We had made our reservation, talked with the front desk twice. I had an elderly person with mobility issues and even though they told us that shuttle was just a call away, we had to wait 1.5 hours for a shuttle to take us 1.7kms!!!! They also left us on hold when we called for 45 mins!!!

Shuttle bus driver wasnt very helpful, he didn't offer to drop me off at my gate and didnt even get out of the van to help with my bag. He just sat and played on his phone the whole time

The lights in my room didn’t work. The shuttle bus that was supposed to pick us up at the airport took 40 minutes to come. Couldn’t put a safety bar on my car while we were away because they were all broken.

I stayed here for a week in November 2025. I was in what they called the renovated section. Room was clean, bathroom all new, but they recycled old furniture. I had a queen bed, headboard was a double and probably from the 70's. Nothing really fit well in room. A loud guy was in adjacent room and i could hear him clearly yelling at people on the phone. Other than him one night, it was fairly quiet at the back of the hotel. I had to unplug the fridge, quite noisy going on and off. The only peril was the shower stall - it was super slippery. They really need to install some grip tape. I started to bring my phone in the bathroom in case I had to call 911! Overall for the price and convenience to highway, can't complain.
