The dining staff in the buffet were the best. They remembered us when we would come in and considering how many people come in and out, they do everything in a timely matter and with a smile on their face. They're friendly and deserve all the positive remarks. The same can be said with the poolside bar and the all day MC's taking care of the entertainment all day. They put in the work!
What we didn't like was the time it takes when working with the front desk, from waiting in line, to waiting for the whole transaction of service, to quick check out or the process of checking out especially when timing shuttle back to the airport, as well as knowing what's been tabbed to the room. We were not given an itemized list but will be looking for an e-mail that includes this information. Considering they claim this is a "5-star hotel, we didn't feel like such when being served" not to mention they didn't clean our room until after 3PM and service would take more than an hour to get done. It was clean like when we moved when when we got in but we had to keep busy a couple of times just to wait for the rooms to be completed.
We were also decieved on pricing for some spa services at the pool when we inquired about services. Not only was the price incorrect, the time and date of services were also mislead as well.
All the families we were there with had a blast but there weren't any compensations and the manager seemed almost annoyed with our simple requests inquired about.
