This hotel has great amenities and is right off the highway. 20 minutes to downtown and you're able to go wherever you like. The hotel is situated in the West island near the airport, but has access to everywhere you want to go in Montreal and the surrounding area.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff is accommodating an the rooms are large. This hotel had kids that were staying for a hockey tournament, and I didn't hear them running around the halls. This hotel is quiet and very nice.

Stayed Friday night in front of a Saturday flight out of Montreal. 10 minutes from airport. Free airport shuttle. Hotel was clean, great room, comfortable bed, free breakfast, free wifi. Only downside would be that there is nothing around the property as far as restaurants, entertainment etc., but perfect if staying before leaving from airport

We chose this hotel because of it's advertised Stay and Park option. The rate quoted was for overnight stay at the hotel, and parking at AeroParc at the Montreal airport. We confirmed when booking, and even showed the desk clerk our itinerary when we checked in, and he assured us that the rate was for an overnight stay and parking while we were away. When we arrived back from our vacation, we had to pay an extra $15 to get our vehicle out of the parking lot. Apparently it's NOT 7 full days of parking (very deceiving), you have to have your vehicle out on the 7th day, BEFORE the time you checked in on the first day. Typically a 7 day vacation is departure in the morning and arrival on the 7th day in the afternoon or evening, but you have to be aware that if you arrive on the 7th day any later than when you parked your vehicle, they will charge you for the extra day. This is very deceiving and the hotel will not explain this to you.

We stayed for 3 nights. The check-in experience was great. The front desk attendant was wonderful, suggested we change the room that we had pre-booked due to 2 events that were being held that weekend, and the hallway would be fairly noisy. Spoke english fluently. The hotel itself is exactly as you would expect from staying in other Hamptons. We stayed in a King Suite, so it had single King bed, sofa, small kitchenette; the only thing to comment on was there almost seemed to be an excess amount of room in the room, there was a random table at the end of the bed, it really seemed to be out of place (first world problems, eh). We had minor plumbing issue one night, I spent 30 minutes attempting to call the front desk by using the "front-desk" button on the phone, with no answer. Then I tried again by dialing '0', and got through right away. The maintenance person was at the door in no-time. There was a hockey team staying there as well and breakfast was slow one morning. It seemed the entire team decided to go to breakfast the same time I did, so the food quickly ran out. The poor attendant did everything to quickly restock items though. We stayed here for a weekend in Montreal, attempting to avoid the extra costs of staying downtown and still having the freedom to come and go as we wished. It took about 15 minutes to get downtown and back, so it was well worth it.

When I arrived at the Dorval Airport...I called my shuttle it arrived within 15 min which was great especially on an cold wintering night...the shuttle driving (Simpson) was exceptional and amazing as usual. When I arrived at the Hotel I was greeted with care from Carlynn, Anthony ,Chris and other who made my trip unforgettable experience. My room was so nice & clean I didn't want to leave. Thank you...I will be returning for my next trip.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and I would definitely stay again. Great staff that make you feel welcome and comfortable. Location was ideal for getting to visit the city or to head out of town.

I was a guest at your hotel from Wednesday, January 25th until Saturday, January 28th. I was having a really lousy day when I arrived and things just kept going wrong...however, your fabulous staff did everything in their power to turn things around for me and brighter up a really frustrating day! I need to mention Carolyn and Anthony specifically, because they went ABOVE and BEYOND to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. They were friendly, outgoing and energetic! I can honestly say that they played a huge role in making my experience a positive one. I'm hoping you understand how valuable they are to your company and how lucky you are to have them as part of your team. You should be very proud! Thank you so much, Marci W.

Stayed for a few nights prior to a Caribbean vacation flight in January. Stayed with my wife and two kids. I am a frequent Hilton property guest (travel a lot for work) and I found this property to be to the expected Hampton Standard. A larger hotel with a conference center on the back, pool, fitness center, breakfast area, etc. Our first night there was a Saturday and a little loud due to a girl's hockey tournament (young girls so you can imagine the screaming.....) but the desk staff did what they could to put us in a quitter area. Didn't bother us much other than when my kids tried to go to the pool Saturday night and it was way too loud for them to stay. The fitness room is quite small, couple of cardio machines, a rack of dumbbells up to 35lbs and a small universal type machine. Enough to get a bit of a sweat on but don't expect it to be a full service gym... Breakfast was good each day, certainly met all of our needs with coffee available nearly all day. Requested a couple of extra blankets and such over two different days and staff was quick to complete the requests. Staff was very friendly overall. The hotel is in good condition including lobby, hallways and rooms. Mid-range in price and worth it. I would recommend this hotel to people in the future if you're looking for something close to the airport.

Was welcomed to the hotel via their settle service from the airport. The staff were extremely friendly and rooms were clean, comfortable and cheerful. Will be staying again and would recommend to anyone in the future!
