This property was HORRIBLE!!! They didn’t have any towels! Had to pay a driver to take me Into town to buy my own! Needs to be updated! All the women are rude as hell

I love the resort and the entertainment and entertainers just need and update on the room I dislike the rooms a lot… front desk servers need properly training on customer service because they were rude.

The property needs an update. It needs more food variety. Some bars closed when they should be open. Some rude staff. Lack of water in the bathroom

The food in the was restaurant was very bad and restaurant staff is not attentive.Kendice from entertainment was very helpful and professional in her job

The rooms are old and out dated. Towels are given in a plastic trash bag and left on the the room door. Front desk staff are rude and unorganized, no one knows anything.

This is a slightly older resort with renovated areas. The service was always great and the staff is kind. Had to ask for towels for the room and the water pressure in the shower was in and out. There are a lot of entertainment and excursions tht keep you busy all day and the food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was always good especially where you can get cutstom made dishes. It was overall a great stay

We have stayed at this property before and it has really gone down hill. Missing railings next to ocean drop off, loose boats on walk way, needs up dating. The entertainment staff was wonderful but I do not trust the management! Andre was extremely rude to my family that were stuck there for 3 days due to weather. I will never return to this property again. I did hear it is under new ownership, I was not impressed!

This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The island itself was beautiful, but I experienced 4 days of not being able to take a simple hot shower without the hot water either not coming or stopping completely mid-shower! My first night there I had to wait 4hrs just to get wash cloths and towels because I was told they were all out. Rude and lackadaisical dining and housekeeping staff. Tiny ants in my bathroom and room. Extremely outdated facilities. Only some of the ladies at the front desk, including one female front desk manager and the bellhops were very nice and accommodating.

The whole place smell like piss.I wasted my money.

Positive: The view was really pretty and the staff was courteous. Special highlight to Jewel at the front desk, Tete at the buffet, and Biggs at the bar- genuine and absolute gems Negative: The hotel needs upgrading! For the amount of money spent, which truly was NOT cheap, they should do better. The room was the most basic, plastic shower curtain (yuck!) molded bathroom, no towels upon arrival and when asked for them we had to wait a really long time , no fridge in room, broken tiles not only in room but throughout the resort. There were chairs in dining hall that were broken, the food was ok (nothing to brag about.) We from day two we tried to get a reservation at the restaurant as early as 8:00am and every single day they were “booked.” Other guests I spoke to had the same complaints which is sad because they have potential. The ñor was no variety to the activities offered daily which sucks. Asking for bottled water for the hotel room is a waste of time-they never arrived with water. We snuck in the room next to us as it was being cleaned and they had a fridge but the overall conditions were blah. For reference, we stayed at Room 324. Would I spend hard earned money here, I’d never!

Happy was okay needs to be updated more but the manager was excellent and the stuff is good.

I booked a weekend getaway for myself for 3 days, 2 nights to get away from NYC for a bit. I arrived at the airport, went through customs quickly, walked out of the airport and into an official van ride, given the price amount up front of $15. Driver drove me less than 5 minutes away to my hotel. The Royal Decameron Montego Beach All inclusive hotel. Arrived, walked over to the check-in counter, spoke to friendly front counter person. Was given the layout of the hotel. Soon after walked over to the bar for my first two drinks to quench the vacation thirst, then walked a minute to the white sand beach overlooking the blue water. I was super impressed with the ease of the start of my vaca. PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL!!
