It was close to the town so I could attend Mass on Sunday. It was good to have different dining options.
Great food selections each evening...need healthier choices at the mid-day snack bar. Got tired of eating brown food - Patties and Burgers, Hotdogs and Pretzels. Some service was excellent, and some was subpar - hit or miss for sure unlike the predictable awesome service we have had at other Secrets in Mexico. Transportation anywhere off property is very expensive.
Disappointed at room cleanliness and condition. Also disappointed only 1 server on beach for drinks ONLY.

The property was nice, though it did seem to have the feel of an older property with a recent renovation. Case in point, the toilet in our room didn't work until maintenance came to fix it, could see the rust on the patio door, the elevators had issues. However, the staff was amazing, the location was gorgeous, and the spa was top notch. I particularly loved that it was all adults. It was very relaxing.
Most pleasant stay at Secrets. Highly recommend.
Service and checking was terrible
Property was nice and clean. Building 2 looks a lot more older then building 4 which is preferred.
I loved that all of the staff were friendly and seemed really happy to be doing their job. The rooms were beautiful with everything we needed. The hotel also was really good with covid precautions and sanitation. I was impressed.
Food and beverage staff were very good, entertainment was also good. The check in process is the worst I've ever experienced, which is not helped by the unhelpful and callous front desk staff.
The location of the property is beautiful. Many restaurants to choose from. Some things that could be improved on are the following: when celebrating a special occasion ex: bday have a cake and candle available for travelers; provide more towels in the room; have some music/DJ by the main pool area.

The beaches were beautiful, clean and lots of seating.
