The staff was terrific. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was the inexplicable set-up in the bathroom. The door could not be opened or closed unless one stood in the shower. Really, really bad design. And a night light would have been nice.

There was mold everywhere staff changed my room but was just as bad. One of the couches had a brown stain on it popcorn in the couch. Overall had to leave 30 minutes later.
