Fantastic stay overall! This is definitely our only choice when going to Jamaica! The property and surrounding views are spectacular! The staff is outstanding, and very attentive! The spa was so relaxing and the perfect addition to our stay! The beach is gorgeous and just steps away from the hotel! We rented a room with a private cabana, and were very pleased with that option! 10/10 highly recommend this hotel!

I had a massage and I was very pleased with the results. I loved the food options and ambiance at the resort. The only suggestion is that there should be sufficient wash cloths left in bathroom. There were 3 guests in my room and only 2 face cloths left. One day the tissue container was left empty and there was no toilet tissue left in water closet.

Staff is great! The beach and the views are great. Need to have more towels and beach chair covers, it seemed to be an issue every day at the beach. Drink “all inclusive” 3 options on the beach is not good, I understand not taking orders of different drinks on the beach, but we should be allowed to bring them on the beach if we got them at the bar. The room was not very clean. And daily room service wasn’t always done. Food options for breakfast weren’t great. Jamaica has so many fresh fruit, they barely had fruit and was dry. The food options at the restaurants weren’t different from the buffet, not worth waiting for availability.

The S Hotel in Montego Bay is even more breathtaking in person than any photo or video could ever capture. This was a life-changing trip, made all the more special as I came to celebrate a meaningful birthday with my cousin. From the moment we arrived, the warmth, generosity, and attentiveness of the staff were unmatched. The service is truly second to none. Rowin, Delroy, and the manager Homroy went above and beyond, forming a genuine connection with us throughout our stay. There were so many others that were so welcoming to us but I did not write down all of their names unfortunately. Every team member—from the front desk to the buffet downstairs, restaurants, bar, and housekeeping—was simply exceptional. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel completely cared for. The beach is just steps from the property, offering spectacular views and a serene atmosphere. I will return to this hotel every time I visit Jamaica—there is no other choice. If you're looking for an unforgettable experience where your every need is met and you're treated like family, the S Hotel is where you need to be. As someone of Jamaican heritage through my parents, I can say the food is both authentic and delicious. This stay allowed me to fully immerse myself in the music, cuisine, culture, and vibrant spirit of Jamaica. It was a beautiful, soul-nourishing experience.

I dont have anything bad to say. I loved the food, the pool is 24hrs. Although no children were there, i think they should go back to adults only. I loved that the property managers were personable! Oh and get rid of that dj! Ya’ll need a young lively one!
