Went in April 2018, and I felt service was more on point than when we typically visit early in the season (Feb). Outside areas were stunning! Best pool you’ll find in Jamaica. Lots of entertainment provided by a fun staff. Will be back!

This hotel is amazing and the people who work it are good people,,So helpful , sweet, and So polite!! Don’t know if I’ll ever go back to Mexico!!

This was my husbands first trip to Jamaica and our first time to stay at the Grand Palladium. It is a beautiful resort! We were greeted by friendly staff and offered rum punch, beer, water and cokes upon arrival. The grounds were amazing! Very clean and well manicured. The staff was very helpful and everyone was so friendly! We were traveling with 4 couples total. The check in process was quick and easy. The staff tried their best to get all 4 rooms close to each other. There are several swimable beach areas with lots of activities included. Several pools with activities as well. Nightly entertainment. Several restaurants with really good food! The steak house was one of our favorites. We also loved the hibachi restaurant with chef Ching Ching! So fun! The Italian restaurant was very good as well! There are 2 indoor buffets and an out door buffet. I honestly think this was some of the best buffet food we’ve had! Breakfast was amazing! Don’t miss the jerk hut!!! The jerk chicken and pork was delicious! We stayed on the Lady Hamilton side. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the bathroom had a huge jacuzzi bath tub. The mini fridge was restocked everyday with water, cokes, juices and beer. We would definitely stay at the Grand Palladium Jamaica resort again!

Hotel is a beautiful property about 40 minutes from Montego Bay. Lobby and Main Pool are beautiful. We had a very expensive room rate, and our pillows and bed were in poor condition, at best. The resort lacks attention to detail, i.e. garbage (napkins, food, etc...) is strewn about the resort and employees just walk by it. Nobody picks up. While the room itself was clean in appearance, it was tidied only. I don't believe any disinfectant is used as stains are apparent. I cleaned the remote, hair dryer and sink handles myself with wipes. Food at the pool/lunch areas is a 2 out of 5 stars. Dinner is a 3. The Indian Restaurant was the best, I give it a 4 out of 5 stars. Also, the Sports Bar was fun, they had the bowl games on and the bartender, Gregory, was just awesome. Oh and I would love a to go coffee cup in the morning, and unfortunately they don't have one... The funny thing is, we met people who go back to the resort twice a year and bring their own blankets, pillows and to go coffee mugs. For $500 a night for 2 people over the holidays, next time, I'll just pick another resort. I'm rating the room based on the value I paid. Should it have been about $200 less a night, it may have met expectations. We were very disappointed in the attention to details. I will say, everyone was very nice though, we just didn't feel the resort was cleaned properly.

This hotel has everything needed for a great experience. The food selections are wonderful, activities and manicured gardens. If your looking for a beach experience the lady Hamilton side would be for you as the Grand Palladium Jamaica side has more pools and not the best beach experience. Over all you have access to excellent drinks, views, rooms, entertainment and great staff. Can't wait to go back

Staff was very pushy and ignorant at times.when we booked we got a coupon book but we could only use it on 10 items of the hotels choice ,what a waste. Found broken tiles in our room and roaches. Every dinner we had we waited over an hour to be seated right in an almost empty Resturant because we were a group of eight people and the staff is unable to accommodate a group. I will not be returning to this hotel or any of its other locations.

The hotel facilities are amazing! Great pool, room, restaurants and beach. I would never come back or recommend this hotel due to the horrible rude staff. From the front desk to the staff at the restaurants, the staff is rude and treats you like they do not want you there. I read it in a few reviews, but did not believe it. I found out myself. The ruined the great place they have.

Resort was very nice, food was excellent. Resort isn't handicap friendly. Having RA sometimes it's difficult to walk. Got to hotel wanted to put me on 3rd floor and there are no elevators. Finally changed my room to the 2nd floor but my room was still a hike from everything. There are stairs everywhere only 2 elevators in the lobby not close to anything staff really wasn't accommodating getting a ride in their trams. Overall I would give the 2 for handicap accessible 5 for the food and 4 for the overall resort.

2nd time staying at this resort. 1st time we stayed on the Jamaica side, this time on the lady Hamilton side. Both are nice with lots to do. Love it here. We brought my sister and her hubby this time. They loved it also.

Beautiful view, beautiful beaches, best place. Would recommend to everyone!

The facility is beautiful and cater to guests of all ages. The adult pool is huge and finding a lounge chair is no problem man. The kids have there very own area complete with water slides. They have a lot of activities to help you enjoy the beautiful island. The staff are friendly and offer good service especiallyou in the mobay dinning hall and at the bars.

Food in most of the onsite restaurants was good, especially the Jerk hut. Room was clean and mini-fridge was stocked with beer, water and soda everyday. Jacuzzi tub was on point. Wife loved it.

It was a safe location with nice beach area. At first some hotel staff were not so friendly is like they had to warm up to you. The water pressure on the sink in the room was very little.

It was really nice, comfy, quite and beautiful. Very relaxing . My only problem was with the food, it wasn't really tasteful.

Many different choices from food to beaches to entertainment!

Nice resort, plenty to do for all ages. Staff were very friendly, would go back in the future.

Our third time at the Grand Palladium Jamaica resort. Always a relaxing, care free stay. Staff is exceptionally friendly, hotel is constantly making improvements. The entertainment group has really stepped up the caliber of the shows! What brings us back, though is the gorgeous location at the Point in Lucea, and the ability to snorkel to colorful reefs just off of the beach.

My family and I spent 5 days at The Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton. The staff were helpful and courteous. The food was very much lacking in quality. Meat was usually half cooked which got my son throwing up after eating steak from the buffet. Soups and food in general were rarely hot enough. The service was slow in all restaurants. Lots of wiring to eat even when tables were empty as it took long for them to clean up after guests are. The only food we enjoyed was the breakfast served. We loved the station where your eggs were cooked right infront of you. They do have a great spa service and excellent programs for teens and kids of all ages. Entertainment by the staff in the evening was great. They have a nice theatre to hold shows. Our phone was not working on the first day and bedsheets on both beds were stained which staff changed as soon as we complained. The shower created one huge flood on the floor as it would not close properly. Towels provided to rooms were yellowed with age and mostly stained. Lastly beware and keep your belongings safe. Room safe never worked or locked. I left my hat in the lobby and it was gone. My camera was left on the Jamaica tours shuttle early in the morning with no other passengers ( 4am) and on calling the shuttle a few minutes later driver claimed it was never in the shuttle yet I had pictures of us getting onto the shuttle with the camera. Don't use Jamaica tours Ltd shuttle if you don't want your belongings stolen.

first our flight was cancelled so we lost a day but we were supposed to check in early next day when we got there but got there and had to wait over two hrs for our rooms finally got them at five oclock got upgraded to lady hamilton but was nothing special some staff were very rude as others were very nice buffet food was usual buffet food restaraunts were decent outdoor jacuzzi dont work pool and entertainment were good seemed to be a lot of people working all over the place but seemed to be understaffed

The kids enjoyed the water park, mini golf etc. The good thing about the water park is that it is very shallow and safe to leave the kids on their own. The life guards were always around and seemed to be very alert.

We are appreciative of the fact that the Grand Palladium was the selected as the preferred resort and trust that some fond moments were experienced while at our resort.
