TV reception awful. No solutions found during our stay
Great Resort for an all inclusive the food and drink were excellent! I would’ve giving it 5 stars on everything, if it wasn’t for the first night, we stayed in a room that smelled sewerage, i wasn’t able to sleep all night and got sick. Luckily they gave us a different room and everything was good. The last day of our stay we ate at Origano restaurant and got a food poisoning I was sick all night and had to travel back home.
My wife and I just returned from a week at Excellence and are already planning our return. We loved the relaxed atmosphere of the resort, the dining options, the breath taking views but it was the staff that made our stay. I can't say enough about how amazing the service was at the resort. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room category we originally wanted was not available so we ended up booking a garden view room. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the room size, the views from the terrace overlooking the water. Yes! Even with the garden rooms offer amazing views. We stay in building 1 on the third floor, room 1324. It was a perfect location for us because most of the restaurants and breakfast buffet were right downstairs. It's also in close proximity to where most of the entertainment happens and a short walk to the beach and watersports. We are early riser and like to walk the beach each morning. During our walks we noticed there are ample seating options available so you really don't need to rush to get up and claim loungers or Bally Beds. If you are looking for more quiet area, take the walk down the beach by watersports. You will find plenty of loungers and Bali beds on that side of the resort. And if you want to see and amazing sunset, do it from this side of the resort. Room service was fantastic! Typically our meals were delivered in about 30-35 minutes. If you are looking to relax, be pampered and eat good look no further.
Absolutely loved this property. The food was amazing… The staff attentive…The overall Vibe of the resort was great.

There should be more Carts to bring guests to different destinations.
This was a beautiful property. They were always working to keep it clean and the staff were all so friendly.
It’s perfect
I am only reviewing dealing with the resort because we did not stay there due to the resort not willing to work with us to adjust our stay to arrive a day or two later because of a delay in receiving our COVID test result! In these difficult traveling times we were hoping they would work with us to try to adjust and accommodate. We lost everything due to insurance denying our claim. No stay no reimbursement no happy anniversary!
Didn’t like that no buffet at night
Staff is amazing especially Brenice at the front desk. I love this hotel, I will definitely be back.

Property was nice but we could not enjoy it because of corona virus and we had to go home early.
