The front desk staff at check in a d out were wonderful. The bell staff was wonderful, everyone gave wonderful service with a genuine smile. Shavel at the front desk is an amazing lady and very helpful, there was another lady too I can't remember her name she checked me into 2314/2313. The rooms were wonderful and spacious. Thank you all.

property very clean room was great mirror in bath room get very hot when lights on too many people selling timeshare but they don't tell u it is. o its just someone showing u around the property incase u want to come back its a big lie (timeshare) n don't tell them no , was not a great experience don't care what they offered not worth it. if you are going to Jamaica for great n lets lower the bar good food this is not the place. the jamaican food awful i know that they didn't have a jamaican cooking even if he was blind he still would have done a better job. only place u could find some good jamaican good is by the beach at jamaican grill. n thats open later n close earlier

Beautiful resort. Lots of dining options and entertainment. Most of the entertainment is from 8PM on. This is not great for families or the adults that go to bed early. It would be nice to watch a show at 8:00 instead of 9:30. We had some key issues and had to have security called twice. It was not a fast process and we waisted 2 hours waiting for them to fix our lock on our last night there. I most likely would not stay here again because of the lock issue we had.

Awful service would not Recommend staying there I asked for room service and they didn’t bring a fork. I got To the premises at noon and they didn’t allow me to check in after 3pm mind you my room was available from the day before ..also to make rsvp to the restaurants was annoying had to wake Up every morning at 8am because the app wasn’t Available… market store is outrages with their prices for a bag of chips 15 dollars and 5 dollars for a Gatorade . If you go to the beach you would have to go to the bar every time you want a drink no waiters only by the pool area but you get lucky if you get service even if you tip .

They do not have a latch or deadbolt on the doors which is a little concerning, but I'm MacGyvered a barricade together for when I slept at night. The pool bar was missing tile across the front so you could see where it is rusting. One of the bartenders at the pool bar tall really skinny was horrible and acted like we were annoying him. Then there was on bartender that was absolutely amazing and was the life of the party. My Jacuzzi on the balcony the stopper was broken so I never got to use it. I paid for privilege status and did not receive privilege services, Moya was great my first 2 days, but the other 3 days service was up to par. My dining experience was hit or miss not all servers were attentive, and my order was messed up on more than one occasion or they would completely just not bring me something.

The property was beautiful we had trouble with our check in and got over priced, they wouldn’t allow me to talk to a manager and didn’t do anything you make the situation better ! Taxi is overly expensive !!!! Outside taxi is better
