The shuttle took far too long to show up. I spent 90 minutes waiting outside in the cold for a shuttle. It was just a rough way to start the stay. It almost made me wanna jump on a different shuttle and stay somewhere else. The room seemed dated (shutter downs in 2026!?). I would've liked a nicer coffee machine too.

Hotel was nice, but when I tried to use the pool, no towels were available. Oh well, didn’t do the hot tub. However the power went out around 1am, which did make the room pretty cold, understandably. The biggest issue is that with no power, there was also no emergency lighting anywhere in the hotel. Having to climb down 15 flights of stairs in the dark with luggage is super dangerous and totally unacceptable

I am very dissatisfied with my stay. The support staff were unhelpful, and the check-in process took far too long. Despite my birthday being noted, there was no acknowledgment at all. Basic amenities such as slippers were not provided. When I tried calling from my room, it took over five minutes to get a response, and the room was dirty when I arrived. This level of service is unacceptable.

Staff were friendly, the room was small but modern and clean, the breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the pool was a great temperature. However the hotel premises were filthy. There were crumbs all over the hallways, the pool, hot-tub, and pool-deck had not been cleaned in a very long time as it was grimey, and the pool loungers were beach ones (so almost touching the ground) and are rusty. The technology in the room in terms of media needs an upgrade as the TV did not have any kind of ability to connect to an app such as Netflix for example. This chain has unfortunately really gone downhill in the last 10 years. The warm welcome cookie is still part of the experience though which was nice.
