The resort is upgraded the food is so tasty! Kuddos to the chef, I left feeling like I had a taste of Jamaica right from the resort (in my experience that’s hasn’t been the case as resorts like to keep flavors toned down because of guests preferences). The staff was great. Timmarley, thank you for confirming my excursion before I arrived to hotel, that was very kind. And hazel eyed Dominican staff who greeted us upon arrival, I failed to write his name but wow he was so pleasant and patient with my group. I would absolutely go back to this same resort.

Enjoyed this show /musical taking us through the history of Jamaican music, awesome!

issues i had - they forgot to bring my bag up, i found it and was ready to change so i went and got it also i had a leak in the bathroom sink and they were coming to fix it when i called but i said i have 2 sinks its ok they can come in the morning when i am out of the room.

I've stayed at this resort before and this most recent time was subpar. My aunt vhanged rooms three times for different reasons. The food was repetitive. Our app didn’t work and we couldnt reserve the steakhouse even though we stayed six days. The staff was unable to asssist with the app. The rooms were okay but on day four they changed the bedding but didnt put pillow cases on. I was not happy with the stay.
