Right off the get go, the staff at the front desk were friendly and warming. Made us feel like we’ve been there before. Like family. Our stay was awesome. It was an easy in and easy out for us. Really appreciate the whole hospitality we received. Definitely stay again on out next trip to the area.

Spacious room - very comfortable. Sadly when you took a moment to look the room really isn’t clean. Lipstick-type stains on the bed-skirt, spills in the refrigerator, the sofa side table was positively disgusting with spills and hair and guck. Beds were clean - though there was a random pillowcase that didn’t match any of the hotel linens on the bed. Staff was mostly nice, but when I treated them (group of three) on our last night no one even looked my way. Their market is not a market. It’s a few items in an open cooler, mostly drinks and some chips on the counter.

Unfortunately we didn’t get to experience much at the motel, but what little time we were there the staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and it was a convenient drive to the Lenovo Center.

Your hotel was THE choice for my needs on this business trip. I was attending two days of CLE at the NCAJ in the office complex across the road, the second day at which I was speaking, and I needed a hotel near the NCAJ at which I could get well rested during the night between the two CLE sessions. Although I did not have the opportunity to use it, I was highly impressed with the panel near the desk into which I could plug my computer or a streaming media box with an HDMI cable to use the TV as a monitor. The continental breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay again the next time I need to stay near the NCAJ.
