Overall very good place to stay. Near to airport and parknride. Speedy check in and above average breakfast. The odd dinner experience surprising considering the general good service. There was only one person on staff (she was even the bar tender) in the restaurant at dinner time on Valentines Day. She was incredibly busy and unable to keep up with amount of patrons coming in. She suggested we go across the street to the hotel next door if we were in a hurry as it would take her a long time to get to us. That worked out ok, but it was a sub zero night and not our first choice to go outside again!

Very convenient to the Dorval train station. I walked to the train station which took 10 minutes. I will definitely go back to this hotel. The restaurant is very clean, lots of tables to sit down.

Terrible check/in - very rude. I’m a titanium member for Marriott and they treated me with disrespect. Won’t return!

Customer service was excellent/ Front desk staff were very courteous.

I was thrilled that the lady checking me in spoke perfect English because I was nervous with this being my first time visiting Canada and I didn't know what to expect. She was very nice. I requested a room overlooking the runways/airport. My son likes to watch the planes. She contacted housekeeping to see if they had a room available on the train tracks side of the building and put us there. I didn't realize it until we got to the room, but this was on the opposite side of the building from where we wanted to be. :( When we checked out the same woman that checked us in neglected to tell us how to exit the gate so I had to go back in because I forgot that I had been using my key to leave previously, and had given her the keys at checkout. All of the staff was very friendly and courteous though.

This was an unusually nice airport hotel at a reasonable price. It was more aesthetically appealing than most hotels at this price point. It had a nice included breakfast buffet (save for the caveat below), which I value highly when selecting a hotel. And it is right by the airport and freeway to get there, while being amazingly quiet despite that. My only real gripe with it is that it had an insane line to get hot breakfast items. That is pretty unacceptable for an airport hotel (which often requires speed). Basically, they located all of the hot items in one spot, along with all of the condiments, too (to make Mexican eggs, etc). With like two hours of watching the traffic pattern and with the purchase of a couple more warming trays, I am sure the manager of the hotel could figure out how to spread out the food so that it didn’t involve a single line to access it. ( Or at least just move the condiments to a separate place, because that was really slowing the one-at-a time process down) I was also charged extra for parking, which was included in my rate. They graciously adjusted it at the front desk. But they seemed to be understaffed, so it was quite a wait to do that. Fix that fixable buffet flow issue (as many other reviews have noted) - and staff up the front desk to more sufficient levels - and this will be my ideal airport hotel.

There was no hot water for my shower and I was unable to print out my plane tickets. The front desk person was less than helpful and the guy they got to help with the computer was disrespectful.

The food was trash Service so so No water in room(bottle)

check-in went smoothly and the customer service reps were very nice upon checkin.

Finding our way by car was problematic, due to sometimes incomplete road signage to P.E. Trudeau Airport. But this hotel was a nice place to stay.
