Dirty smelling room upon check and switched us to another room that was damp and would not cool properly and which was also so dirty we had to clean the bathroom and the common area ourselves. A day after our stay, we realize we were bitten by bedbugs. This place used to be a jewel now not maintained and cleaned properly at all. I’m itching as I type this eewww

Beautiful property. Restaurants on property were pricey. The breakfast buffet is $40pp. All food was delicious. Room smelled a little musty at first, but we were able to open the slider and get in some fresh air.

Ocean front room was lovely and well appointed. Staff was helpful - especially the breakfast crew on the day of our departure. Our waiter was super. helpful and energetic! We found the ourdoor bar (oceanside) WAY too hot to sit at the bar with the pizza oven right near the seating!

Exactly what you’d expect from a five-star hotel—a stunning location with gorgeous views, immaculate inside and out, and top-notch amenities. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, lunch and dinner were equally delicious (we especially loved the outdoor pizza oven!), and the bar service was fantastic. Endless opportunities for total relaxation. Highly recommend—we can’t wait to return!

The room was very nice, beautiful sea view. BUT, overpriced for the overall experience. For 700$/day: Breakfast not included. I paid 100$ for two breakfast that were very average quality and with a servant that was very bossy. Food at the bar was low quality. Just way overpriced!!. For that price you need to be PERFECT! And we are far away from that!

Second time we stay here. The staff was very friendly, beautiful views, convenient location, but shower door would not close all the way, beach had a lot of seaweed, breakfast buffet food such as eggs, french toast, bacon was completely cold, beach side Ocean Breeze restaurant has a switch over from lunch to dinner that was not informed, once the girl said they closed at 5 and it wasn’t true, another time we had to wait 20 minutes, when we tried to order ceviche appetizer they said it would take another 25-30 minutes because it was not ready. Meanwhile our entries took 25 minutes to arrive, While eating there were a ton of flies circling our food and drinks making it very uncomfortable to eat and enjoy the evening. The pina colada was very strong.
