Great food selection, room service , great vibes, only thing is there wasn’t much partying here. If you’re just looking to relax with a sufficient other or family this is the spot. But Riu Republica is better for 20s-30s people

The food was ok. I was expecting a full service dining experience and not a buffet style. Everything else was exceptional. The staff at the restaurants and bars were friendly and accommodating. The entertainment staff was top notch. They had so much energy and they would never walk by without saying hello or asking if everything is going well. A few of them even stopped and sat with us for a while just to chat it up. Amazing staff. Amazing energy. I’m definitely coming back again soon. I don’t remember much names but one of the ladies said she’s the baddest “bleep”. She was so nice to us. She sat with us and we had a nice conversation right before the game on Thursday night.

“Thank you to the entire team at the Riu Hotel for making my birthday trip truly special. Your warm and friendly service made me feel so welcomed from the moment I arrived. I’m grateful for the kindness, special thanks going out to the entertainment coordinators you guys are awesome. My husband thinks you work extremely hard to make all guest comfortable, the attention, and hospitality you showed throughout my stay. You helped make this birthday one I’ll always remember.”(the housekeeping staff could tone it down a bit in the mornings. There are a bit too loud.)

My family and i stayed at RIU for 5 days during a funeral in Sept, even though it was such a short stay(unfortunately) but we were quite impress with the attention we received at Riu Montego from the staff who was exceptional, rooms clean and spacious and the food was wonderful, Thank you Riu! hope there was not too much damage from Mellissa if so a great recovery to you and Jamaica🇯🇲
