The room and service were just ok. I find that unless you tip the staff the service is just mediocre. There was one night I went to bed without eating. I went to the Lobster House and waited for over an hour, then tried another restaurant and had a long wait time. I ended up ordering room service that took another hour, by that time I was done.

The best part about this property is the beach and then leaving... im not sure where people have stayed in the past but to give this resort anything above a 3 star is a lie. The service is terrible, dinner at the resturants is an actual joke with no system put in place , 2 hour waits and then bad food ..at the asian spot my friend had a wooden skewer deep fried into her shrimp LOL literally ate room service 3 out of the 5 nights there.. pool needs a revamp, almost every chair has a stain on it, tables all wobbly missing screws, i dont think anyone cleans the glass door or windows ever. sports bar is beyond weird, went in to order food , was ignored for 15 mins, then came over to get drink order , another 10 mins go by while the "bartender" was doing tricks and dancing across the bar, then we asked to order food and was told the kitchen closed 5 mins ago ha ha ha anyways back to the service, its like no one wanted to work at all. beach service youd get one drink and then not see anyone for 2-3 hours? dinner service terrible from hostess to waitress .... i was relieved to be going home by day 5... now a

Staff is awesome. Everyone so friendly. Food is terrible unless you go to the excellence two restaurants. All other restaurants and especially The Grill has steak that we couldn’t cut or chew. So low grade. Paid big dollars to stay at this resort and expected quality food. This was not our first stay at an excellence resort but would never return to Jamaica. Have to complement the excellence bartender Rodney. What a great person. Will miss him.

Altogether, the Resort was excellent. Some Restaurants opened randomly, and on the weekend, the capacity was insufficient. They offered a great variety of activities. But some of them were poorly prepared. They were even running out of supplies, such as not enough molds for candle making and not enough T-shirts for Tie-Dye classes.

Our stay at Oyster Bay was absolutely incredible from start to finish ! There is not one thing we would change. Everything about it was amazing… the property, the food , the drinks, the beach and the staff were absolutely superb (a special shoutout to HYANA and IAN !!!!! Can’t wait to go back !!! Just a little piece of heaven on earth !!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Shout out to my butlers ( Alex, Dontae & Zweli ), the bartender that came to the room for private drinks (Zoya she was a delight) overall i had an amazing stay. Spa was top tier, that was an amazing experience (hydro therapy and massage 10/10 Room was clean, food was good, no complaints. Will come back!
