Property had an issue with one of the towers so I was relocate to a different property. The new room was downgraded and no manager would speak to me. I was constantly told that a manager would reach out. I was never accommodated for this inconvenience.
The resort was clean did npt have to wait too long for items request . The staff was pleasant and respectful . Good food and plenty also 24 hr room service.
Most of the people working in resort very nice and trying to help you. The quality of the property is terrible and absolutely unsafe. I had ocean front suite. Let’s start in order 1. You can’t normally take a shower because it was leaking from everywhere and you need to cover floor with towels. 2. Water was dripping from the ceiling and it was cause my wife injury. It seems that after she slept on the water in the room and fell on the floor, she has pain in the back now, not only bruises. 3. It was constant whistling noise in the room because it was gap between glass door and the wall about inch wide. They tried to fix it with silicon, but it’s not how it’s works, specially on eight floor. 4. On the balcony railing was shaking about 2 inches, I’m repeating its eight floor. Administration didn’t even offer us to change the room, even after multiple pages with requests to fix a problems. On my vacation, for my money I had to spend hours with their personal, I’m not even talking about my wife’s injury. This is not cheap motel, I paid over $800 per night and expecting to receive adequate service and quality. Food was ok.

Great resort- you check in and everything is included and well equipped. Rooms were clean and well kept with some slight worn areas. Beach has some seaweed that staff tries to clean up and seaweed in one area but clear in another area to swim. Ocean water was divine. We o Oy went to the middle pool with the walk in area which was great for kids. Restaurants were good but some portions were small and some places do not have AC so it’s can still be very humid while eating. Splash pad for kids is nice. Most restaurants are more to the one side but it’s a short walk. Staff was very friendly throughout the resort.
I really enjoyed the Jamaican street party because it gave us a chance to experience the culture while being in a safe, secure environment.

We had a great time at the resort. The staff were nice, the grounds were beautiful and clean and the water in the ocean was unbelievable. We stayed for 5 nights and could not get a reservation at hibachi while we were there (they did offer 9pm on our last night at a non hibachi table but that didn’t work with our 5 year old). Our junior suite did not have a shower- only a bath- which we weren’t a fan of. We loved walking around the resort- it felt very safe- however one recommendation would be more seating along the walkways. The food was delicious- however I wish there was more to offer in the rooms as far snacks. Overall we had a great time and the resort was again beautiful- just could use some changes in our opinion to make it even better.
Didn’t like pool water temperature and the excess of seaweed at the beach. Everything else was awesome and would definitely go back to the same resort.
Absolutely beautiful property.
Resturants were very poor , no bar on the beach , no umbrellas on the beach , hot tub was cold , pools were cold , overall food was extremely disappointing

Customer service was top-notch. The manager Renae made my trip an unforgettable experience. My three bedroom suite was spacious and clean with a breath-taking oceanfront view. I stayed on the 11th floor in Building B. Nightly shows were entertaining and I enjoyed most of the foods at the different restaurants.
The staff was outstanding. Extremely friendly and wanting to please.
