Before arriving I reached out to request early check in. When arriving it was me and my in laws room. I asked for early check in and was not able to check in til 4, however my in laws were able to check in around 1. I am a Hilton honors member and they weren’t so I also thought I should’ve been able to check in. We tried calling room service every day and never got through to anyone. The staff at the bar at night was very rude and seemed annoyed when we would order drinks. Other than that the staff was very nice.

The property location is very nice. Next to the beach and great views. Food was not good except the buffet which was average but better than the rest of the restaurants. Staff was average. Seemed like they are overworked hence the lack of service and friendly faces. Also rooms are very outdated and AC is barely there. Sometimes AC stops working.

The hotel was decent the room was nice and housekeeping did a good job cleaning. The rooms do need to be updated and it's a funny smell in the hallways. They need more liquor options or put more liquor in the drinks doesn't seem that strong . Everyone was nice The food was good will . Will visit again

We enjoyed the pools, especially the water park with slides and lazy River. The food was good overall, the hotel wasn't overly crowded and the staff was friendly and attentive. The beach was also a nice option, and we enjoyed the kayak and catamaran options.

The outdoor area and views were beautiful and breathtaking. The food was very good. The live nightly entertainment was outstanding. The room was average and in need of some updating/remodeling. The balcony view was relaxing and tranquil.

The stay at this resort was great! The staff was welcoming and super friendly. Also attentive and responsive to all their guests, from the front desk to the waiters/waitress and other staff. The resort was clean. I enjoyed the convince of both the pool and beach being so close to one another. I would recommend staying here and I would most definitely come again.

First let me start with the good. The staff was really nice and accommodating (except for today, I never received towels to shower #stillwaiting) Also there was a strange smell in my room. They sent someone up to clean the air conditioning unit but it didn’t help at all. All though the staff was nice, I don’t think I would stay here again.

It was a pretty decent stay with a large group. Good for family for sure. Pool vibes were good, loved the Saturday pool party. Too bad it was only one day. The entertainment crew was pretty good. Some of the staff were kind of rude, some were nice. I don’t know if it’s just Jamaica but from the getting to the Airport, you can feel the bad energy is some people. We didn’t really let it affect our stay. We had a good time, the kids had fun, the lazy river and slides were fun.
