Excellent location on Negril beach! Cute little boutique hotel! Clean! Very friendly staff! We were there in the off season, June. It was quiet and the restaurant was closed, following the breakfast service. Spa was also closed. Lots of options nearby though for food and massages! Our goal was relaxation and we accomplished the task! The waters here are amazing! Saw a stingray right off the beach and definitely recommend the bioluminescence lagoon tour!

The staff are very friendly - but sparse. It was a once lovely property with a great location on the beach. While the rooms are lovely (ocean view), the pool needs maintenance and the hot tub broken. It is clear the owners are not properly maintaining it - the cabanas are rotting with moldy mattresses. The once beautiful hanging lights near the beach front is a hodgepodge of broken lights. The whole property needs a paint job. Morning coffee service is non-existent. Beachfront bar hours were a mystery. It wasn’t clear if the restaurant was open. These are all relatively easy fixes that wouldn’t cost a fortune. It seems the owners aren’t willing to invest in what should be a full &’successful boutique resort on Seven Mile Beach. I truly hope they figure it out soon.

Staff very courteous especially Ralph who was very helpful. First room safe didn’t work so had to move. Second room internet charging didn’t work but luckily I had my own adaptor which did work. Carey at the bar also super nice and helpful.
