Great property HORRIBLE rental company

The property and rental unit was great. HOWEVER, days leading up to stay were horrible. DO NOT rent from Christian at RRP. Two days prior to our arrival I was notified by text that our first two nights were being cancelled! Christian, nor anyone at the “rental agency” would answer a phone call, they would only text with apologies that there were no longer available rooms and they were extremely busy. I had already paid for rooms and they had been scheduled and confirmed for over a month. Upon arrival at Wilderness Club I found out from others that had also rented from Christian that this was a common problem they have. Again, great trip and great property but never again will I use Christian. Unprofessional and unacceptable behavior!
