That the hotel is in the beach

WE ENJOYED THIS PROPERTY. THE STAFF WAS KIND AND HELPFUL ALTHOUGH THE BUTLER WAS UNRELIABLE. THE POOL WATER BY THE SWIM UP ROOMS BLEACHED MY SWIM ATTIRE. I BROUGHT IT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE GROUNDKEEPER. THREE EXPENSIVE SWIMSUITS DAMAGED WITH COLORATION FADE. OVERALL THE EXPERIENCE OF VACATING HERE WAS ENJOYABLE AND WILL BE REMEMBERED. TY

I have been to many resorts around the world, and by far, Azul was THE best. It wasnt huge like the rest and the food was surprisingly really good for an all-inclusive! The staff webt above and beyond every single day. Dwayne from Room service was AMAZING! Saidi at the bar was a gem! Never had one bad experience on pur week long stay. The beach is definitely the best on 7 mile. Water was so calm and blue! Better than any Caribbean beach we've stayed at. We always found a chair or bali bed every morning too which was nice. We cant wait to return! We felt very very safe our entire time. Everyone was so helpful too.

It was an outstanding experience only because of our personal butler ROXANNE! If it wasn’t for her it would not be a very pleasant experience. Our only negative thing about the whole stay was the check in. The room that we booked was not ready when we got there, when it was already late in the afternoon. But because of Roxanne she gave us a room way above and beyond our expectations, the Presidential Suite #14102! And from then on, she made sure we were well taken cared of from the beginning till the end. Kudos to the hotel! If given a chance to go back I will for sure going back in a heartbeat 💜💜💜

I loved the views, convenient layout of the property. I would like to see some small improvements with paint touch ups on the exterior.

Property was beautiful. Some stuff were nice and some of them look like they were forced to work there. Overall resort and beach is beautiful.

Wear a great time at this resort. The food was excellent, very clean and the staff was great. Roxanne was our butler and she did an amazing job. I would definitely go back.

Not too many food choices and not much entertainment at night and better pastry stations

I wanted to enjoy this resort but I just couldn’t. Check in was ok. Pretty annoying signing in on the iPads and it was having technical difficulty. Pretty annoying. First thing I noticed was the pool. It told me everything I needed to know about the resort. It looked like a old out dated rec center pool. The rooms were clean. The resort just looked weathered and outdated. Furniture looked cheap and old. The pictures made it look much better. Very disappointing! The food was mediocre. They ran out of jerk chicken often. The portions were small. Everything was buffet style. Everything was served in paper boxes and paper cups and plastic utensils. I’m assuming because of covid. But it just really brought down the quality of everything. But understandable. I paid $95 to do the candlelight dinner on the beach. The set up was nice on the beach with candles. The food however was the same damn buffet food we ate the night before. They could have at least cooked real food for that. Now my major problem with my entire stay was the hospitality. The staff were rude and not really eager to help. If you asked a question you got no with no explanation. I asked the front desk for a mask! their restaurant requires one for entry. The woman simple said no. I stood for a second expecting her to tell me where else 2 get one.but no. We even asked a woman where a bar was and she rolled her eyes at my boyfriend and then answered. I couldn’t believe it. I never had service like this on a vacation.

Waited over 2 hours just to be checked in, wasn’t able to book any excursion due to this missed out on restaurants and bars because closed at 5, room service had pink burgers and chicken

I enjoyed my stay at Azul . The thing I liked most is that the property is right on the beach . The beach was just beautiful to see and experience every morning . The staff was great . The food was also great . My boyfriend had a minor issue with his stay in that he ordered room service one night & it never came . However we did not get charged as it’s an all inclusive resort . The events at the hotel , excursions and water sports were also great . Only downside for some of the events was that they played non Caribbean music the whole time which was dissatisfying . The spa services was fantastic . I would stay at Azul the next time I decide to visit Negril .

Very good service, pretty grounds, good entertainment, the only issue was the food. We celebrated out anniveraary and they made me a special dinner that was delicious. But overall, the food could have been better

Beautiful location and beach, rooms need updated, some workers don’t even acknowledge you at the bar if you want a drink-like they could care less... food good try the specialty restaurants

Check-in was a bummer. Got to our room and it was not what we expected, being that we paid extra for the premium ocean view. Our room was nothing close to an ocean view. After addressing my concerns, they said they would switch our room the day after- and they did, but it was still inconvenient being that we couldn’t unpack our things and settle in until the day after. The food was mediocre. For a resort that claims to be gourmet, I was not very impressed. There were 2 buffet options that didn’t require reservations and 3 restaurants that required dinner reservations. We tried the Asian and Italian restaurants and they were awful. Ended up not even making reservations for the third. The food at the buffet was better so we ended up doing that or dining off the resort for dinner. Breakfast was usually good and beach bbq was the best. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Akiem and Chayanne for being our go-to! Our housekeeper, Tina was also great. Overall, this would be a solid experience without the room mixup in the beginning. I hope management takes this into consideration for future guests.
