We booked this hotel after a trip cancellation. We booked online from the airport, it was quick ,efficient , and free transportation with their shuttle. A hot free breakfast was also included and it was very good. Great experience after a very stressful situation at the airport!

The property was conveniently located in close proximity to the airport. However the shuttle service driver was hostile with( he kept asking if we stayed at the hotel before allowing us inside the bus). The AC in the room made a continuous noise for most of the night. At the back of our room was scattered garbage. The front desk staff seemed to be annoyed by my enquiry. We felt very uncomfortable with the overall stay.

Overall it was a good stay and I would return again. Shuttle bus to and from airport is a good bonus. However I would point out the following cons: 1. Breakfast buffet kept running out of food, so we had a longer than planned breakfast as we waited for food to be restocked. 2. The bus stop is right outside the hotel making travel downtown very easy. However the same is not true on the return trip and requires 20 mins of walking. So we took an uber back to the hotel but this was not the original plan.

Everything you would need for a quick over nighter after a cancelled flight. Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, hot water and good A/C. Breakfast in the morning was fine…typical Comfort Inn. Airport shuttle was very good and timely. Just so you know, no elevator to second floor

the stay was nice, beds did not seem like queens more like doubles. The continental breakfast was way too busy and staff could not keep up. Felt bad for the staff. Sadly we weren't able to eat breakfast either morning due to how busy it was. Not big enough area to seat that many people.

The room is clean and convenient. Staff are polite and good. Breakfast is good too, somedays it get busy but the food is good. During our stay we only had one problem and it was early morning nosie for two days and I think it is not becasue of the hotel itself. Generally it is worth the price.

I always appreciate a good budget hotel and in this category expect little more than a clean room. Unfortunately, Comfort Inn does not appear to have very thorough cleaning protocols in place. While the room had clearly been cleaned, there was hair left in one of the beds and on shower walls. The second bed had a stained (though clearly laundered) sheet, and almost all the towels, while smelling fresh, had stains of all sorts. The curtains were dirty with years of fingerprints, and the shower curtain was moldy. A previous guest’s paper cup was left by the bed. Any one of these issues would be excusable, but together point to poor choice of laundry detergent and rushed cleaning. Additionally, the office chair was peeling all over, past the point of reasonable wear, and ventilation was poor, with unpleasant smell in the room. I do not recommend staying in this hotel until their cleaning procedures have improved.

It was not pleasant experience. The wasroom door does not have lock. We have asked for room cleaning next day and they did not clean the room even they did not empty dust bin. Very poor service. Did not expect this. Not recommended.
