My experience regarding my recent stay at your resort, which I booked through Expedia. Firstly, I would like to address an issue we encountered upon arrival. According to the information provided on your website, children under the age of five are accommodated free of charge. However, we were informed that this was not the case, and we had to pay for our three-year-old child at check-in. This discrepancy was quite disappointing. Additionally, I noticed that the bathrooms in our accommodation require significant upgrades. A serious concern arose when my friend discovered mold on the ceiling in their room, necessitating a room change. Regarding dining options, I found the selections at the buffet-style restaurant to be quite limited. While the seaside restaurant did not meet our expectations, we did enjoy the fried calamari and shrimp appetizer. Conversely, the Jamaican restaurant stood out as an excellent dining option, and we appreciated the café offering a variety of pastries, coffee, and ice cream. On a positive note, the pool facilities were enjoyable, and the beach was easily accessible and well-maintained. However, I was disappointed with the feedback process at checkout. We waited almost 2 hours to check in. No one communicated with me on the delay and one of the staff was rude when we did get a room and it wasn't clean. From the pictures on-line to what was seen in person wasn't what was expected. Alot of upgrades need to be made.

The scenery was amazing, drinks spectacular, the food spread at every meal was amazing. The room was cleaned daily, staff everywhere was friendly and helpful. It was a fun place to visit but more so very peaceful. I’ll definitely be returning again.
