Upon check-in, the line was very unorganized, and people kept cutting ahead. The front desk also did not give me towel cards at check-in, and I only found out I needed one when I went to get a towel. I had to go back to the desk just to get a card. The room looks very outdated and worn. The faucets are loose, the conditioner was empty, and the phones do not work. I complained about the phone, and the maintenance staff took it, saying they would replace it, but no one ever came back to do so. The food is just okay; it tastes the same every day. On the positive side, the pools are very well maintained, and the beach is beautiful. However, my girlfriend felt a little unsafe because a man kept trying to sell her something.

It was huge and beautiful any and everything you can ask for.. only issue i had was when we asked for the shower head to me fixed on two occasions no one ever fixed it so we forth for 5 days with a broken shower head that kept leaking plus our phone in the room did not work for two days and we had too keep going to the front desk

The resort was nice and clean but when it comes to the food they should have more options to go eat besides the buffet. Also they should let guests know they need to make reservations for the other restaurants the day they check in. They did not tell us so we didn’t get to experience the other restaurants beside the buffet only. Other than that, the staff was nice and the property was safe and clean.

The resort itself was beautiful and well mentioned. The beach was amazing, the pools were nice. Our room was very outdated and didn’t look anything like the newly remodeled rooms in the pictures on their website. Our key cards deactivated multiple times throughout the week and we had to keep visiting the front desk to reactivate them. They also double booked our room and a family walked in on us sleeping at midnight. The staff at the front desk are rude, unhelpful, and give you attitude even when you’re being kind to them. They mumble under their breath and are very apathetic about their jobs. We were celebrating a birthday and anniversary. They said they would send up champagne and chocolates to our room, which we never received. Five days later, I placed a special request at the desk for champagne to be sent to the room. The lady reassured me that it would be sent up, yet we never received anything. The food was very boring and made almost every single member in my family sick multiple times. The buffet had the same exact selection every day (lunch and dinner), severely lacking variety. There were not many options to eat at all, unlike other large resorts we have been to. They also lost my family member’s bag on the way to the hotel, and everyone refused to help us. They were overall indifferent. The drinks were bottom tier and made with the cheapest alcohol possible. The bartenders, however, were generally very nice and welcoming. overall would not stay here again.

The property itself is nice. A tad bit outdated, definitely needs updgrades. I had an junior suite sea view. The lamps were old and yellowed. Bad lighting in room. The beds were outdated. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! This place is horrible!!! First of all it smells of sewage. The halls the rooms, everywhere.Then the roaches!! They are everywhere!! On the rooms, halls, elevators and buffet. I asked the housekeeper what to do. She mentioned that I could call maintenance and they could come and try to exterminate. Try!!??? I had to ask daily for basic items. No towels, soap, blankets, toilet paper . When I first arrived I assumed the room wasn’t set up.I had to request towels, pillows, toilet paper, facecloths and soap. Then I realized that I had to request towels and facecloths daily!! It would take hours. I would end up going to the front desk to ask for towels and facecloths every night . So annoying! I spoke with guest services, manager, front desk you name it. They don’t care. I say sorry, but nothing changes. NOTHING!! The place is falling apart. Peeling paint, dark dingy rooms, poor lighting and again the smell. Elevators that are out of service meaning you have to walk up many flights of stairs. Good luck if you can’t. The place is huge and the service suffers for it. You can tell and feel that the staff is just going about their business. No one cares. I could NEVER recommend this place. As a Jamaican it’s embarrassing. So many other places are doing an amazing job.

Book for 2 Expedia paid for 2. Once I arrived at the hotel they said I only had one booking and was forced to pay an extra $1000 still fighting for my refund. Most Staff is very rude nasty looks possibly jealousy. Half the hotel is off limits depending on on your wrist band. Half the hotel must use keep card for room which has to be reset daily. Other half can used wrist band for room entry. Food is very bland no season. All the best food are at the restaurant but you can only go to 3 with reservations depend on how many nights you are there I was there 6 nights. Barely any entertainment that they promise. Club been closed for 4 months but the site doesn’t say that. Only 1 show in theater a week but you must pay extra to go. Overall 3/10 entire trip.

The staff, specifically the entertainment staff is what made our stay the best. But the fact that upon checking in and arriving to our room, there were no towels and we immediately contacted the front desk multiple times...we didn't receive towels until nearly 6 hours later at 11PM. Then we had our room cleaned two days later, again no new towels were left, we had to be on the hunt and finally received some that evening. From fear of not getting towels we didn't get our room cleaned for the rest of our stay. The mini bar was poor name to call it that. The toilet paper holder was on it's last hinge. And there were never enough food - things were always empty like beef patties (never got to try one), bacon, mangoes, etc.

I was given a different room to what I requested and when I was switched to the correct room the following day is smelled like a sewer and had no towels or toilet paper. Whilst the food was in abundance a great deal was cold and undercooked . The pumpkin for the most part was cold,more cold dishes were cabbage, pak choi,mix vegetables. The oxtail was truly undercooked, however, my family and I truly had lots of great fun at your facility.

The amenities are dated but we were told that they are in the process of upgrading the property. The rooms lacked adequate power outlets. On the other hand the customer service experience was great. The staff was always kind, asking if they could assist with anything. The food was also good.

The staff were very friendly . They were very helpful. During my stay we went out of towels we called several times before we received our towels. One of my kid had used the bathroom but it was clogged. I called for help no one came to fix the toilet.

I stayed here few years ago and had a great experience however this time was different, I did not get the double bed room I booked, the hotel was full, and one blanket and a sheet to cover with for four people, I asked them for two days out of my four day trip for blankets, had to threaten to use the curtains to cover with for them to give me two small wool blankets that felt like sand paper. I even got as far as calling their corporate office, food was not appealing as last time, and the shows were bland musicians, not like a few years ago.
