"Had a great stay at Riu Negril! The facility itself is beautiful, with a lively atmosphere and awesome entertainment throughout the day and night. The food options were surprisingly good, with a variety of restaurants that didn’t disappoint. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the overall all-inclusive experience definitely met expectations.
Most of the staff were courteous, welcoming, and friendly, which really added to the experience. There were a few moments where service wasn’t as respectful, but nothing that took away from the overall trip.
Big shoutout to the front office and check-in team for starting our stay off right. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend!"
