The staff was outstanding. The location was close enough to walk to several shops and restaurants. The hotel was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was small and lacked a fridge and coffee maker, but it was also very inexpensive. Several friends stayed in other rooms that had more amenities ...
The hotel is beautiful , room are clean, the food is horrible and no it have nothing to do with the price several times i order food and the food taste so bad I had to throw it away .if you're looking for somewhere just to stay them this hotel is the place #food no
Absolutely loved our recent trip to The Spa Retreat. Greeted with a welcome drink and shoulder massage before being shown to our beautiful rooftop room. All staff were fabulous especially our bartenders Alisia, Hassan and D Brown. Hope to get back there soon.
I love that you don’t need an arm band to access all of Couples Negril. One price, everyone has use of all the facilities. I love that the landscaping is so lush that you don’t realize how many buildings are On the property. The food was always delicious. This was our 8th trip to CN, and we did notice ...
Amazing stay with friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our visit immensely and feel so refreshed. Thanks to the people at Sunset At the Palms for helping to find my lost phone too! The tropical setting was exactly what we needed to relax. Until next time! We’re telling all of our friends.
If you're sick of the ridiculous prices and unauthentic food of all-inclusives, this is your place. Breakfast included and the food is Jamaican. Rooms are just as nice or nicer than all-inclusives. Less than $100/night for off-season, compared to almost $1k/night for Sandals.
Great staff, great accommodations, great food and plenty of fun. Should be on everyone's bucket list.
We booked an ocean view room called point village. The room had an ocean view but was miles away from Firefly and was rather run down and we felt unsafe. We thought point village was the name of the studio apartment, but it was actually the name of an apartment complex far from Firefly. The location was very isolated and the beach area was rather small and rocky. Luckily we were able to transfer to Firefly 2 days later but felt we had wasted 2 days at Point Village. The advertisement was misleading and it was certainly not clear that this was a different property, even though it was owned by Firefly. Our stay at Firefly was wonderful but wish we could have been there the whole time.
Hotel is hotel that everyone wants to stay. Staff is great and the setting is amazing.
Great location and staff - Kassandra was so helpful in recommendations and getting us around Negril, while all staff was so professional and friendly. Easy and cheap (130 JMD) to get into town using taxis (you can walk too, but 40 minutes...) and lots of do around. If you like bars and restaurants, there are plenty around including Rick's across the street. Probably one of the neatest things about this property is the cliffs at the ocean. You walk through a cave to the other side of the road and there is a place to get into the ocean. We even saw dolphins! You can swim in the little cove and there is a small cave you can swim to as well. The property has snorkles and pool floaties you can use and you can even get a massage on the cliffs by Oya who is not only a great massage therapist, but also full of amazing stories about her travels. The property is also very clean and you can tell the staff is constantly working hard. The pool is pristine and the pool bartenders make great drinks that you can relax with while you are floating around. All the apartments also have a kitchen so when you are done lounging at the pool, you can cook up something from the local supermarket (only a 5 min walk) and relax on your front patio. We visited as a couple, but this location would also be great for families and there are some family suites available as well. This is a great location as a base to explore Negril away from the hustle of the beach! We highly recommend it!
