I liked how clean the property was, however after day one i realized the housekeepers werent as meticulous when cleaning. The food was ok the first day break was very good but as the days went by the standard fell, there wasnt alot of options. The phone wasnt working in our room. I think

My family and I stayed here the last night of of our vacation and it was perfect. Very convenient. Our room was directly in front the pool so we did a late night swim with my 1 year old and then breakfast was right up the stairs overlooking the ocean. You had the option to dine inside or on the balcony. It was cute and would definitely stay again to end my vacation. It’s close to the airport and they provide transportation to the airport!

I LOVED EVERYTHING!! From the front desk staff who were absolutely amazing to the bellmen, the shuttle driver and the restaurant staff. I can’t say enough about how friendly, polite and helpful they all were to me. They are very knowledgeable about the area and are genuinely happy to help. The property is in a great location close to the airport…and the VIEW. It is very well maintained and the room was excellent. Can’t forget to shout out the housekeepers and security…loved staying with y’all and I’ll be back soon.

I had high hopes for this property after reading high reviews online. However, I ended up with a few negative experiences: - First room I was given had bugs in various places. We initially shrugged it off until we saw them on the bed as well. - When we mentioned this to the front desk, they moved us to a different room but did not so much as apologize or seem interested in the bugs. - Customer service was subpar from check in to check out.

All of the staff was welcoming, accommodating. The issue we had they settled it quick. From security to the front desk, wait staff and house keeping was great! No complaints. The view was AMAZING! Looking forward to our next trip to Jamaica! Thank you everyone!
