Everyone everything was perfect great food and beautiful place I enjoy it.

The rooms need to be upgraded, services need more consistency

excellent services all around no complains at all.

The Food was wonderful. Beautiful beach. People cleaning it all morning. Check in was very slow. Room very clean and large. Not soap in room though

This property is not on the 7 mile beach. No jacuzzi on the property. The food was seriously lacking. Have fun getting in the steak house as they don't take reservations nor does the other sit down restaurant I was not able to get in the other. O ly got in st3ak house once. I tried several times to speak to management and everytime I was told they were in a meeting even at 8pm. I didn't find the staff to be very friendly compared to other properties I've stayed at. If you loose you wrist band they charge you 100 dollars. I paid for 2 people so I could have local friends visit and they still charged me 100 dollars for them to stay only a few hours. I will not use this property again.

The entertainment at night was not the best. Room had a broken tv and safe when we got to it. Food was ok.

The staff was very friendly and the food very good.

All of the restaurants & bars were on one side of the resort, we were on the complete opposite side which doesn't seem bad but the walk was at least 1/3 of mile each way. There was only one bar on the beach which was very far away and no one came to the beach in front of our building --EVER. I inquired if we could get drinks and was told, it wasn't too far for us to walk. The mini-bar in the room was supposed to be refilled every other day, but was filled every 3-4 days. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was excellent. The beach towels replacement was at the main pool--again, another 1/4 to 1/3 mile walk each way. I made a trip to the front desk to explain we would be leaving very early to assure there would be someone at the front desk for checkout. When we arrived at 4:45 am no one was anywhere to be found and there was another couple trying to check out as well. We had to leave a note with our keys. We stayed in building #4 which had a great beach but no chairs. You have to hijack them from down the beach and then capture them early in the morning if you wanted something to sit on during the day.

Real nice resort but was a little disappointed in the entertainment at night. It could of been better.

Pleasant, relaxed, family setting with a large variety in the meals.Layout of the hotel rooms, dining areas and landscaping were more than pleasing.

excellent food, lobby dull, dark, nobody to help with luggage when we arrived, staff not friendly, lobby looks dirty, but really isn't, toilet not flush paper, had to report 3 times, evening dining room head waiter Chad and Abrahim, very good. Entertainment good, but no dancing or disco music after main show. they turn off the lights and the bar and literally lock down the hotel before midnight. Pool side entertainment and food very good. Staff generally grumpy, not customer friendly, with a few exceptions of smiling faces. Room key given at check in did not work, had to go down again. Was on 3 rd floor. In general ok, with wonderful food and great native fruits, but probably would not stay again. Room was great.

Didn’t spend enough time there was always out but the time I was there it was okay the bartenders was very entertaining expeshally Oniel and there was this girl can’t remember her name she was very professional and pleasant .

Hotel is very clean, amenities such as a spa, gift shops present on property. Food? Mediocre!! With the exception of the local cuisine, the food is tasteless. For an all-inclusive resort, great food should be the #1 priority.

We thought we were going to find the same type of all-inclusive as many others we stayed before. The staff is not super friendly as in other countries where they treat you very kindly, here in Negril they were Ok but were not very expressive and didn't have a smile on their face. they looked like they don't like their job. The food was very mediocre, other All-Inclusive have been way better with quality and selection. They barely had any activities during the day. Then, the shows were a little disappointing too, except for the one with the drums, that was the only good one. So, overall, it was a so-so experience. They are so boring they don't even have a nightclub! Needless to say, I will avoid RIUs hotels in the future, I've had way better experience in other chains.

Hotel entertainment staff was so much fun. Would go back just to see them!

The hotel was a nice hotel the room was ok the bathroom need some upgrade shower does not drain properly. Should have better selection of food, not enough islands food.

Beautiful beach, never had to worry about finding a chair. Very spacious too. Food and entertainment could be better. Staff were good, not as enthusiastic or personable compared to other resorts. Overall, pleased with our stay.

Nice resort right on the beach. Very clean and well kept. Daily activities in the pool area and on the beach. Fun for all ages. Good food and great service in all the restaurants. Amazing couples spa services on the beach as well as a private meal for two also on the beach. Great assortment of water and land excursions available.
