The staff were excellent. The duo of guys on the front desk around 10am are fantastic; knowledgeable, friendly, eager to help - they should be paid more to ensure you keep them. Breakfast was too expensive for what you offer, and the coffee cups, throughout the Hotel, were far, far too small.

Convenient, but improve communication

Hotel was great, but communication could have been improved. We used the shuttle bus service to get to the airport. We were not told to be at the meet point 10 mins before time, this resulted in a tense conversation with the concierge which could have been avoided if we’d been given the information when reserving our spaces.
