Rooms were far away very long walk to the room. Elevator very small. Overall the hotel was ok for the price. entertainment was good finish kind of really nothing else to do after. Nightclub would be nice or some late music. Food was ok lots of options to choose from. Steak house could be better.

I appreciate that reception was accommodating moving me to a room nearer to the lobby as the distance is quite far. The hotel can use some fumigation however. Miniature roaches can be seen in rooms and even on the counters at the bar. Please take precaution.

We had a great time. Our unit was clean and well maintained. All staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had so many food and drink options all the time. I did not like that the hotel is far away from the airport. We were not able to use the Riu shuttle because we booked our stay through Travelocity. We had to arrange for our own transportation.

Workers very pleasant, housekeeping did a wonderful job. A big shout out to Odane in the Italian restaurant. So cute, accommodating and funny. He truly enjoys his job and it shows. Dunn's River, snorkeling tour was great and available right from resort.

The property was beautiful and the staff was so nice and friendly. The food could have been better. There was plenty of it, it just wasn't tasty.

The rooms had roaches and cockroaches, we had three rooms and they were all the same. The food options were limited compared to other RIU’s and also nasty.
