I got here an hour again and it’s alreadt starting off bad. Check in was supposed to be at 3 and I’m stoll waiting a hour later. The people at very nice and the hotel looks nice from the outside. The lobby is actually very nice, considering I’ve already been on here for an hour....

The check in was quick and the room was aesthetically pleasing. There long dark stray hairs on the sink, bathroom floor, shower and the nightstand tables. However we checked-in really late and not feel like changing rooms because we were only there for one night. One thing I did notice is there was only one to wash cloth, two hand towels and two bath towels. I personally use a separate washcloth for my face than I do for my body because I wear makeup. So it was inconvenient to only have two of each in the room when there were two people staying. Most Marriott's have an extra set in the room. At the time that we got there we would have to go downstairs to get an extra set. Instead of someone bringing it to us which would have been more convenient. Since we were out late a late check-out was requested and they gave us until 1 p.m. which was very much appreciated. We booked two rooms so we had two rooms pushed back for 1 p.m. check out. However there must be a breakdown in communication because we had housekeeping knock on the door not once not twice but three times asking us when we were going to leave the room. The second time a very rude and nasty lady knocked on the door and said what is the problem , why do you need extra time, why are you still in the room? When we told her we had late check out she said well how long do you need about 5 minutes or so? At this time it was 1205pm, I we have until 1pm for late check out, she said they gave you until 1pm and rolled her eyes and walked away. She was informed just like all the rest of them that we had been approved for checkout at 1 p.m. Still we had someone else come AGAIN at 1230 and ask us why we had not checked out. I called the front desk and asked if there was an issue with the late check out and I was told there was not. This was a very frustrating experience! The purpose of late check-out is to be able to get everything together and not be interrupted or harassed by housekeeping or the front desk to get out of the room which defeated the purpose. I would have rated them higher but the interaction with housekeeping and the hairs in the room with the lack of attention to the cleanliness just took the rating down.

We were here last year for our Teacher's Convention, and I did not get such a good experience. I had a king room that I shared with someone, and when I went to open the sofa bed, there were no sheets for it. Plus, the room was very crowded. This year, different story. I had a room to myself with the most amazing pillows and comforters ever. I didn't want to get up!!!! We ate lunch at the restaurant last year, and it was a disaster until the manager came and righted all the wrongs. Not really their fault, they did not anticipate such a large crowd. This year, totally different!!! Friendly, welcoming, non rushed staff, same fantastic restaurant manager, and superb food. A great value and a great stay. You will be spoiled here, I guarantee!!!

Very nice people at reception, valet, restaurant et al. Hotel accommodation very confortable and clean. Very good food. Their salmon and ceasar salad is my favorite entree. Excellent breakfast. Fitness center equipped of high quality. Last by not least, the guys running the bar are awesome people, special thanks to Jenniffer, Uchoa and Gino for your kindness, we travelers like to feel amongst friends when we are away from home, and you guys know how to make us feel good. Cheers!!!

We stayed for two nights. As mentioned on their website, the hotel has been newly renovated. However, the bathrooms have doors that slide across a rod above the doorframe, but do not close. I believe this is called "barn style." I asked the front desk about this, and was told it was purposeful, that it was the style. So basically there is no way to close the bathroom door. When I asked to change to another room, I was told all the rooms in the hotel had been done in this way. Seems like an odd choice for bathrooms. The front desk staff were friendly, although there was nothing they could do about it.

We stayed here for a work event and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and the location is convenient to all things Raleigh; plus it's right across from a huge mall. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again next time we find ourselves in Raleigh.

I stayed at the Marriott Crabtree Valley and totally loved it and you will too. The customer service is excellent! Be sure to stop in the Braise for breakfast and see Anne, she’s an excellent host and will ensure you are satisfied, between her and Amberly I didn’t want for anything. However my favorite time during the evening was the service received from Jennifer and Carmen at the bar. You will not be disappointed with this hotel. Although they offer free shuttle service, their main focus is on their clients coming and going to the airport. So if you’re traveling for business daily, you may want to look at Uber or rent a car. But be sure to check out the ladies I’ve mentioned.

Stayed here for business in early March 2018. The hotel has free parking and is convenient to the Crabtree mall and several restaurants. The concierge is fairly reliable and consistent. Workout facilities are excellent. The rooms, however, are small compared to most Marriott flag properties. The closet is also too small if you are staying over three/four days or so. Good option if you aren't staying long and won't be spending a lot of time in your room.

Updated lobby and room. Modern decor. Friendly staff. You can’t beat the location. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants. The size of the room is on the small side though. It even felt a little tight just for 2 people. I would have given this a 4 Star if it weren’t for the size of the room.

The host team was so friendly. They accommodated my needs, which included arranging a ride to the airport in the early morning, and even switching out the fridge in my room that was running loud so I could sleep better. Room was very clean, beds comfortable. I would stay again.
