The staff , food , ambience was perfect! We spent New years and did not know what to expect. To our surprise it was phenomenal. The buffet they had was much better than the private dinner lol. Rooms and amenities were wonderful, food was delicious and a great variety, the ambience and activities were amazing. But what stands out the absolute most is the incredible super friendly and helpful staff! Everyone was willing to answer any question, offered a smile and conversation any time you passed by. I cannot recommend this place more. We are well-seasoned travelers with two teenage children. This was the best experience we have ever had. I would recommend this resort to people who do not need a party vacation, but are looking for high quality luxurious relaxation. Pros: - Food food food(so much variety, always available and fresh, creative offerings, amazingly tasty) - wonderful shower(water pressure, heat) -daily entertainment(every day had unique activities from hotel history tour to trivia, to water aerobics, to beer pong to dominoes and so on) It was fun to lounge for a bit and then play. - evening entertainment(mostly a variety of bands, singers... but played great music and all done by 10pm) - not crowded(always a cabana, a pool chair or a beach chair available. buffet is not a mad dash, but calm and easy to navigate) - staff(so helpful and accommodating) - resort size(only 115 rooms with all spaces around the pool. We were there with a 15 year old, a 17 year old and two 80 year olds. The resort was so easily accessible for all. We met so many families with kids and the kids were able to all run around the resort. Perfect size) Cons: - wifi was extremely spotty. This could be due to the hurricane and could be considered a pro as my kids had to stay off. - rooms feel a bit tired, but who stays in the rooms. - fitness center is small, but does the job. - evening entertainment is more geared towards adults.

Amazing views especially from my balcony. Being on the beach was a huge plus. Staff was amazing and very helpful. The lobby atmosphere and decor just pulled you right in the moment you enter. The food was good. Pool and surrounding aesthetics were very nice. This hotel had everything - pool, beach, walkable to may shops, local restaurants, casino, and night life. Definitely one of my favorites and will be returning.

Fantastic stay overall! This is definitely our only choice when going to Jamaica! The property and surrounding views are spectacular! The staff is outstanding, and very attentive! The spa was so relaxing and the perfect addition to our stay! The beach is gorgeous and just steps away from the hotel! We rented a room with a private cabana, and were very pleased with that option! 10/10 highly recommend this hotel!
