Our third time at the Grand Palladium Jamaica resort. Always a relaxing, care free stay. Staff is exceptionally friendly, hotel is constantly making improvements. The entertainment group has really stepped up the caliber of the shows! What brings us back, though is the gorgeous location at the Point in Lucea, and the ability to snorkel to colorful reefs just off of the beach.

My family and I spent 5 days at The Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton. The staff were helpful and courteous. The food was very much lacking in quality. Meat was usually half cooked which got my son throwing up after eating steak from the buffet. Soups and food in general were rarely hot enough. The service was slow in all restaurants. Lots of wiring to eat even when tables were empty as it took long for them to clean up after guests are. The only food we enjoyed was the breakfast served. We loved the station where your eggs were cooked right infront of you. They do have a great spa service and excellent programs for teens and kids of all ages. Entertainment by the staff in the evening was great. They have a nice theatre to hold shows. Our phone was not working on the first day and bedsheets on both beds were stained which staff changed as soon as we complained. The shower created one huge flood on the floor as it would not close properly. Towels provided to rooms were yellowed with age and mostly stained. Lastly beware and keep your belongings safe. Room safe never worked or locked. I left my hat in the lobby and it was gone. My camera was left on the Jamaica tours shuttle early in the morning with no other passengers ( 4am) and on calling the shuttle a few minutes later driver claimed it was never in the shuttle yet I had pictures of us getting onto the shuttle with the camera. Don't use Jamaica tours Ltd shuttle if you don't want your belongings stolen.

first our flight was cancelled so we lost a day but we were supposed to check in early next day when we got there but got there and had to wait over two hrs for our rooms finally got them at five oclock got upgraded to lady hamilton but was nothing special some staff were very rude as others were very nice buffet food was usual buffet food restaraunts were decent outdoor jacuzzi dont work pool and entertainment were good seemed to be a lot of people working all over the place but seemed to be understaffed

The kids enjoyed the water park, mini golf etc. The good thing about the water park is that it is very shallow and safe to leave the kids on their own. The life guards were always around and seemed to be very alert.

Wonderful stay. 7 different restaurant choices for dinner. No requirement to make a reservation. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Basic rooms are huge in comparison to other facilities, including a jacuzzi, large shower, and balcony.

Check is a nightmare took hours to be able to check in. Check out also take time.

My husband and I stayed here November 2016, upon checking in, we originally were booked at the Grand Palladium, but the room provided to us not appropriate. We were then transferred to the Lady Hamilton (the other side of the resort). We were given Roon 3826 and upon walking in, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean & spacious. The bathroom housed a large, jetted, whirlpool tub, there was a very nice King size bed, two sitting chairs and a sofa. We had a balcony that overlooked the gym area, which still was a nice view. Ayesha was very nice as she assisted us with check-in. The buffets & restaurants were all suitable, the food was served hot & tasty & the selections were appropriate. The adult pool & bar were pleasing as well. Maid service was to standard, but I noticed that she didn't clean our shower. Upon check-out, we scheduled the bell-hop service to retrieve our baggage. We made a 9:50am appointment, as our car service was to arrive at 10:15am. No one ever showed to retrieve our bags. My husband and I had to carry all of our belongings to the front desk as we checked out. We walked all luggage, bags, purses, etc ourselves. When we reached the bell-hop, I inquired as to why no one came as requested and promised, he only stated he was sorry and that I should've called back. That explanation was not sufficient for my husband and I. Nevertheless, we had an enjoyable trip overall & I would recommend the Grand Palladum Lady Hamilton to others.

I had a Jr. Suite with Ocean view/balcony and it was beautiful. However, my king size bed wasn't as comfortable as I hoped. The mattress was to flat and hard.

Very nice beach , enjoyed watching the sunset and snorkeling at the private beach for the Travel club members. It's a great all inclusive hotel. People of palladium are very nice. Great shows every night. The only thing is that I and my husband and some of our friends had loose BM during our stay . Also we called for maintenance 2x at night but they didn't show up to check our air conditioner.

Almost everything for your comfort, but too spread out. Sometimes it took too long to get the shuttle to other areas, that eats into your time. Not the nicest beach, the creole restaurant was a bit disappointing mainly because I was expecting escovitch fish, not just a dry fry fish with couple onion rings thrown on.

Awesome experience! Kids enjoyed all amenities. Food in restaurants was good. employees were helpful and pleasant.

Beautiful hotel with a lot to do. They always had a show at the end of the night in the auditorium. The food was so and so. People there were really nice and always had a smile on their face.Will definitely consider going back to either this resort or one of their affiliate resorts in other countries.

I was very excited to take my wife to Jamaica because she had never been there. When we arrived at the hotel, I could sense that the staff was not very friendly. We checked into our room which I must agree was very beautiful. The problem was that anytime we left the room to go into the main lobby of hotel we were bombarded by hotel staff with promotions just to get more money out of us. I don't think that this was nice of them and I did not appreciate it at all. They even went as far as to call our hotel room at 7am to tell us about these promotions. The beaches were terrible and a lot were blocked off because of construction. How can you have a hotel on the north coast of Jamaica with no beach? That is one of the main reason why people travel to Jamaica. I am currently planning another trip to Jamaica to make it up to her and there is no chance of me staying in Grand Palladium.

My experience with this hotel was horrible. Above all the alarm or bugs sound was so terrified so I was afraid to sleep.

Although the hotel, staff & amenities were great, the horrible 'schedule'...ie: events that didn't exist, even after you figured out where they may be...really needs tremendous improvement. It is a very large property...trams do not run on any logical schedule...so when it was finally figured out WHERE a 'scheduled event' was taking place, and you finally arrived...there was NO EVENT often times.

DONT'T TAKE ANYTHING OF VALUE!!! MY MEDICATION AND MONEY WAS STOLEN AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE!!!

Ate at all the restaurants the steakhouse and buffets where excellent. Everything else was okay. Could of had a better alcohol selection found only one bar with vodka. Red stripe taste ten times better in th e bottle than draft. Beer was not cold enough coming out of there draft system. The view of the ocean was phenomenal from the second floor of the infinity bar.

I traveled to Jamaica with my girlfriend for vacation. After some research we decided on The Grand Palladium due to the the fine dining and the views. We started with about about a 45 minute ride from the airport to the hotel with a really good driver who gave us a short tour on the way. Upon arriving to our resort I had booked Grand Palladium side but I was moved to the Lady Hamilton side which I didn't mind. (to me it just seemed like opposites of the property) We were greeted warmly and given welcome drinks of rum punch and began the check in process. We were told the room was not ready and that we can go and grab our self something to eat. After eating we went back to finish checking in and the room still was not ready. We waited about another 45 minutes before the room was finally ready. We jumped on a golf cart shuttle and were dropped off to our room. We entered the room and they were doing finishing touches. When all was said and done the room was perfect. It had a jacuzzi, a walk in shower, queen bed, a porch and everything that was needed. After settling in we set out to sight see. The view of the pool was excellent. There's a swim up bar. This was the go to spot from 12pm-6pm. Lots of Dinner options. We tried 6 different a la carte restaurants ( one each night). The Indian food was by far the best and most surprising. The Mexican was OK. The steak house was pretty good. The Asian spot was excellent. Our last night we enjoyed the seafood restaurant overlooking the beach which was pretty good and fresh. Our days consisted of waking up grabbing breakfast at one of the buffet restaurants. After that we would enjoy some sun at the beach. We tried the pedal boats. During one beach session we participated in water aerobics. The Jerk Hut is a must for lunch. After the beach we would go to the swim up bar at the pool. At 6 we would get ready for dinner and enjoy one of the a la carte restaurants. Every night there was live music and a show that we could enjoy. There's a casino you can lose your money in (LOL). There was also a night club we enjoyed one night. The sports bar is the spot to go to at night to grab a quick bite or a quick drink. All in all my experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend this hotel and Jamaica to everyone. If you looking for a relaxing vacation Jamaica is definitely that. The hotel seems to try to cater to everyone. Cons- long check in process, mattress was not comfortable ( after the third night i was feeling sore), construction noise (which I didn't really mind being that i went during off season). Pros- various good food options, gorgeous views , huge pool, staff was amazing, various things to keep you entertained on the resort.

This was a disappointment, the hotel staff was very friendly but there were sales people attacking all the time, the buffets were coldish food most of the time, the restaurants that were open were pretty good but only a few were open all the time, the Casino had no air conditioning had a problem getting clean washclothes and soap?? This is out in the middle of nowhere

4 star building with 3 star service

good fun for kids !

The kids enjoyed the water park, mini golf etc. The good thing about the water park is that it is very shallow and safe to leave the kids on their own. The life guards were always around and seemed to be very alert.

I had a Jr. Suite with Ocean view/balcony and it was beautiful. However, my king size bed wasn't as comfortable as I hoped. The mattress was to flat and hard.

nice all inclusive hotel

Very nice beach , enjoyed watching the sunset and snorkeling at the private beach for the Travel club members. It's a great all inclusive hotel. People of palladium are very nice. Great shows every night. The only thing is that I and my husband and some of our friends had loose BM during our stay .
