The homely resort on the boulevard was central and cozy. Little staff presence created a nice at home community vibe with other guests, environment was quiet and felt safe. Check in can be daunting however as the telephone number for the resort was unanswered for nearly an hour.

The. Great price that I was offered so that I was able to extend my stay to two weeks instead of just one. I will check back on my next return in hope that I can receive such a great affordable price do that I can once again have a longer stay on Negril to see family and friends. Thank You.

The property was a pretty, and nice setup. However, the wifi did not work anyplace but up front by the office. The ac did not work properly, but we did not bother to ask about it since there were no results after asking about the wifi connection.

There was no paperwork to fill out. Not sure if that was a good thing or not. It would have been nice to have a microwave, iron and ironing board in the room. I asked for an iron to have in my room and was asked to give it back the day after. Stay was ok.

It was ok.. rooms are a little run down, had a lot of little baby ants in kitchen area. Bathroom toilet ran all night, water pressure in shower was very low it was more like a sprinkler in stead of a shower. There was minimum electric outlets in room had to plug cell phone in kitchen area

The motel looked nice and the property itself was as described. I believe we visited this motel during a bad time. The first night we had no hot water, only room temperature with very poor water pressure. We only received two towels and two wash cloths for three guest.The second night we stayed at another motel and enjoyed a nice hot shower with towels and wash cloths for everyone. The third day when we returned the cleaning lady came in the room yelling at us to turn the AC off immediately and informed us that it no longer worked and flooded our room the day prior while we were staying elsewhere to take a shower. The third night came and still no air conditioning or promise of when it would be repaired and still no hot water. At this time I had to cancel the remaining four nights I had booked and move to another motel that could provide hot water and air conditioning. The front desk receptionist was very understanding and professional. The vendors outside of the property are a nightmare. They won't take no for an answer and will attach bracelets to you after you say no and will keep attaching more while you remove the first one. They will not let you have any peace after you walk outside the property gate. We will not be returning to Jamaica. I have visited many caribbean islands and have never been so harassed to hand over money in my life. You literally can't walk outside the property to get a cup of coffee without being bummed for an hour.

The people who work at the reception are very slow and not nice. We had a problem with the shower: one day we didn't have warm water at all. The other days the water were extremely cold or extremely hot.

I have stayed here again and for the price it's nice and the rooms are very very very clean But what I don't like and feel ORBItZ needs to change on the room description is the wifi. I made a decision to stay here cause it said wifi in the room This hotel needs to put wifi in lobby so we can make a good decision But it's so clean and comfy

The house cleaner was great. The wifi sucked but over all I will say their again

I have stayed here again and for the price it's nice and the rooms are very very very clean But what I don't like and feel ORBItZ needs to change on the room description is the wifi.
