Everyone on the property, from the front desk to the doorman’s to even the chefs, were far past from amazing. Exceeded my expectations. They had everything to offer and they delivered in such a professional fashion that’ll be returning this coming Christmas.

The property and rooms were very clean. The problem was with service. First, the resort was not busy so there was no excuse for the lack of attentiveness. Drinks took forever at the bar. Very difficult to find anyone on the beach or the pool to take orders. Also, the dinners took over an hour to serve. I have been to many different all inclusive resorts and this one was definitely the worst. The most disturbing part was the security. I was literally attacked in the pool by a guest. She grabbed me by the neck and tried to drown me because she thought I splashed her. Security came and I filed a report. They made no effort to keep her away from me or my group. She continued to stand near me and taunt our group. I felt the situation was handled poorly. I was never apologized to or received any kind of restitution. I would've settled for a complementary spa service. I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life! I'm appalled!

Loved the location, the clean and spacious rooms, the view, the delicious variety of food and restaurants on the property, the accommodating staff. Didn't like that the AC wasn't working for 2 days and our ceiling fan was broken. But, the staff was very helpful and brought us a stand up fan.

I would have given the property a better rating. But the jewel grande is an older building and musty. It looks great from the outside but is ok on the inside. The staff is great. Food is ok. The sit down restaurants are better. But not open all the time. Spa is overpriced.

Rooms are great, big private and quite at night time. We had an ocean front 1 BD. Two Bathrroms and two showers definitely cut down on ourgetting ready dressing and getting out time. Very relaxing atmosphere. I woukd give the grounds, rooms, pools, beach a 5 star ⭐️ Rating. Food would be a solid 4 star ⭐️ as the breakfast variety should be more expanded ( hash browns are probably the best I had ever tried). Asian restaurant was probably the best as it offers variety of meat, fish and poultry but the steakhouse has the best meat. Overall we were just to busy relaxing and not overthinking it. Who cares if you Jamazing it the whole time. One thing I didn’t like is the Gift shop as it was the only place to get chachkas and the price for ciggs were $19 bucks. So a tip to guest: get the chachkas in the airport on the way back or in town. Ciggs too before you get to hotel. Overall We would give this hotel a 4.2 rating and would definatly stay again. Respect maan!!!!

Facilities and staff were very nice! Food was good but not great. Not as many ocean activities as I expected.

The service was not worth the price Jamaican are mean and rude I’ll never stay there again and will not recommend it that didn’t have hot sauce they didn’t have A1 stake sauce I’m talking simple things it cost too much 5 star prices with 3 star service never again

We spent 2 nights at the Jewel Grande. We got seamless airport-hotel transportation. When we arrived, we were greeted with a refreshing beverage and offered a cool lemon grass scented towel. We were escorted to our rooms by our butler and were later introduced to our other butler who doubled as our concierge. The hotel staff was amazing. The views from the property was breathtaking. All of our meals and drinks were included. The breakfast buffet and lunch buffet at Le Bouchon offered delicious Caribbean and continental variety. We never left the property and don't regret it!

I have stayed at many hotels all over the islands none have been as nice as the grand jewel , the staff is truely the best I have ever experienced . From Ricardo singing and joking on the catamaran ride to Jody,s smile ever morning at breakfast . The rooms are clean and large with great views od the ocean . 2 pools, great beach, great spa , this is a little slice of paradise , drinks were well made and strong , crown , chivis. Goose , myers , sky, 12 year old Appleton , just a sample of the booze. The food was Great ribeye strip filet , shrimp fish salad fresh fruit, all top shelf . I could go on and on this hotel blows secrets away , I stayed there last year to give you a idea .

Beautiful hotel. The beach was clean and the staff was very friendly and always willing to help.

Was a beautiful place to stay the landscaping was beautiful Damion the conciege was very helpful our butlers Aston and Gashado were very helpful the food was excellent the whole staff was very friendly and i would go again. the food and restaurants were excellent. The spa was amazing. the beach and pools were amazing. the rooms were very clean and lots of room and the view from the balcony of the oceanfront was just breath taking. I would recommend a friend.
