The property has a private beach( you can see fish in the water) the staff were outstanding. Eventhough this is an all inclusive resort, the servers worked their butts off, I am shocked that some guest feel they do not have to leave a TIP, which is optional. For the first class meals and service they provide, please please please consider a TIP especially if you have a large party. Lastly, I did not know we were in the shopping district with at least a mile long row of shops directly outside the hotel.

Really excellent hotel in terms of the room, the views, the property in general and the food. I would stay there again. I do have a few issues though: 1) checkout time is 11:00 am. I found myself rushing to get out of the room because I had assumed 12 noon, which is the norm 2) There seems to be some inflexibility with the housekeeping staff. Their schedule doesn't seem to allow them to make any adjustments once they show up to clean. 3) Getting off property is very expensive. I think at a minimum this hotel should offer some type of tour of the general area, with a few stops, that is free of charge. 4) The desserts. While there is lots of it and it is good enough. I am not sure they chose the best baker in town :). I do a lot of baking so maybe on this one I am nitpicking.

Property was clean, room was clean! Staff was very nice and pleasant!!! The pool wasn’t the “cleanest”. Overall the property is cool, it’s not a turn up hotel, this is a hotel to come and relax. Only downfall was no 24/7 room service! So you basically can’t eat after 10. There is a 24/7 cafe, but it’s “snack” items. Property is also very far from activities so expect to spend money in cab fare to get to excursions!

Monique at the front desk, as well as the intern were fantastic. I thought this was more of a resort type property, when it should be noted its more of a boutique hotel with beach access. The dining options are limited. However, both the steak dinner (5th floor) and buffet breakfast were very good. The pool was a little murky for my taste, but the beach is lovely, and AJ, who supplies chairs and umbrellas was just fantastic. The beach has incredibly clear water, and you can snorkel and see marine life, which is always a big plus. Overall everyone was VERY nice, the rooms were also very nice. The pillows and mattress could use an upgrade. Also note that the hotel is right on the Hip Strip which is very noisy, but our room faced the ocean/pool so noise was limited for us.

S Hotel is small but beautiful. The pool and service are great and there is a beautiful beach with drink service provided. It is an intimate experience. The spa was incredible we got a couple message and Emmy my masseuse took me to a level of relaxation I’ve never had. Highly recommend the Irie baths as well which are included with your stay. The food was good with 3 restaurants on property as well as a high end coffee shop that stayed open 24 hours. Buffet by pool for a burger or grilled chicken is a nice choice. The room was clean and beautiful with a double walk in shower and soak tub with an ocean view. I would recommend this property for a relaxing and enjoyable time.

The S Hotel is a small boutique all-inclusive and so is different from huge all-inclusives with a giant party atmosphere. However, if you want luxury, the most amazing staff I have ever worked with, a wonderful location, a romantic and more laid-back feel, excellent food, pool, and beach as well as drink options, great activities in an adults-only place...we could not have been happier!

Wonderful, relaxing experience all the way around. Facilities were clean and well kept, and very comfortable. Staff was exceptional, kind, friendly and one of the very best things about this place. Food was good, with a nice variety to choose from (and available when you wanted something.). The pool and beach area were beautiful, with service being helpful but not intrusive.
