. nice location, 5 minutes away from my friends house and 10 minutes to faces
Was not that clean and like I said I am disable was put on the second floor when I got there I was told there was no rooms on the first floor but then I seen lots of other people on the first floor and I had a reversion plus you have no one to help people with there bags very sad but no worries I will stay there anymore for the price you charge and then still charged me a 100 dollars deposit and I am on a fix income
Had to stay a night in this motel. The room was basic. Did enjoy that it was a smoke-free motel. Average free breakfast muffins, toast, and waffles etc. Only complaint was my shower curtain rod was not level so had gaps on the ends of the shower and water pressure pretty bad. Overall good for one night.
Hotel was kinda broken down and dirty. Spa didnt work which is the reason i chose to get this hotel. Coffee pot was dirty and broken. When i wold them of my issues they didn't seem to care. :( Beds were clean and comfy.
With this hotel you get what you pay for, if you stayed at motel 6 the rooms would probably be better than the one we stayed in.
the whole outside of property needs a powerwash - they say "non-smoking" but cigarette butts are everywhere. Nothing much to say about this other than we were here for a 7 hr sleep to catch an early flight - close to airport.
Pros: very convenient to the interstate. A nice pool and hot tub. Surrounded by restaurants. Cons: Not enough parking. We stayed three days and our room was only cleaned once. Pretty noisy guests and some sketchy parking lot activities at night
