Its a decent spot to stay just for overnight. They put me in a room facing the road and I couldn't sleep at all during the night because of the cars driving by. The door is not insulated at all, so all the cold air and noise goes right through. Lucky for me i tried to raise the heat in the room and it doesn't work... so i was shivering all night and got sick the next day. The room overall is nice and clean with minor mold in the cracks in the bathroom. Navigating through the hotel was a bit difficult since all the doors looks the same so its hard to identify the elevator and the emergency exit door on the second level.
The hotel was very run down. Soiled dirty carpets and the whole place had an odour. Especially the rooms , they all smelled moldy. We were there for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned properly. Had to ask every night for extra towels. The breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast staff were very nice. We paid over $200/night as it was the only hotel in the area that we could get, but would never stay here again. If you need a quick stop over and can get it cheaper it would be fine. But very upset about spending this much money for such a disappointing expericence.
Old, smelly, dirty rooms. Beds never made, not enough towels and never vacuumed during our 3 night stay. Breakfast was sad. I'm giving this one star because the ap makes me. Also, the staff in the breakfast bar were doing the best they could with what they had.
This was one of the strangest hotel experiences I've had in quite some time. At check in, the manager was very nervous and oddly hostile, refusing to look me in the eye and rushing like he had to be somewhere else. I thought that maybe he did, so no problem, but he was there later. No big deal, really, on that - if everything else had been ok. The hotel is VERY run down with old, old stained carpets throughout and in the room - the room was nonsmoking, but absolutely reeked of smoke. I guess they never properly sanitized it and didn't change out the smoke-retaining carpet and drapes. The bed might as well have been a block of wood. The entire experience was creepy and weird. The only reason I didn't give it one star is that the room seemed reasonably clean for the condition it was in. Housekeeping is doing the best they can with what they have been given. The hotel should not be called Quality Inn and needs a total renovation.
We had 3 rooms and all 3 had a stink. It was difficult to fall asleep because of the odour. When complained, they tried to mask the smell with room freshener, which made it worst. The breakfast, however, was pretty good. For the price, the hotel isn't worth it
I selected this hotel strictly on its proximity to the Montreal airport. We had an early flight to catch and did not want any traffic complications to deal with. It had excellent access to the highway leading to the airport. This is a standard airport hotel, with small but clean rooms. It has very friendly staff and a large breakfast room. It has ample parking and is quite quiet. I was only there for about 8 hours, but it definitely provided a good sleeping environment. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Great location, friendly staff and with just a phone call, will pick you up from train or plane/or take you there. Room was comfortable but could use a face-life! Breakfast included with quite a choice of drinks and foods. I always stay here when I travel from Dorval/Montreal.
We've stayed at a few of the airport hotels in the area and this one has been our favourite so far. It is, by far, the easiest to get to. We really enjoyed that!! There are lots of restaurants etc close to the hotel. Check in was fast and efficient and all service at the hotel was great. We booked the shuttle with no issues and there was lots of parking (and at the front so we felt safe leaving our car) Room was clean and bed was comfortable. There were a few English channels on TV for before we crashed. Wake up call was on time as was the shuttle. We were too early for the full breakfast but they provided coffee, muffins and cookies which was great. We will definitely stay here again. If you want Park and Fly, just book directly through the 'Choice Hotels' web site...super easy and great price.
PARKING 7 DAYS or More you absolutely need to call to the hotel directly to have a parking because they are never included. I booked on line and when i got to the hotel they had no more parking for 7 days while I was on vacation. So I had to find a other hotel the night before I left by airplane. It was realy stressing and expensif to find a other hotel with a 7 day parking.
This is place is pretty meh. CS on the property is ok, but not great. CS in general is actually quite good. Location is very good. A huge mall right next door, and airport is super close. Property is a little shabby and sort run-down, but clean. Beds in Cuba are more comfortable than beds here...saying Being english is a bit of a handicap here, since CS's levels of english vary greatly.
