clean and friendly. room spacious and beach view nice

This hotel is located in the best area and is right at the beach, excellent beach, it is beautiful and calmed. The staff is very nice and friendly; it has a beautiful and well taken care garden; it has a good restaurant but there are plenty of good places to eat around the hotel. I go every year with my family and it is a great hotel for the price, I would ask the management to invest in getting good sheets for the beds, I go through this every year and sometimes I have brought my own sheets, but I shouldn't have to do this; the issue is that the sheets are not big enough to wrap around the mattress and I wake up in the morning sleeping on the unprotected mattress, I brought this up to the person at the front desk but I guess there are not available. This issue happens with all beds, king and double beds. My family and I love going every year and we look forward to come back

Loved the staff the were amazing can’t wait to go back

The location is ideal for a beach vacation. The room is comfortable with the amenities for a relaxing stay I particularly liked the courteous staff, the pool massage with “just right” temperature water, breakfast and easy access to entertainment. The 7 mile beach was so calm and relaxing and the morning walk along the beach added great cardio exercise. We are definitely going back.

I really enjoy the beautiful scenery the wonderful hospitality I felt very comfortable and safe at the resort the security was awesome, the food was fabulous I will definitely return thank you Negril Palm.

Staff was very unfriendly. Property was poorly groomed. Rooms were older. Bathroom door was stuck. I’d be going there for years and was really disappointed that the place hadn’t been updated or kept up since the last time i went 2yrs ago

Good location, rooms and bed. Fairly priced. Don't bother eating there, though.

Love the garden. Rooms are huge and clean. Beds are comfortable.

The Nigril Palms is a beautiful little treasure. The rooms are a tad rustic but it only works to increase the overall beach escape atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay, we enjoyed the staff and the facilities. My only issue was they seemed to be out of menu items often e.g. no dessert and ice cream our entire stay. That being said, Nigril is packed with food options. We ventured out on occasion but also enjoyed the hotels restaurant for lunch and breakfast. Great place and highly recommended if you’re looking to try something different outside of the larger resorts. Yah Mon! 5 stars for the Palms Nigril.

The whole place is out of date and we even had to pay $10 per day for a refrigerator. only half of the lights in the room worked getting ice is a major hassle and if you are lucky you can get a beach towel by the end of the day.

Palms was on the beach, perfect location. Staff was friendly. The rooms are dated , no hairdryer or shampoo:conditioner in rooms

The beach access is amazing, the restaurant really was good. Go for the deluxe room. All staff were friendly. A very hassle low key vacation. It checked all our boxes and most affordable. Get ready to pay for amenities you may expect for free like refrigerator and coffee maker, other than this I will visit again.

Check in was horrible. Room was where a construction zone is. Never requested such a room. Had to get an immediate change of room. Staff was good.

Wonderful hotel Great service State súper friend is awesome Everything Is close to the hotel definitely and must come back and stay again highly recommended

Cozy hotel directly on the beach. I visited this hotel in May. There were not a lot of guest at this time. I had a standard ground floor room. The room was surrounded by garden plants outside with a patio and two chairs. Rooms were comfortable. However, I did not like the wood panels on the windows because it was easy for mosquitoes to get in the room. The cable went out for a day because of rainy weather. The pool, beach, and bar area was nice but I wish they played music. It was very quiet in the area. I had a chair and umbrella the entire time on the beach. Food was good. Sometimes the wait for the food was longer than expected but it turned out great. Staff was friendly. Overall, this is a good budget hotel. The location of this hotel is directly on Negril's Seven Mile Beach. The views are amazing.

A nice relaxed atmosphere. Inexpensive compared to the rest, but that also means you don’t get the amenities of a 4/5 star resort.

I love the cleanest and honesty the only reason I couldn't give it a 5, is because towel hung over my shower not on a shower rack so all towels got wet in 1 single shower, and clothes couldn't be hung because know hangers or clothes rack was in closet so clothes stayed in bag. The last thing was they had No Ice Machine! I had to go to the on sight restaurant for Ice in bucket
