This was our favourite property during our 2 week stay in Portugal. The room was huge, with a comfortable bed and expansive bathroom. Loved having the washer and dryer combo in our room. It had an attached underground parking facility with spots reserved for those staying at the property. Check in was great, with excellent support from our host. Would highly recommend staying here. Close walking distance to many sites!

The apartment which we rented in Chiado Mercy was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean and had all the amenities of a vacation apartment. The location was perfect for walking to Barrio Alto and local restaurants. We felt secure walking to some of the monuments, churches and the Time Out Market which are mostly within 3-10 mins of the Chiado Mercy Apartment in Lisbon. Bring your walking shoes and enjoy the culture.

The apartment is large, by Lisbon’s standards. It is very well kept. Very clean and comfortable. The soundproofing is adequate, though you can still hear the street noise. This apartment is pricier, but worth its price. Host speaks great English and is very helpful. There is free parking and EV charging, so it gets plus points for their facilities! The location is great, accessible to small shops and restaurants. A small issue with the washer dryer. I did not know how to use it properly or it was not working well. Last thing, the whole place smells great! The hotel like aromas are soothing. I will definitely stay here again!!

Great location and very clean and spacious apartment. Would definitely consider staying again when back in Lisbon. Only slightly negative would be that garage has very tight parking and locks and keypads on front door and garage did not work all of the time. Also there is laundry but very very small washer dryer combo and dryer did not dry the clothes. Beautiful place and very responsive staff.
