I liked the cleanliness. Parking was an issue. No hot water for the last 2 nights.

Merrill’s require some maintainence. But still a nice visit😀

Loved the staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Loved the fact the beach was only steps away from our door step. We didn’t like the fact our door wouldn’t close as it was sprung and could see daylight around the edges. The bathroom door was about 14” too short for the doorway. We also experienced a VERY large cockroach in our bathroom- it was about 4” long- that’s on the short side of it.

Great hotel right on the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great!

Hotel was not kept up. Water in shower was difficult to regulate temperature.Door in bathroom was had chipped wood. Lot of rust on pipes.

We didn’t have any way to keep water cold. Problems getting face towels to take showers with.

Good morning, concerns such as the ones above could have easily been handled if they were reported at the front office, though we do not have refrigerators for each room we do have enough in storage and are on rental for $7 per day. as for face towels it is not the norm for them to be placed in the rooms however they are also at the front desk free of charge if so requested.
