Expedia did not promptly inform the Hotel that we could not make it after a canceled flight. After a live chat twice with your agent. I most likely with use other means to book an hotel. If i loose out $150 dollars for a quick call that the agent said she make and did not get an answer, but i called twice and immediately got answered by the hotel staff. Hotel staff waited to be contacted by expedia. Just received a call from hotel staff at 12:02am wondering if we were still needing the room.
