- The room was very nice and comfortable.
- The staff was okay but not customer-friendly at all.
- Upon entering the resort, I was pulled aside and given misleading information. I was offered a gift and told it was not a sales event, just a breakfast with a manager in a nicer section. However, when I showed up the next day, I was taken to the club area for a sales event. When I refused to attend, one of the staff members spoke to me very rudely and essentially asked me to leave. This felt like a sleazy sales tactic, especially since I had clearly stated I was not interested in any sales or marketing event.
- The resort is not fully functional, and there were many men doing repairs. This is understandable considering what the island recently went through.
