10/10! Only things I didn’t like: the beds were hard (but party hard enough & it doesn’t matter) & the first day we got there they had games in the lobby, but the other days they did not. The staff is AMAZING! Kevin, Nekesha, Trudy-Ann, Briskett (sorry if I spelt wrong) & Riri were all absolutely AMAZING! It truly feels like your home away from home! If you want to buy souvenirs on the beach, Kevin (he’s always furthest from the resort & not pushy) has the best items, & he’s so kind! We will be back!

Staff friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with the AC that was not fixed but it was not to hard to work around it. I had no control over the temperature and had to turn off the AC at night, they came to fix it when I was out of the room but all they did was turn it off. The room was clean and I had no issues other than that?

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Room was clean. Had to call several times during our stay as towels, coffee, mini bar not replenished. Food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
