This place has so many issues that I don't know where to begin. My first room had been made with dirty sheets (blood stains and hair between sheets). Second room had half used shampoo bottles and a used bar of soap on the back of the toliet on top of the fact the room hadn't been vacuumed. Third room the "manager" inspected with me, and while it was not up to the wyndam standards in used to i could (and did) live with it as my employer paid for it and the "manager" said it would take 3+ weeks to get our money back if I requested a refund. He also said that they were under new management for the last two months as an excuse. That being said i understand the renovations and lack of breakfast HOWEVER this is no excuse for dirty linens and lack of general housekeeping! Day 1-no housekeeping whatsoever; when I inquired was told you have to specifically ask for it. Day 2-they just took out trash, made the bed and took dirty towels. Day 3- I put plackard on the bed for fresh linens and did not get them as well as they took the remaining towel without replacing it (thank God I had packed one). Day4- they made the bed again and took out trash and that is it! Not once did they vacuum or even sweep the floor even though I had accidently dropped food on it which was still there when I checked out or brought me more towels or toiletries (with exception of toliet paper the second day). I will not (nor will my company) book here again when we have to cone to the garner area for training!

With obvious property and room upgrades that are badly needed maybe they should delay room rate increases after completion.

This was a good place to hang my hat for the evening and was an inexpensive place to stay so can;t complain. Very good location for the Raleigh area as it had easy access to lots of roads, decent restaurants and a grocery store two blocks away to grab essentials. They were very nice and took care of all my necessities when requested. . No ice machine on 3rd floor.

I accidentally booked a smoking room and I asked for an upgrade. The upgrade was $5. The new room was ok but still had an odor. Even the top sheet had a smell. Was not worth $70

As a touring Musician, I have stayed in a lot of Cheapo Motels. With this tour we figured we would stay in a place that was a step or 2 up from the bottom. Days Inn used to mean something. However, this location does not represent the brand well. They up charged us for the 2 rooms we arranged on line saying we only booked a single room with a single bed. We asked for ground floor rooms, They had us on the second floor... They said the "system" would not allow them to honor the original price and added an additional $12 per room to our bill.. I feel they regularly do this. By publishing prices at a lower rate they get more bookings. Once there the customer just wants to check in and would rarely cancel because "Same day rates" are typically more at other hotels. Red Roof Inn (recommended by the Venue) up the street would have been $79 when we originally booked. Day of it was $119. So ya, you accept the $12 up charge so you can get checked in. The staff and management obviously have little understanding of customer service or communication. It is never a good idea to just start charging a customers card multiple times to the point that extra charges are processed. Its not a good idea to use a second language in front of your customers in a gruff and condescending manner. It is not a good idea to blame the booking platform and customers credit card company for all the problems. Lastly, toast, Coffee, and OJ are not a Continental Breakfast.

The hotel staff at check in was great he laughed and so did I the stay to me was good..No problem at all..

It was a place that is not near many things but the staff was very nice. The mirror in my room was nasty

arrived around 3:00 pm and checked in room 117. asked man at desk for non smoke room. he said our room 117 was a non-smoking. well it smelled like 100 smokers in a 5x5 cell. tv would come on but no sound. tried to diagnose the problem of tv to no avail. told of problems we had at check out and man at desk said he would send in his cleaning crew. same man checked us in !. no price break was offered so I will never check in this dive again. only down 1 night for the PDRA drag race @ GALOT Motorsports park.

Bathroom shower was dirty and dingy. Bedside table was sticky. I slept on top of covers for fear of bed bugs. I was never offered breakfast.
