Family trip. I liked being able to visit Jamaica and offer my American kids some American amenities while exploring typical Jamaican life and culture. I'm Jamaican myself and think this was a great place to stay. Staff was excellent and walking distance to shopping areas. Facility was clean and responsive when needed help. Would recommend to any family. The only annoying part was the persistent push to buy membership with the resort other wise, great place

I have stayed in many hotels and this has to be the worst. Very bad communication. We were not told about our resort credits until we asked about a massage. This should have been communicated to us on check in. Food was below par. I asked e staff at the boulangerie café and was ignore. The hot chocolate was weak and watery. In fact cheap is what I would used to describe this hotel. Another staff member thought it was beneath her to get me a spoon. Why are these people working in the service industry? Take my advice, do not stay here.

One of the best hotels I think i’ve ever stayed in within a caribbean island. Seems a little forced to do the “presentation” which is basically similar to a timeshare

RESORT CREDITS ARE A SCAM - To start, my fiance and I enjoyed our stay until the last day. Food was very good, rooms were clean, servers and bar tenders were great. All this a side, the lack of accountability the resort had on a mistake they made is insane. Prior to our trip, we booked a excursion with the app in order to get the date and time secured ahead of time. As when we booked we had 370 USD credits to use on excursions. When checking in, we were greeted by guest services who confirmed that our excursion was booked AND that the credits would be applied to the total (400 usd). We had to pay 30 usd out of pocket. A week later when we checked out, to our surprise we had a bill of 400 USD. They said that the credits arent applied to the excursion and that we had to pay out of pocket. We insisted that guest services confirmed that the credits would cover it. After talking to the front desk, they confirmed that we were told incorrect information and that they would send us to another department. That department told us to go back to front desk and that they had to fix the issue. After going back and forth for hours, we went to the PR team, who said they would help. Of course they did not help, and said they couldnt help as we were leaving in 10 minutes to the airport. We ended up 400 USD and no Resort credits were used. At the end they said, that specific excursion wasnt covered and that our credits were for spa and some excursions. Instead of telling us prior to everythin

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a good variety and quantity of food. The bellhop staff should be trained to be more professional even amongst themselves when in earshot of guests. I didn’t need to know information about paternity testing and child support while I waited.
