The staff was very friendly and helpful. Gabrielle at the martini bar made sure we had a great time with great service. I will come back just at the blue waters side.

I didn't like that my room didn't have everything in it already. We had to wait seven hours for wash rags. The mini bar didn't have anything in it. We had to change rooms cause the first one wasn't up to standards. Over all the resort was nice but the rooms needs to be undated.

Friendly staff

This property is not cheap and not everyone has the funds to upgrade to the Diamond Club. We were a group of 20 and everyone had a horrible time. The rooms are old, no hot water (it took 3 days to get maintenance to fix the problem), the door were falling off the hinges in my brother's room and the pools were filthy especially the one by the swim up bar. The card key would get deactivated every night so you have to go back to the front desk to resolve the problem. It took forever to get checked in by sullen faced employees. They would only smile and help after you tipped them. This is by far the worst resort to visit. Please don't waste your money by going to Royalton White Sands...

Love the staff and the activities and entertainment. The food in the buffet is good, however my experience with the other restaurants and room service was not good. The food is terrible in other areas.

My ONLY complaint was that the pool and pool bar close too early!

This was my first trip to Royalton. Had stayed at this property 13 years before as a different resort. Can’t wait to plan my next trip back!!!

The staff was very pleasant. The food could have been better. Resort was very clean and nice. However, they did not clean our room. We called 4 times for housekeeping and no one came. You have to stay on top of them about cleaning your room. That was annoying. Overall, it’s a 3 out of 5.

The maid and the guys who worked around the pool were great! Our room lost electricity which reset the air conditioner every day but one. The people who set up the excursion didn't seem to communicate well, but they were courteous. The men who did the snorkeling/glass bottom boat were great. My son, in the next room texted with the butler regularly. He never came to our room and introduced himself to my husband and I or asked if we had any needs, He did come into a restaurant, pull down his mask and say "this is my face". And he was the only one who could get anyone to come to our room when the electricity went off. Just very curious why he never came and interacted with us at all. We got one meal at 7pm. The rest were later. The first night was 9pm and we were not served till 10pm. We had a 6-year old. That seemed unacceptable to me. It seemed like a fight to get in to a restaurant every night. Our flight was delayed so the first night there we didn't arrive till midnight. So we were never given a tour and explanation of the resort. WE made our time fun and the weather was perfect but it didn't seem as though we were in a VIP situation at all!

Pools and restaurants were nice and clean, what is expected. Had a Family jacuzzi sweet that needs update. Room is in need of repair, 4 person jacuzzi which could barley fit a grown man did not work, called front desk every nite about the issue and no one ever showed up. Service at front desk was terrible. No one seems to know what there doing. Pay the extra money and stay at blue waters. Much nicer and Newer!!

Very nice place at an adorable price

The front desk lady was rude! I arrived at one and my room wasn’t ready till 4… I was tired and couldn’t shower because they couldn’t get housekeeping on the phone

Property was well kept, clean, and beautiful. We attended a wedding and everything was immaculate.

The property was well manicured and clean. Staff was very pleasant.

Everything was amazing.

The food was fair. Needed more restaurant choices. Too many lines. Too ambiguous for restaurant reservations. Could not make reservations for the Cabana. More entertainment needed for nighttime events.
