I loved this property. It was almost perfect as the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were so nice, especially in the restaurants. They should consider a few upgrades and have a cleaning checklist to make sure rooms are thoroughly cleaned, otherwise this was such a wonderful place.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating the property itself from the garden to the beach was breathtaking. The room a deluxe ocean view is ok but the bathroom was horrendous splotches all over to mirror couldn’t get a clear view of myself, the shower head was leaking from the side and the toilet kept running constantly.My friend on the other hand that had a suite room was excellent right through. So book wisely.

Overall, I had a good stay at Sea Garden Resort. The staff was friendly and my room was cleaned daily. The food, beach, and pool/beach bars were all great. The main downside was the bathroom water it would cut off randomly, and when it did run, it often switched from extremely hot to extremely cold. This happened my entire stay and was frustrating, especially in the shower. Also, washcloths weren’t always replenished, and I had to call the front desk a few times to get them. Other than that, everything else was enjoyable, and I would stay here again if they fix the water issue. For future guests, I’d recommend bringing a couple of extra washcloths just in case, and a little patience for the water situation.

I liked most things about the property but my last visit before this one was the worst of my 4 visits. They first put me in a room with no TV. Some technicians were working on the connection outside the room which they never got done on the following day. They moved me around to 3 others rooms before I found one which was okay but had no hot water. Now on my last visit, my fifth, the room I got, the safe didn’t work. They put me in another room and the phone didn’t work and it was never fixed despite my reporting it to the front desk many times. One day they cleaned my room and did not replace the wash rag and the face towel. I like the hotel but they need to pay attention to their support services.
