The attentiveness and cleanliness. I traveled with my family of four, the restaurant had all options for us, service is great and personnel did not pressure too much. There were many things to do locally and different food choices. My room was small and comfy, we normally do not stay too much inside room, but bed was a little uncomfortable for my taste and recommendation to change sheets often as mosquitoes were everywhere! Overall I would come back to this hotel as the pros were over the top!

My family and I loved Moon Palace!! The food was soooo good. The staff was extremely nice. The other guests were nice as well. We loved that everything was right at the resort and we didn't have to wander off. There was always something to do no matter what time of day or night. My only two complaints were the distance from the airport and the fact that the drinks weren't particularly strong (not that I wanted to be drunk but a nice buzz would've sufficed). My family and I will DEFINITELY be back in the near future and I've already recommended the resort to others.

Beautiful property, great food and amenities. The service in some instances was poor and they did little to rectify the situation. The attitude was very nonchalant. 2+ hours to receive our luggage from the lobby. In the end we just collected them ourselves so we didnt miss a offsite birthday celebration. 1.5+ hours wait for room service.........and so on. That was the general theme of the stay. The staff seemed overworked and slightly disgruntled at times. So the experience was mixed. The service did not match the asthetic of the place which is unfortunate.

There was no visible signage that the beach was full off stinging Jellyfish . Neither was there any mesh to protect you from the stinging jelly fish. I did not know what stung me, so I went to a life guard for help; who sent me to the kitchen for vinegar to rub on my arms and leg. The kitchen refused to give me vinegar and sent me to the nursing station. The nursing station which had only one person looked at my swollen hands and foot, I was terrified because I did not know what bit me or what was going on internally in my body. She told me I got stung by jellyfish and sprayed a bit of vinegar on me, then said I should go buy Benadryl from their gift shop. I told her I needed to see their doctor since she said she cannot administer anything without a doctor; and I should pay some crazy amount upfront, and she will see if she can get the doctor. I went to their Customer Service Lounge where I asked for something to ease the severe pain and inflammation. I was told to wait, which I did for 35 mins before the lady returned with nothing. During this time another person came in and I requested for them to supply the Benadryl since they're responsible because there was no signage about jellyfish in the water. Had I known I would not have gone in the beach water. I am still waiting for this gentleman to return with a response from management. Another person tried to get me help. There's no functioning medical service. If you have any medical distress you are on your own. NEVER AGAIN

Water from pipe was smelly not sure why it had a sewage scent. Room before my upgrade was not properly cleaned and pillows smelled moldy. Food was delicious the best hotel food ever had. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Entertainment was 💯 the best every night started at 9-10 well done for the participants. Lidia and Monique from management team was very accommodating. Viola from housekeeping was very nice and helpful, Tyrik at pool bar made the best hummingbird drink. Jermaine, we bow down to you for decorating our room so super beautiful for our anniversary celebration, you did it with fine style clap clap you are a treasure employee moon palace is lucky to have you.

Customer service was good, food was ok in taste and variety each day however its a bit repetitive. Place was packed and with only 3 elevators on my tower we had to wait and since we were a family with a stroller we had to try and get an empty elevator most times which isnt easy. Customer service was the biggest plus for me on this stay. I cant rate the amenities like the flow rider etc because i didnt get a chance to use much overall for the 2 days i was there its ok i will go back without kids and for a longer time and give another review. I felt like i had to beg for the vip perk for late check in i kept asking..It was never confirmed. So we just left got the wine and the hotel credits which i wasnt gonna use anyway so in essence i feel like i didnt didnt enjoy any perks and yes they claim i got a room upgrade but it didnt seem like an upgrade to me. Just being honest. Big ratings to the staff though.
