Good place to stay but found a few roaches in my room multiple days. Staff is incredible. The food is okay, try to book the restaurants if you can specifically the Zen restaurant. Check in and check out was great. Fair warning if you book any excursions with Jam expect the 4-5 hour round trip. Multiple stops at different hotels to pick up others who booked.
