Nurisha was the only person that went over and beyond for us at dinner time she is amazing and if the staff could have a smile like hers and love there job like her it would be a better place the only time me and my husband was happy was at dinner time with the server nurisha

We couldn’t receive towels as often they were taken! The pool wasn’t always swept! I had to keep following up about being refunded for one night, since we arrived the second day of our trip. I was given the run around from the resort and this travel agency and still no answer as of yet.

It was just....sufficient. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot but was disappointed from day one. We arrived at the hotel around 8:00pm on the first night. The front desk woman was friendly and she had a staff person escort us to our room. It was 2 double beds and we had booked a king. I asked the girl if it could be changed and she said “you can see” and walked away. I thought she was going to ask for us but when I followed behind, she retrieved her claaning cart and walked away. So I went to ask myself and got the response that they didn’t have any kinds left but I could fill out this paper with my info and they’d let me know when one was available. I was annoyed because I had reserved a king room and they were not apologetic or caring about the issue at all. Since there were no rooms available and I was tired from traveling all day, I filled out the form and left. The room was ok. Seemed fairly clean. Lighting in bathroom and bedroom was poor. Curtains didn’t completely close in the middle so someone could see right in so I had to use a bobby-pin to keep them shut. Warning about the shower: the hot water got EXTREMELY hot, like boiling water hot. I burnt myself twice trying to shut it off and accidentally turning the knob the wrong way. My boyfriend and I squeezed into a double bed for 2 nights and then finally got a king room. We had been gone all day the 2nd day so had not been able to check on the room because the front desk oddly closes by 10pm every day. Very inconvenient

We have been staying at legends for 14 yrs alwas been treated let family meet owner Ariel very nice man and open to suggestions will be back next year

Just ok. Too many bugs not that much selection in the menu.

The bathroom had a open vent and mosquitoes were constantly entering the room. We were bite up by the mosquitoes . The overall stay was very disappointing.

This is an excellent and affordable resort. Perfect location, friendly and accommodating staff. We will be back!

Although the staff was nice, water was out for almost 2 days. There was a small stream in the sink to brush our teeth but that's it. We couldn't bathe or flush the toilet. After hours on the beach, and out sweating in the sun, a nice shower those couple days would've been nice. When we went to complain, they seemed unconcerned. When we asked to be transfered to their sister resort, Samsara we were told it would be at OUR COST. The water ended up turning back on, and nothing was compensated.

Overall great stay, loved the private beach aside from the sellers always trying to sell tourists things, the restaurant was nice, staying in the side of the beach was very amazing as well. Downfall, was website said one thing about having additionally people and the hotel charged a different price said on the website. Staff was nice and loved having security so not having everyone roam on the hotel premises. Wished the beach and restaurant stayed open longer. Room was nice and updated, linen and room amenities can be updated.

Staff are always nice, helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful.

Nice hotel in good location. It has a woodsy cabin feel that was a little jarring at first but then I got use to it. This is a good hotel if you're on a budget

Great Hotel on the beach. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is also pretty good. However I do not recommend the all inclusive unless you're planning on staying only in the hotel. Right outside on the street is some great jerk chicken and baked fish.

Love the bar and buffet staff. Great people nice place room was very clean.

The resort was everything we expected. We didn't want a 5 star all inclusive experience. We prefer to venture out and try different restaurants and venues. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A couple negatives: No room safes and we had to rent a refrigerator. But not upset by any means. Our first trip to Jamaica and it was great. We will be back.

It was a great location. We didn't do the all inclusive but were able to enjoy the local restaurants and such. only disappointing aspect was that there were never enough umbrellas (7 total) for the whole hotel.

If you're looking for an upper crust, ritzy hotel, this is not it. However, I found it to be clean and comfortable. The staff was fabulous. We went with the all inclusive option and were quite satisfied. The meals were quite good and so were the drinks. Legends is in a great location, access to whatever you may need. Upon our return to Negril, we will be staying at Legends again.

Our policy – which is stated on our website and on your booking confirmation – is that bookings are non-refundable if cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival, so unfortunately it’s not possible to issue a refund for arriving a day late. We deeply regret if you feel this unfair, and hope that in the end, your holiday was still a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation.

We are glad that you were warmly welcomed by the staff upon arrival, but are sorry that the bedding was not what you expected and regret that the housekeeper was not more helpful. We will be sure to address that right away. Please note that specific bedding is not guaranteed when booking and while we do our utmost to assign requested bedding, it is not always possible at check-in. Despite the high demand for rooms during busy season, we were happy to hold that room with the king bed for you for the extra night since we couldn’t get in touch with you on the day it became available.
