The staff were wonderful and the nighttime entertainment was excellent. However, the stay overall was disappointing. My room was very noisy due to adjoining guests, street traffic, a loud AC unit, and daytime entertainment by the waterpark. Essentials like an ironing board were missing, and the bathroom felt very dated. Buffet dining was underwhelming, with the exception of the Jamaican cuisine night. Most concerning was a serious security breach with my room that required investigation.

I really like the. Area of the property, and the quietness, however.The rooms needs upgrading. I find that staff needs better training across the the board, some staffs are friendliness across the board was not given. My family and I had all together. 5 rooms there and we were not conveniently located at all.The options in food was good ,however most of the staff needs customer service training 😀

Upon arrival we were greeted with drinks and a cool hand towel, which was nice. Lobby was air conditioned and clean. Once we got inside the property we started to make our way around and explore. We quickly realized this looked absolutely nothing like the pictures online when we booked. The beach was tiny, chairs and tables not cleaned off. The pool in the front was small as well as the water park. No music by the main pool, the music by the water park was ok and DJ kept pausing too much that we couldn’t enjoy the songs. There is not many bar options and the drinks were absolutely horrible. Every alcoholic beverage we got tasted Watered down. As far as entertainment goes there isn’t much at all, very boring once nighttime hits. The food on the other hand was very good and flavorful. The coffee shop was large, clean, and had ac. The property itself wasn’t too bad, but definitely not what we expected and the photos online are enhanced, very misleading. Overall, it was a clean property with good food. The rum factory was enjoyable and so is the buffet. The servers were friendly and bathrooms in the lobby were clean. Overall, it was disappointing, but not terrible. Would not go back a second time.

My experience regarding my recent stay at your resort, which I booked through Expedia. Firstly, I would like to address an issue we encountered upon arrival. According to the information provided on your website, children under the age of five are accommodated free of charge. However, we were informed that this was not the case, and we had to pay for our three-year-old child at check-in. This discrepancy was quite disappointing. Additionally, I noticed that the bathrooms in our accommodation require significant upgrades. A serious concern arose when my friend discovered mold on the ceiling in their room, necessitating a room change. Regarding dining options, I found the selections at the buffet-style restaurant to be quite limited. While the seaside restaurant did not meet our expectations, we did enjoy the fried calamari and shrimp appetizer. Conversely, the Jamaican restaurant stood out as an excellent dining option, and we appreciated the café offering a variety of pastries, coffee, and ice cream. On a positive note, the pool facilities were enjoyable, and the beach was easily accessible and well-maintained. However, I was disappointed with the feedback process at checkout. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with the overall experience, there was no follow-up to understand our concerns, which gave the impression that guest feedback is not a priority. We waited almost 2 hours to check in. No one communicated with me on the delay and one of the staff was rude when we did get a room and it wasn't clean. From the pictures on-line to what was seen in person wasn't what was expected. Alot of upgrades need to be made.
