The S Hotel is a small boutique all-inclusive and so is different from huge all-inclusives with a giant party atmosphere. However, if you want luxury, the most amazing staff I have ever worked with, a wonderful location, a romantic and more laid-back feel, excellent food, pool, and beach as well as drink options, great activities in an adults-only place...we could not have been happier!

Immediately upon arrival you are treated as a VIP. The staff and the food a 5 star experience. You get the feeling when you are at this property that the staff does not work for tips and that they are just there to serve your needs. Most of the staff are regularly going above and beyond. For example, if there is a dish that is not available, the chef will prepare it for you and deliver it to you personally. I had the fortune of staying in two of their rooms. One room was their smallest room and the other room was one size up from the smallest room. The room that is one size up is so much larger and such substantial improvement that I believe it is worth the money get the bigger room. To give you an idea, the bathroom in the room that is one size up appears to be larger than the sleeping area of the smaller room. There are no high pressure sales going on at this resort. There is a large beach that is semiprivate that has a section partitioned off for guest of this resort. I am told by locals that this beach is the cleanest on the island and the only one with no haggling from outside vendors. The entire property is very secure, and I felt safe the entire time. The resort is very laid back and during my stay the property was not very crowded and you could walk on the beach any time and get a lawn chair with an umbrella set up by the staff (month of October). Your stay includes a free 20 min foot massage and daily access to a 3 pool spa at no additional cost.
Let's start with the hotel is about a 10-15 minute drive from MBJ airport. Wonderful! It's on one of the prettiest beaches in Jamaica, outside of Negril, Doctor's Cave, and it's located on the strip. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I was treated and felt incredible. The staff was very attentive, patient, and polite. The experience they provided my parents and me was much more than that of a 4-star hotel. The suites were gorgeous, the shower, the tub, the balcony, and the view. The historical figures, items, and artwork throughout the property, are amazing. The decor and themes of the restaurants are amazing. The entertainers at dinner were professional and sounded great. Someone took time, thought, and energy when creating this hotel and training the staff, and I greatly appreciate it.
Nothing was unique. No music on the beach. No drinks on the beach. More for old retiree who needs a place to go to sleep the whole entire sunny days while in Jamaica 🇯🇲 😡 . No activities, no shuttles to take us to and fro, staff were visible but as visible as a tree, No interactions whatsoever. All the food tastes the same. Nothing wow or spectacular or memorable about the food. It was and boring overall. Wasted money and wasted trip.
The property is clean and smell nice. Not to mention the welcoming meet & greet. Staff’s A plus I’m already planning my trip for my birthday. I highly recommend this small luxury hotel for your next trip.

We came to Jamaica for my husband’s birthday/much needed vacation and we had the most amazing time staying at the S Hotel. The reviews is one of the reasons I chose S Hotel. The staff made our stay impeccable they were so nice and always wanting to accommodate us in anyway we needed to be. The restaurants/food was so delicious and the atmosphere was everything!!! We would definitely without question stay here again. We were here for 5 nights and wished we could have stayed longer!!! I’m telling my friends about S Hotel. Shone shout outs to your staff Delroy at the sky pool was so nice and friendly to us and Kimmoy at the Jamrock restaurant was awesome, and the food at Roots Restaurant was amazing!!! Marlon the assistant General manager was so nice also along with Marvin and Lincoln and some others I can’t remember their names but S Hotel was AWESOME!!! We will be back!!!
Property was fantastic. Small enough to utilize everything but big enough to still have plenty of space at beach/pool/restaurants. Good food, great drinks, amazing views and the beach/ocean area is perfect.
I loved the vibe here. It was chill but had moments for activities and music that was perfect to lead up to whatever else you got into that night. The service and staff were amazing and it felt very clean.
