Great experience, good place to stay in Raleigh good area too

Loved the location and how quiet it was. Very nice

Arrived to find hairs in the bathroom sink. Bathroom was poorly painted and caulked from moisture damage. Stained carpet in room, elevator out of order causing guest delays, breakfast area to small to serve number of guests, no eggs to eat for over 30 minutes. Skip this location, not worth the price.

Didn’t have towels, carpet was dirty, using the AC made the room damp, neighbor was noisy and they wouldn’t allow me to switch rooms.

Upon arriving, the the entire lobby area smelled like a sewer. I asked the desk clerk & he said it was coming from underneath the hotel. No explanation other than that. He was not very personable. I almost wanted to leave but it was late into the evening.

Was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience in the hotel

The front desk personnel were great. However, we did have two disappointments. First, the heat did not work in our room the first night. It was fixed and working the next day but went down again by evening. Second, no one cleaned our room while we were there for three (3) days.

Very accessible to the restaurant. Clean and accommodating staff. My kids enjoyed the outdoor pool.

My husband and I stayed in Raleigh for the weekend. Staff was friendly. Our room was very nice and clean. Complimentary breakfast was great!

The hotel was clean and very close to the nightclub we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly. If we ever go back, we'll definitely stay here.

Would book this hotel again. Great stay. Hotel staff was nice and rooms were clean.

The room was clean, the staff was polite, and it was conveniently located. This is what I would expect from a Hampton at this price point.

Only one complaint-- The elevator smelled a little funky first couple of days. Otherwise, a nicely done moderate priced hotel.

Friendly ,staff was good,especially the young black woman who fixed breakfast every morning. Music was too loud in the breakfast area and staff needed to be reminded to turn on lights in this area after breakfast.

Close to everything had a wonderful time gym and free breakfast
