Prompt check-in. Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Reasonable / consistent with expectation included breakfast. It was a short stay, I was there less that 10 hours, however I wouldn't hesitate to book a future stay at this hotel.
I stayed a couple of nights at the ground level as part of a bus tour contingent. The moment I entered the room, the smell of the cleaning detergent sucks. I need to open the door to let in fresher air from the corridor. I wasn't able to eat the packed breakfast. I was given the ends of the loaf. I was disappointed because that's the part of the loaf bread that i throw away. There was no chance for me to ask for replacement. The towels were rough and old. For a two queen bed accommodation, the set of bath paraphernalia provided was just for one person. Good that my sister brought her own brands. On the second night, the same smell welcomed us into the room. So disgusting, I have rhinitis and I am allergy to strong smell.
After learning my flight was cancelled, found this hotel to be reasonably priced, quick check in, nice room and nice shuttle back to the airport in the morning. No complaints. I would recommend to anyone in the same situation or just looking for a hotel close to the airport.
The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The rooms themselves could due with a paint job and the internet service was a little sporadic at times. We were there for 2 nights and one of the nights there were about 7 Asian teenage children on the second floor right bedside our room who were up ALL NIGHT running up and down the hall slamming doors, going up and down the elevators, running outside, yelling and singing outside our window. When we complained at 06:30 in the AM we were told we should have called during the night and the shuttle driver could have taken care of it and I said I was surprised that the front desk did not see these kids running in and out all night yelling!!!!
I booked this hotel through parksleepfly back in January. A payment was taken from my credit card. We arrived Sunday, March 11 flying out at 6:00 a.m March 12th so needed shuttle for 3:30 am. When I went to check-out the fellow working the front desk said he couldn't print out a receipt for the room because the computer doesn't upload for another hour. He said it would be emailed to me. I showed him a copy of the reservation with payment details. While in punta cana I checked email and I was charged the full price of the room on my credit card. They should of only charged me the remaining balance due. Arrived back to pick up vehicle Mar.19th at 5:00 p.m. showed the person working (Mary) that I had been overcharged. She couldn't fix the overcharge I showed her the payment that was already made on my credit card in January. I would have to wait for (Angie) to call me between 12 and 1 today (march 20th). No phone call!!! Surprise!Surprise! FYI thank you to Isaac (shuttle driver).
Booked a room with Qbed and was surprised when we got to our room that it was a suite with fridge/micro oven and countertop and sink and a large sitting area. We were not disturbed by the noise of aircrafts during the night. The breakfast was quite good and our 6:30 a.m.shuttle was punctual and took probably less than 6 minutes to the airport. Overall we were quite satisfied with our accommodation and would stay here again.
Got here on Wednesday for business. Front desk could not accommodate me to room with balcony or with a door. Arriving in my room toilet was running. Called front desk maintenance came to check. Says will be fixed tomorrow morning. Not done. Went to run bath. Stopper doesn't work. Fixed immediately by maintenance. Hotel is outdated. Carpet in my room has stains. No DND for your door. Heater is from the 80' s and runs way too hot. All around will request corporate not book me here again. Oh and side note. Parking lot is full of packed snow and ice. Horrible snow removal
Spent one night. Non smoking hotel so room smelled fine. It was clean and decent size. Left my car for seven days. The shuttle service was fast both going to the airport and back. The breakfast was just adequate. The check in and check out was efficient. Staff were pleasant. Reasonable price.
While this is not a luxury hotel, it is very convenient to the airport. The staff is friendly, the shuttle service to the airport is both free and punctual, and the breakfast is quite good considering it is included. The rooms themselves in the older motel section are not huge, but are clean, beds are comfortable and they have been recently renovated. Rooms facing away from the highway in the older section are definitely quieter, but keep in mind that you are very close to a busy international airport. All in all, I had a good night's sleep and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who simply needs a place to sleep before or after a flight.
This is not a fancy hotel or an area where you would normally travel to for pleasure. But if you are looking for a place to park you car and spend a night before or after your flight this fits the bill. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes from the hotel on the hour. You have to book the time in advance. On return you have to call for a pickup which took less then 10 minutes.
