Love the garden. Rooms are huge and clean. Beds are comfortable.

The Nigril Palms is a beautiful little treasure. The rooms are a tad rustic but it only works to increase the overall beach escape atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay, we enjoyed the staff and the facilities. My only issue was they seemed to be out of menu items often e.g. no dessert and ice cream our entire stay. That being said, Nigril is packed with food options. We ventured out on occasion but also enjoyed the hotels restaurant for lunch and breakfast. Great place and highly recommended if you’re looking to try something different outside of the larger resorts. Yah Mon! 5 stars for the Palms Nigril.

The whole place is out of date and we even had to pay $10 per day for a refrigerator. only half of the lights in the room worked getting ice is a major hassle and if you are lucky you can get a beach towel by the end of the day.

Palms was on the beach, perfect location. Staff was friendly. The rooms are dated , no hairdryer or shampoo:conditioner in rooms

The beach access is amazing, the restaurant really was good. Go for the deluxe room. All staff were friendly. A very hassle low key vacation. It checked all our boxes and most affordable. Get ready to pay for amenities you may expect for free like refrigerator and coffee maker, other than this I will visit again.

Check in was horrible. Room was where a construction zone is. Never requested such a room. Had to get an immediate change of room. Staff was good.

Wonderful hotel Great service State súper friend is awesome Everything Is close to the hotel definitely and must come back and stay again highly recommended

Cozy hotel directly on the beach. I visited this hotel in May. There were not a lot of guest at this time. I had a standard ground floor room. The room was surrounded by garden plants outside with a patio and two chairs. Rooms were comfortable. However, I did not like the wood panels on the windows because it was easy for mosquitoes to get in the room. The cable went out for a day because of rainy weather. The pool, beach, and bar area was nice but I wish they played music. It was very quiet in the area. I had a chair and umbrella the entire time on the beach. Food was good. Sometimes the wait for the food was longer than expected but it turned out great. Staff was friendly. Overall, this is a good budget hotel. The location of this hotel is directly on Negril's Seven Mile Beach. The views are amazing.

A nice relaxed atmosphere. Inexpensive compared to the rest, but that also means you don’t get the amenities of a 4/5 star resort.

I love the cleanest and honesty the only reason I couldn't give it a 5, is because towel hung over my shower not on a shower rack so all towels got wet in 1 single shower, and clothes couldn't be hung because know hangers or clothes rack was in closet so clothes stayed in bag. The last thing was they had No Ice Machine! I had to go to the on sight restaurant for Ice in bucket

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was nice as well as security.

Peaceful , quiet , big rooms . Close to the beach. Friendly workers and very safe hotel

The place was clean. It was right on the beach with friendly staff and great service. The water pressure was a bit low and the AC unit difficult to operate

Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and smelled amazing. I didn't have reservations for several days but the staff accomadated me anyway and allows me to stay in my original room without switching rooms. I have booked to stay there again because I love that place. It is sooo peaceful , relaxing , and quiet and romantic. Love it.

Good food, good drinks, nice helpful staff. Cab drivers in the front charge too much. Great security. Solid resort if your looking for basic accommodations.

I enjoyed my stay very much, the staff was very sweet and nice, the views were amazing, the local food was delicious. Great alternative to an all inclusive hotel, you get to know the real local food, the flavors and every body is very nice and relaxed So if you are looking for a little bit of paradise a little more rustic but still very comfortable this is the place to be. The only thing that I would say is that I was on a king size bed and they had very small sheets so at night the sheets would bunch, I could have said something to the administration but I was very busy enjoying everything else!

We chose Negril Palms because of its great location on Seven Mile Beach, but were very disappointed by the accommodations. The first room we had was on the first floor, beneath the stairs and right by the kitchen. So it was noisy until about 11 pm and there were ants galore! In the bathroom, on the walls, in the bed. It was horrible! We switched rooms after the first night to the second floor and thought it would be better. NO! After the first night my husband I woke up itchy from the bed sheets and it wasn't from mosquitoes. The sheets must not be very well cleaned everyday, because we've both never had an allergic reaction to linens that way. Also, the towels were pretty ragged and should be put out of use. The second room, although bigger and not by the kitchen, was very dark and just didn't give a comfortable feeling. After three nights of staying at Negril Palms, we booked another room someplace else. On our last day we overheard several guests also making plans to switch hotels like we did. Vacation should be a comfortable experience, and for us this hotel wasn't that great. It needs updating and better housekeeping, but the location is great and it has potential to be a cute little hotel if cleanliness and renovations are addressed. Disappointing for sure :\

Bad experience. That's all I have to say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would not stay in this little buggy hotel again.
