My second time back and I absolutely love this resort! Already planning my next return!

Staff was super attentive.

We loved our stay! The staff was exceptional! The only minor issues were the inconsistencies with housekeeping and cleaning the room and mold in both bathroom showers. Also, the en suit toilet kept stalling after a flush. But the customer service was top notch and the food was pretty good. We would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent family vacation. It’s kind of a pain in the ass to get around with a stroller at first, but once you figure out how to access all the ramps through the parking, it’s smooth.

Will be back in a heartbeat. Our Butlers Aston and Denton were amazing and went above and beyond!! Went at a perfect time and had the beach to ourselves.

The resort was beautiful, staff was very friendly and food was excellent! Their is more limited food options, especially for lunch, but understandable due to how slow and quiet it was. The liquor options were minimal, if you want top shelf, you have to pay more. Additionally,

Everything was fine except our false positive Covid test. this cost us $1000 US in PCR tests as well as over $2000 US in airline change fees and extra days spent at the hotel. All three of us in our family had our pre departure Covid PCR test and it turned out that my husband received a false positive result. We are all fully vaccinated and my husband, my teenage son and I had done everything together and had all our meals together. No one had any symptoms. We believed it was highly unlikely that only he would be positive and asked the hotel for a retest. The hotel refused to give us the antigen test which is supposed to be included free of charge. Then only after a lot of insistence they agreed to another PCR test after I said we will pay again. The guest services manager said we’re not permitted to speak to the general manager (by telephone). They told us he must spend 14 days in quarantine and no other tests will be required. It seems the hotel has a vested interest in having guests stay 14 days in quarantine. They refused to give him the free antigen test and were highly reluctant to give his second PCR test. The first thing we were told by the hotel after receiving the false positive is since we didn’t pay for the covid insurance we would have to pay for quarantine. During check- we received a sales pitch to buy the hotel’s covid insurance. After additional days spent in the quarantine quarter my husband‘s second PCR test result was negative.

It was beautiful, everyone was friendly and went out of their way to help you. The only thing that I found was that there was no lock in room that you could lock from inside to feel secure. There was a keyless entry that opened with bracelet provided by hotel. If I had traveled alone I would be afraid.

The cleaniless, maintenence of the property and the customer service. Employees are very kind and go out their way to help you.

The staff was lovely and the food superb!

After leaving one resort, the Jewel was heaven on earth. From the time we walked through the doors until the time we walked out the doors we felt like family. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel welcome. The food was great, the pool and beach were so clean and easily accessible, and our room was clean and very nice. The view from our suite was awesome and we loved watching the sunrise and set. The only thing I would suggest is air on the elevators. Other than that, I definitely would return to the Jewel Grande and recommend others to stay there!

The staff was exceptional. They always went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The facility was clean, our room was very comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed every moment.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and amazing; Moyan Audia Andrew Nikeshia just to name a few people; the kids had a wonderful swimming in the pool and at the beach. The food was amazing; I could not have asked for a better vacation. I will definitely will be revisiting again. Just absolutely wonderful and amazing experience
