Staff was very welcoming and the overall Resort was clean. However, i enjoyed breakfast. lunch was just ok and so was dinner., I think there should be different options for dinner each night. It became a bit much eating the same every day. Secondly, trying to make reservations for the steak house was awful.

I enjoyed my staff but I wouldn’t recommend this resort or come back. For an adult only resort it is micro managed and has too many restrictions. That’s a lot coming from me because I don’t drink or party. My reservation wasn’t honored, my room was ready upon arrival. I wanted to shower and rest, instead I was told to go eat or sit until my room was ready. The room they gave us was a king bed not a double bed with one key for 2 people and the view was the parking lot. My concerns were brushed off and 24hrs later they offered me a room on a 2nd fl with no elevator. They wouldn’t provide us with any shuttle service because we booked through Expedia. The staff was amazing but upper management has to do better. Micro management of straws, towels and hours needs to stop. We’re adults not children.

The hotel was 24 hours cleaned by staff which was very impressive. Staff on resort was very hospitable and courteous. The food selection was vast. I definitely recommend this resort.
