I was a former employee of the hotel Intercontinental the barclay i visist this hotel many times in the past, it is pricey and the quality service has dropped certain employees arr friendly but others are not . They say non smoking but the stinch of cannibus was everywhere. The main entrance walk way was dirty with trip hazard, with the amount of money they make should be enough to upgrade the curb. Lobby employees should take courtesy training. They are the first one we see. Doormen are welcoming

Everything was wonderful. We upgraded to club lounge. All of the staff were amazing. The room was spotless. The amenities were great. The food was good. Direct access to the beach was the best part.
