If your looking a budget friendly resort that's clean and doesn't give total low budget rooms are pretty basic food was easy better on the weekend than during the week... one thing i loved the whole time they made soups everyday good two jamaican soups i stayed with my cousin for her bday we had a good time we was lit bare wray n him nephews i was drinking my family from Kingston so she met me up there and we well well enjoyed ourselves ... staff was good for the most part besides one we had a few incidents with but the manager he was right on it...they really do try to go out the way to make you feel safe and enjoyment the nightly entertainment wasnt bad although afterwards we would go out to the clubs on the rd.. check out 2727 for sure... oh n the beach was great the staff was kool asf there making sure a sista had her rumbar n wray lol... the lifeguard he even got my cousin to go kayaking all around good experiences and met kool ppl... i nvr stay in resorts when i come in to visit family in Kingston but this yr i wanted to treat my favorite cousin and it ended up being a great trip for both of us... will most definitely stay again... rooms a lil dated but we only sleep n bathe so it was fine ac most definitely kicked ......next time i may just bring my kiddos

The beach was excellent - private and right across the road from the resort. The music was a little loud but it was enjoyable. Lots of shaded chairs and when we were there it was never full. The resort itself definitely felt like a budget resort. The beach bar food was good - burgers, hot dogs, jerk chicken etc., but the buffet was not good. The omelette station for breakfast was good and they always had fresh fruit, and sometimes fried plantains but most of the food we didn’t like. I found the resort to be mostly clean - the carpet on the stairs needs to be cleaned but otherwise we had no cleanliness complaints. The staff was very friendly and responsive and when we asked for extra pillows in the room, they were there within an hour or so. The room was comfortable - AC worked great and we found the bed comfy. The bathroom door did not shut, which was fine but I’m sure would bother others. The hot water was inconsistent and took forever to heat up. My biggest complaint was all the cigarette smokers on the beach - and all the cigarette butts in the sand. It clearly says no smoking, but that wasn’t enforced at all and it’s hard to enjoy the beach when it smells like an ash tray.

We really enjoyed our stay Miss Felicia, one of the managers, very professional, and helped me when I had a question. Miss Johnson also came to our table and gave my daughter a birthday cake. The food was very nice the guys at the bar friendly always smiling and very helpful. Be conscientious on the water sports. We got three different prices from three different people. Overall excellent experience.

I stayed here one night before a trip in another location with a group. The staff is exceptional and very attentive! The hotel and surrounding areas are clean, though dated. In my room, everything except the floor was very clean. The floor just needed to be mopped. I was surprised to find only a sheet on the bed. However, when I requested a blanket, they were happy to accommodate. The rooms are basic, with a bed, bedside tables, chair, dresser and a small fridge. The curtains in the room are light damning but not room darkening.Where things go downhill is in the food. It was not very good. I did not try the nicer restaurants, only the buffet. The restaurant doesn’t open until 7:00 PM when everyone is lined up to be seated and start the buffet. The mashed potatoes were excellent! Other than that, the food was mediocre at best. I was so tired from a long day of travel that I ate a little and went to bed. I booked through Expedia, so my room was only $217. Based on the cost of other all-inclusive hotels, this rate seems commence through it with my experience.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. I really enjoyed their private beach. That was the best part of the property for me. The rooms were ok. They were clean, although some of the furnishings could be updated. One drawback was the shower. The water does not get very warm. The food was okay. Not a lot of variety but it was fine. The food at the a la carte restaurants was really good though. Overall the staff is pretty friendly, and it's a good place for a nice quiet getaway if thats what you're looking for. It's towards the end of the hip strip, so you're not really walking distance to a lot of stuff.

I enjoyed my stay, the staff is what truly made my stay extra special.They offer a shuttle to and from the airport for a fee. They made me feel like family. I loved the food and the night club. I would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed at Sea Garden 5 times in the past year or so. It is a short drive to the airport, staff is friendly and good at their jobs. The food is good with many Jamaican cuisine choices. Unlike some resorts, I can get my coffe any time of day or night. Beach is nice as is pool.

SeaGarden Resort was wonderful! We had a fantastic time during our week stay in Jamaica. The resort is conveniently located near the airport and walking distance to local shops. The staff at the resort were friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an affordable place to vacation. We will definitely be returning!

The private beach was amazing! Beautiful! Plenty of beach chairs and activities. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Not a lot of meal options. Just the buffet in the main dining room, an Italian restaurant and another that you paid a little extra for. (Skip that, in my opinion). Beach bar had a few options for quick burgers, chicken, fries. Snack bar near pool was ok. Met one of the owners in the piano bar and she sent us fresh coconuts to our room. Very hospitable and will definitely go back to this resort.
