Great property! Lots of places to hang. Lots of bars and great places to eat. Really enjoyed the pool and beach access.

Phenomenal place to stay its beautiful staff are beyond friendly and helpful from the moment you walk on the property a young lady named Crystal helped me and my boyfriend multiple times with different questions and the food was delicious and authentic best resort food I’ve had hands down will definitely be coming back

We was very disappointed with our stay the rooms smelled like mildew, the bed is old and extremely uncomfortable we didn’t get any sleep. The bathroom on the Jamaica side had little nats in it. Room smelled horrible. So we paid the difference to get another room on the lady Hamilton side that was even worse. Bathroom tub dirty. We never got a chance to use the jacuzzi tub. My husband ran the water to clean it out the button for the jacuzzi got jammed and water is splashing everywhere. A big mess. We called maintenance to fix it they came 25 minutes later by that time my husband fix it. They seriously need to get that mildew smell out of those rooms. I had a bad headache the entire time there. One point I rather slept on the beach or pool area then sleep in that mildew smell room. I seriously want my money back. Never 👎 again.

Everything was great especially the friendly staff

Everything was very well

Everythng was very well together we had a pleasant stay

The pool area was really nice.

Absolutely beautiful property and facilities. Staff was overall very friendly with only a few individuals who seemed annoyed/cold when spoken to (perhaps a cultural misalignment/misunderstanding?). We had to change rooms our first night due to what looked/smelled like sewage backing up into our shower which was done expeditiously but would have been nice to receive some kind of apology/acknowledgement of the inconvenience for us. Food was overall decent 3.5/5 stars (of note, the Jamaican items were easily 5/5 stars so dont miss out!). I do think the food experience would be enhanced if their staff were provided the opportunity to eat at all of their restaurants as they were unable to provide many recommendations since they are forbidden from doing so (sad!). Appreciated their use of reusable plastic cups and paper straws as well as how spacious/spread out the resort is. Also really appreciated their universal enforcement of wearing face-masks in designated high-traffic areas. Overall, would give Grand Palladium 4 out of 5 stars. I think you will find an exhilarating and economically priced tropical getaway here.

This property was the best I've been to in Jamaica. The food was great and we didn't even get the chance to eat at all the restaurants during our stay because there were so many options. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

Everything was great.

Some of the staff was friendly. Depending what day it was.

I have been to Jamaica plenty of times and this by far was the worst vacation. The staff was unfriendly and keep waiting for things that was needed. Check in was the worst. No one seem interested in doing anything to help or make things better. I would not recommend this resort

The food at the property was good. But they have a long wait for the steak house. Asking for water was always an issue. I had to get it myself or wait for the guy that restocks to tell him 2 small bottles is not enough. The rooms were very low lit and dated. The bathrooms were worse. The plus was the bathroom did have a Jacuzzi. Some of the staff was very helpful and others not so much. I feel the management needs to evaluate procedures. You can't tell guests not to self serve at the buffet and then not have someone there to serve. Or tell a guest they could buy water at the gift shop at an all inclusive. Or have them wait several hours to deliver a blanket which should have been in the room in the firlst place. Oh and for a supposedly 4 star property reserving the top shelf liquor for only those who buy time shares makes a guest say thanks I don't need a time share because I won't be coming back.

the atmosphere was pleasant. the staffs were very nice.. nice pool spacing. rooms need some updated furniture.

would recommend to a friend

The nightly entertainment was excellent. Due to the pandemic and we were not going around the country this was needed. This was a world by itself the beach. jerk hut with daily entertainment. We liked the spa we had a hot oil massage. Loved all the restaurant. The Jamaican restaurant was our favorite.

Grounds were well maintained, staff very friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very rude and we saw roaches on our dinner table which made our group leave the restaurant.
