We’ve traveled to over 25 countries. This all-inclusive was hands down NOT A FOUR STAR. I’d give it a 2.9 at most. The rooms were average. The food was always the same. The pools were cold. The mentors were minimal. The family room bathrooms were AWFUL, with zero privacy.

Even though I got there early, I had to wait until about 5:PM for my room. Each time I approached the desk was told my room was not yet ready. My son was with me, began to say that he was not coming back. Furthermore, this trip was the 4th for this year. As a registered RIU member, better courtesy should have been extended to us!

Travelled right after Hurricane Melissa and was pleased with the work the staff did to make the guest stay enjoyable. The hotel was clean, the food options were good, the beach and pools were awesome.

I went down there for my B'day with husband. We had an amazing time. I've been to Riu Ochi twice. The property itself is gorgeous. The staff was amazing. The beach in Riu/Ochi is breathtaking. Despite the devastation from Hurricane Melissa. Much respect to 🇯🇲.

In the face of the worst storm best service .. I will stuck with you guys anytime.. all staff .. dinning staff kinda sometimes nit nice but front desk #1 .. entertainment #1 .. bar service #1 .. housekeep with everything going on not even making it to their homes during this time+++#1. Staff kept me happy and safe.

No room service provided. The guest n staff fighting. They charged for our room even though we had a lockdown for two days on a row. Got put out of our room in the middle of the night . Even though there was zero phone and internet all day. The food was horrible
