Its is a great place to stay. They are inflexible when you make mistakes on booking they are not open to making changes even in light of family emergencies ; It is also advertised free airport transportation and it is not. Its is 55 each way and the property is 45mins from the airport

Here’s the real deal: I did SO MUCH RESEARCH and finally chose this resort for the swim up suite, lazy river and all inclusive. We were there the first week of March so there was still a bit of a chill in the pool water but not the ocean. The pools were still lovely and clean. The room was comfortable and clean. I sleep hot and was glad that the rooms are pretty cold if you want them to be. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we had no trouble getting every single thing we asked for, including buckets of ice daily. The minibar refills daily with bottled water, coke, Coke Zero, sprite and juice. Food: unlimited access to decent food. Not “oh my god this is so good” food but good enough that I had no complaints. Skip the Red Snapper restaurant, it was average. Not great, not bad though. Sakura is the hibachi restaurant and the food was fresh and very good there. Chef was a treat. My husband raved about Martha’s Market (the huge buffet) for breakfast. We also ate a lunch and dinner there and found it pretty good and plentiful (very similar to those huge Chinese buffets in the US). You’re not going to get high quality seafood on all inclusive but they had the option to purchase lobster, etc. The beach was average and the water felt great. There were plenty of seats and the waiters came by often. Some rocky areas on the beach but not too bad, just watch where you’re going. My favorite: the Jamaican Jerk shack on the beach had the best chicken I think I’ve ever had.

Hotel was good- my issue right now is the fact that no one has resolved the issue that when we got here, we were supposed to get a master suite, and we were only told until we checked in that there was no master suite, even though we were charged for it and to just stay in a regular rooftop room which is almost an $1800 difference .throughout my trip. I have been emailing Expedia and speaking with the resort and I am checking out today and still nothing result..

A table had a spill from whoever was in the room previously and the corner of the shower had “soap scum” (Serratia marcescens) built up in the corner but the room was pretty nice. Amazing view. About 80% of the staff was very nice and very helpful. About 20% of them seemed unhappy to be there which I guess I could understand. The food at most of the restaurants were very good although we had a cockroach land on our table

The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. We had lots of fun in the big pool, splash water park and lazy river. We mostly ate at the main buffet, due to the kids, however, the food was great, I wish each meal always had a section for Jamaican food, even if it is small selection. For those looking for authentic Jamaican food or high quality food, please go off the resort, as the resorts cater to all. The staff we encountered were friendly, sometimes I found the servers at the restaurant took some time to come back to clear tables, but, not always. I wasn't able to attend the disco, but there were night time activities. I wish the day time activities for adults were more loud, proud and engaging!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience truly disappointed us. For a hotel that promotes itself as a 5-star resort, the overall condition and service quality were far below expectations. The property feels worn down and poorly maintained. In our room, the bathroom outlet did not work, several lights were in bad condition, and the television never functioned properly during our stay. The food was extremely disappointing. There was very limited variety, and most of the time only what the staff decided to offer was available. This applied not only to the buffet but also to drinks — many options were simply unavailable. The quality of the food did not match what you would expect from a 5-star all-inclusive resort. Service was another major issue. Staff members were often inattentive and, at times, rude. Items were handed to us abruptly, wait times were long for almost everything, and there was a general lack of hospitality. The ice cream shop only operated at night, which makes little sense in a hot tropical destination where guests would expect it to be available during the day. There were also very limited activities and entertainment options. The resort felt dull and lacking in energy. Overall, this was not a 5-star experience by any standard. If zero stars were possible, that is what I would give. Unfortunately, we left very disappointed.

Location and food was beautiful. Staff very friendly and attentive. But lots of maintenance issues and food all tastes different than if grown in the States (meats, veggies & flour items taste odd). Beach is beautiful, but only 3-5 ft deep at the bouys where allowed to ‘swim’ to (very shallow). The pool shut down at 5:00 pm. I got sick and they wouldn’t let my husband bring me food from the restaurants, not even the buffet. ( And the room service was $50 just for a continental breakfast.) Restaurants required reservations, and first dibs go to Primere clients. Supper started at 6:30, if you could get a reservation before 8:00 pm. Speciality drinks & meats were upcharged. And tips were supposed to be included , but they expected them for every drink & service they did for you. So the ‘All-inclusive’ part was confusing. We also were tricked into a ‘welcome breakfast’, that turned into a 3 hr sales pitch for a travel club. Wouldn’t go again for the high price we paid.

Amazing experience at Ocean Coral Spring from start to finish. The privilege experience was absolutely top tier. Roslyn with check-in had the best hospitality, I've experienced on check-in. The quality of the food was excellent and so many options. Tashae at the juice bar along with Desroy (butler service), Damarlie (beach service) all provided EXCEPTIONAL service! I’ve travelled extensively and would easily place this resort as top 5! The room was also incredible, private and great cleanliness.

Food and resort were great. Service, however, was disappointing. There were no snacks in the room, which is especially important when traveling with little kids. There was no staff around the pool or beach area to serve drinks. Towels were unavailable at the beach, and when we asked, the staff member said they didn’t know when more would arrive. The beach bar ran out of glasses and asked us to get one from another restaurant that was refilling them. Overall, this did not feel like 5-star service. We have had much better service and experiences at other resorts.
