First time staying on a resort in Jamaica. Would recommend this resort to all my friends. The staff was nice and very helpful.

The hotel amendities made my vacation a wonderful experience.

This was our 2nd visit to the Hilton Rose Hall and it was magnificent! Only issue was the very noisy air conditioner in the room. Took a while to get our rooms ready when we arrived but the view was worth it.

Stay was ok. The standard check is very slow. Check in is at 4:00pm but most people don't get rooms until 5:30pm. This is tough especially after a traveling all day. Lots of activities and entertainment for family kids. Food was decent. Hotel is a bit older. Overall it was OK, but would try another hotel in a future trip.

Second stay at Rose Hall Hilton. Check in very fast by excellent desk receptionist. Our room wasn't ready but sent us for a great lunch. After lunch the room was ready and we checked into our rooms. After changing into swim suits we went out to one of our best vacations ever.

Horrible but made the best of it since it was our honeymoon. Orbitz got rooms wrong and Hilton staff made us wait in the lobby for 6 hours with our crying infant and treated us very rudely. It was raining so we couldn't go anywhere. We had to pay an extra $350 to get into a room and then it was dirty with black curly hair all over the bathroom and no one would do anything. Credit card machines were down in the gift shop so we couldn't even buy sunblock for the baby with our credit card and had to use cash which normally wouldn't be a problem but all of the staff expected to be excessively tipped all of the time and kept saying "I take care of you so you take care of me" it was just an awful experience and made us feel very uncomfortable and this is supposed to be "all inclusive." Some staff was nice and the beach was pretty but we'll never go back.

We recently stayed here for a week, the pool and the water park were very clean and water was always cool. Beach is ok, not white sand, clear water but shallow. I'm 5'2", water was up to my hip. Waitress were not friendly as we thought they would be, we probably met 4 nice hosts throughout the whole week. Smile is the key! They don't smile at us whatsoever. My cab drivers were nicer than them. Denny and the other hostess (forgot her name) were the nicest. Another one at Luna. Another one at Three Palms. Food at the buffet was okay. Luna has the best pasta! Jerk chicken at seaside grille was yum. I would recommend this resort if you want to try out the water park. But yet, there's many other resorts we'd like to try...

Stayed for 4 days, wish we stayed for 5 days. Lot of areas in the resort, very laid back and comfortable.

Overall good service except for two ladies in the check in/reception area who need coaching to smile more and discard the arrogant attitude. Food service good overall too except for incident at Seaside Grill - those behind us in line had their food already served yet we sat there still waiting for someone to take our order. Love the lazy river float. Will definitely come back.

The food was plentiful but not very good. I personally was not fond of the loud reggae music constantly blasting from speakers at the pools, but the staff were top rate.

Great views, food and wait staff. Management, however, is all talk and no action! 3 noise complaints from both of our rooms over 2 nights and they did nothing! No comp offers despite our loss of sleep for 2 nights. I have stayed here twice and this stay wasnt as impressive as the last. Hilton sold the resort but it keeps the name for now and it shows in the management inability to do their job.

The hotel itself was nice. Staff was friendly. The beach was not great. Red flagged most of our stay. The sand and water were not pretty. Went to Doctors Cave where the water was calmer and prettier. Food was okay. Raw pancakes for breakfast one morning. The Jamaican food was the best. Nightly entertainment also good.

I very much enjoyed our stay . I thought if was great value for the experience.

Relaxing place for short stay. Clean, beautiful beach, sand like powder, warm water.

Pro: hotel directly on the beach. very nice staff specially the front desk & we loved Cassanova the receptionist . Hotel is generally clean. Close to the airport. Reliable internet mostly everywhere. Cons: very low budget hotel, they stoke the fridge with only water, no soft drinks no juices no beer. They do not offer beef or veal at the lunch buffet. They do not offer bottled water except in the rooms as they offer only tap water elsewhere & when we asked they refused to provide us with bottled water. the quality of food and wine is cheap way below average. They do not offer caputccinu or expresso in any restaurant or bar, you have to walk to the beach as there is a small coffe corner. There is no indoor bar, there is only one outdoor bar & they do not offer any coffe there so if you want to have your morning coffe you need to walk to the beach but they have a small table with a boiler & coffe maker beside the restaurant ( best western style) . The hotel has double price standard as they offer 2 prices on their website a cheaper one 110-150$/ night for Jamaica residents & an expensive one 400$ for tourists, so basically you receive a service that worse 150$/ night but they charge you the triple of that price. This resorts is not for tourist as they can not offer the North American standard of service & food that is normally offered for less price in other Caribbean destinations, the quality of everything is low as they sail mainly for low price for local residents.

We went to Hilton in month of June. The check in was horrible. We got there early and they told us our room would be ready by 3 o'clock but from 3 pm to 5 pm the guy on the counter was keep making calls and excuses. By 5 o'clock they gave the room but with double beds. I booked the room with 2 queens size bed. When I mentioned that he said that's all they have available!!! Terrible terrible!!!! Not only we waited but the lobby was full of people with same problem and it was hot there and there was no AC in the lobby so it was like a zoo. Once we got the room it was all good except one day when room cleaning staff forgot to clean and refill our bathroom. I had to call so many times to get the towels and toiletries. Other than that food was food and beach was dirty. No clear water !!'
