Very clean spacious the only problems were the bed very uncomfortable

The hotel was decent. Our room smelled like Raman noodles but it was manageable. The beds were very comfortable. It's was quiet. I needed assistance getting to my room and people kindly helped me. Justin was very kind and helpful. I put a note in my reservation stating that I needed a apartment on the bottom floor and they kindly gave me one. I was not aware I needed my own kitchen tools. And there is no oven. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Property has a bug problem. I saw two or three bugs. Exterminator is needed.

First, there is no lobby. I thought that was a little odd, but could overlook it. You walk through the unmarked outer door into the hallway where the unmarked opening in the wall located the office. Like the old "rent-by-the-hour" hotels in the movies. The desk clerk was nice, professional, and efficient. Had a good attitude and thanked me for my patronage. Hallways were narrow and dark. I think they were trying to save money with lower wattage bulbs, or some were burned out. Room was TINY, dark, and dank. Carpet was sticky. I could not identify the odor. Kind of like alcohol, but more of a medicinal nature. The ceiling bulbs in the room were burnt out, along with the actual paint color made for the darkest most depressing room possible. Horrible location, vagrants wandering the lot. I was worried that the car wouldn't be there or I would be filing a police report in the morning for the break-in. I just cut my $79 loss and was able to find another last minute hotel 22 miles away from there. Was a severe inconvenience with my early AM game, but I was not staying at WoodSpring. I would have rather slept in the car in a WalMart parking lot.

It was amazing! One of the best hotel i ever stayed out. Moment I walked in was greeted with a smile and even when I left they were still smiling.

It was okay. Just needed more towels and was cloths also an extra pillow

Just never again I stayed for a week and they didn’t clean my room not once. I went and told them it was a bug in there and I needed my room to be clean. The cleaning lady said she would clean it the day after I left. Only get two towels and you have to take your own trash out It’s like being at home cleaning your apartment

Seemed to be quite a few people living in the hotel. No shampoo and room was uncomfortable and dirty. Had it not been so late when I checked in I would have left and gone to another hotel.
