My kids love the lazy river food was on the ok side the worst part of my stay was the room it was so small and cluster nothing like what ive used to. in all my years of travel this is the tiniest room ive ever stayed in it was a big disappointment when i walked in the room and see the cluster thankfully i booked only two nights my kids wanted to leave the very first day but i assured them there next hotel was gonna be better. I should say two person that stands out was heron i dont remember if thts his correct name but he is a manager at the front desk and the other person that check me in sorry i lost the paper with there names .

Lots to do for kids and adults. Kids club was awesome for parents looking for time alone. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and just on point. Oh and the food.... OMG... as the kids say, "BUSSIN'"!!! Just two things that were a little eh... spotty wi-fi and the rooms need to be brought into the 21st century. The AC had our room feeling very humid majority of the stay, so the sheets felt damp. Not the most comfortable sleep as a result. But all the other stuff to do outside made it ok. We'll be going again for sure

This is my first time in Jamaica and I am so happy with my choice to stay at this resort. The staff was absolutely great and it was very clean. The food was not bad . The best was the jerk chicken hut.

It was great overall. For couple of days the AC didn’t work throughout the hotel, however the management gave us fans and also it was not too hot to sleep at night time. Hotel management also gave us a voucher for all inclusive free stay for the days the AC was out. The food is OK, everybody has different expectations so for me it was ok. But, it could be better.

The surrounding property was nice. When we checked out i paid cash for the charges to the card but the card was still charged and to call long distance is 10 dollars to get it resolved…

Excellent service from, Bell hops, Bartenders, Front desk and Exceptional in room cleaning ladies. Shanta at the pool and beach ent way beyond service to make you happy. The food servers when dipping your food were horrible as was their male supervisor at evening dinner. He’s rude and the servers let us know it. This ruined our trip and several others we spoke with. We are returning guest to Jamaica but at a different Hotel. Will never go back here. Absolutely ruined it for us. I had 2 Ocean Front rooms for my wife and 2 small Children not to mention. Last night we had a problem I addressed with the supervisor. After discussing the problem I said we should go talk to his Manager. He said he didn’t have a Manager that he was the Manager. I said no you are the shift supervisor not the manager so let’s go then he proceeds to apologize. You my friend are a bad steward for your workers and most definitely for our Hilton Brand as most importantly your investors to this Great Hotel Chain. I spoke with the Manager at Concierge the next morning before we left. I hope this situation was addressed. No one in a position of power should address a situation out in the middle of a restaurant for everyone to hear and see. Especially when there are 2 minor children there. Maybe it’s time to change the position of that supervisor and put him in a no contact role. You are the example of which your employees portray. Sale yourself and you sale the job. As for now, my family won’t be back.

Great relaxing place for vacation. Super clean and friendly staff

Food was excellent with many choices for people with dietary restrictions. Staff is friendly. Beach is secluded so no peddlers and no neighboring resorts, which was great. Lazy River pool and slides were fun for all ages. Daily entertainment varied but always delivered. This family with two teens had our best vacation ever in Jamaica!

Cleaniness

The beauty of the location is amazing, the people working at the resort are exceptional. Service and food was never less than above average.

We are so glad we made the decision to stay at this resort when traveling to Montego Bay. The entire staff takes extra precaution in cleanliness while still making the experience fun and memorable. While the entire staff is wonderful, three stood out to us that honestly made our trip so enjoyable that we want to come back just because of them alone - Vanessa, Shemar and Wesley!!!
