I had a private pool and did not visit the public pool. Bathroom was not properly maintained- shower floor was slippery grom dosp isef by previous visitors and all the counter tops had permanent ring marks from wet cups. Bathrooms needs to be refurbished. I was with someone who had mobility issues and at times no shuttle came. Why lie about getting someone to sit in a time share meeting though? We were told we were getting a tour othe property for the hotel's anniversary and in the end we would get a beach bag etc. Workers were friendly to the point of mild annoyance on my part. I would visit again because nowhere is perfect. Lots of rm for improvement.

The resort was lovely: clean, well maintained, gorgeous room and facilities. The staff was wonderful. Initially, I liked the food at the buffet, but they need to switch it up. 6 days of eating the same food got boring. The food at the sports bar was horrible. I did enjoy the food at the Asian restaurant. The entertainment was not good either. I would go back because the people and the resort itself were absolutely lovely

This is one of the hotels were the staff would go beyond regular duties to make our visit enjoyable. They communicate clearly We didn't feel pressured to tip the staff which is unusual. Most of all NO holding lounge chairs for more than an hour . I will be going back.

The grand palladium was definitely a resort to ou must stay in. Friendly staff, clean, the entertainment was especially better than other resorts we have been to. I have a problem with Expedia though. We booked our trip through Expedia but did not know our airport was in Kingston. So we had to pay 400usd, back and forth to the airport from grand palladium which was located 4hrs away. I will be paying more attention to the drop offs and pickups from our airports to hotel
