The price we paid completely not worth the money. The check in process absolutely inefficient the staff is very slow customer service is not very impressive at all.The rooms are horrible and need to be updated.

Nice resort beach was great location is good food could have been better

Absolutely fantastic resort— food was great and most staff was great. Could have done a much better job letting us know where/when restaurants were open and what they offered and what all was included in our stay. Other that that it was absolutely fantastic. The crew that handled beach towel service and beach butlers were amazing!

Over all a good stay.. the hotel was clean and the drinks were good.

The service is exceptional. Every staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Our bartender Tina was kind and entertaining and Nicholas was on his way home and saw we needed service and jumped right in to fill in during a staff members absence. This is a quiet and relaxing facility-perfect for some needed R&R

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The food was the best we have had at an all inclusive and the way that the property is cobra fly being taken care of is like non other. I will go back to these hotel properties again and again.

My experience involved a party of 4 adults. It was easily one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations in all of my 60 years. Upon arriving at the hotel and checking in, we were met with some of the most affable, polite and charming people that one could ever imagine.....from the receptionist to the bellboy, each individual exuded a certain degree of enthusiasm and joie de vivre that were almost unparalleled. . This brings us to the servers in the various dining restaurants including the buffets. They were all helpful, kind and passionate about their various roles. As we made our way along the walk-paths and through the pool areas, we crossed paths with other workers who never hesitated to extend complimentary greetings and to ask us if everything was ok. The bartenders at the pools were an instant hit for my daughter and her male companion. They made sure that they (bartenders) were tipped so that the drinks kept coming at regular intervals. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the beach parties which came with a wide variety of dishes that whetted our appetites immensely. The live musical accompaniment was also second to none. Finally, I must thank the housekeeping and turndown crew for a job well done. They added a certain finesse to the room that is immeasurable

The Prestige side has new modern rooms and facilities in a quiet setting, no loud music even at the pool bars - delightful! The older section of the resort offers more entertainment with live music in the evenings.

It's a lovely hotel for couples and family's. We went as a family and had amazing time. Staff where wonderful. Great place to go..

I can't imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Jamaica. This hotel was top notch! The service was amazing and we loved interacting with the staff each day/night. The food was great and we never had to wait. I think the biggest selling point for me when booking this hotel was the balcony and view from just the basic room. Let me tell you - It did NOT disappoint! The location of this hotel was better than any hotel along 7 Mile Beach. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Not really gourmet as advertised but decent food. The Italian restaurant is probably the best with 'Ackee' restaurant next. Staff was great all around. That part of the 7 mile beach is heavenly. The overall design is very clean, modern, and sexy. Really good design all round. Bad things are that you have to pay for wifi in the room. They have construction going on and you hear the tools grinding away while near the lobby. Construction might be finished in 2 months. The lobby could get hot, there are no fans, only an open area that is has air to pass through.

Absolutely fantastic resort— food was great and most staff was great. Could have done a much better job letting us know where/when restaurants were open and what they offered and what all was included in our stay. Other that that it was absolutely fantastic.
