I had two Butlers that made our stay such an amazing experience I want to thank Roshaun & Susan you guys are such an awesome team. And Cherry-Ann for make sure all our needs were meant. You guys made our stay so memorable.
The food was not the best.
Our room had to be changed three times because of clogged sinks, swim out was not accessible due to leak in pool and leak from celilings.
The food could be better but it’s a beautiful property. I know it was a weird time with the rain but I didn’t see too much activity at the pool side by the entertainment team. Would have love more engagement.

I didnt like the mildew moldy smell in the hotel room. It was so strong i could barely sleep, and it would make my eyes water also.
The staff was great and the food was excellent
My room patio door did not lock, went to the front desk was told someo e will be to look at it was here for 5day with insecure lock patio door had to make it safe by putting chair and table alo e the door when left the room
Went in the sports bar for food asked the bartender for assistance she told me to sit and wait someone will be with me shortly. Sat there for half hour without any assistance .
Very friendly staff. Butler experience was not there
The staff were all very friendly and always willing to accommodate your needs. Beautiful location on a stretch of beach just as nice as 7-Mile beach but with more privacy.
The food was terrible and I mean every restaurant , the women who worked on the resort was not friendly and had major attitudes except for the spa ladies they were amazing! They didn't have a lot of different things to do each day so that made it very boring.
The Royalton Negril. Was great everything you need is there you will not want to leave
Great all inclusive especially when traveling with kids. Food could be better. Restaurant food was bland. Bad “first come first serve” option for restaurants as they did not have availability for my family most days and with kids we couldn’t wait too long. Jerk hut was the best food on property.
