The room was not completely clean from last guest. Room faced the highway and was noisy. Pool area was still closed but the patio surrounding was not clean but could have been were not clean and open. Apparently the exercise facility was open but it was not mentioned on checkin
New $7 charge for parking. No staff at the check out desk when we arrived (for at least 5 minutes). Mattress and pillows well below standard.
Comfortable bed. Clean room, Good coffee in available in the lobby.
Nice hotel. Had no problems,clean room and area nice. All of staff were helpful.
No good breakfast . Very bad compare others no good food
Minor complaints like no cream for coffee to make in room and no exhaust in bathroom. Staff was great. Business center was excellent.
The hotel is located at the center of Plano. So I can do my business meeting very easily there. Every staff is really friendly and the Bistro restaurant provided hot and delicious breakfast and dinner

Great location for us. Staff and price was perfect. Room layout for a simple 2 double beds was ridiculous. Out of all our travels I've never seen this layout before. Very interesting. We had 3 family members (mom, dad, daughter) but only one could be at the single sink at a time. The toilet/shower area was behind a closed door and that area was humongous (a ton of wasted space.) The counter space at the sink barely had room to hold three toothbrushes, toothpaste and a can of hairspray. All else had to be kept in our luggage for fear of knocking it in the sink. We literally had to get ready in shifts. Also, the big mirror on the wall seems to be strategically placed so that all that happens in the bathroom area can be seen from the second bed. Peek a boo!! Nice hotel but I don't think we'll stay here again. Whoever designed these rooms should be fired.

The room was comfortable . The bed was comfortable. Quiet !The only thing I would add would be a small refrigerator. Free Wi-Fi was great.
Staff service was excellent! The daytime receptionist helped our party find a good local restaurant on our way out. the room was comfortable the only complaint I had was that the ac in my room would turn off and on every two minutes with out actually cooling down the room, but the overall quality of the hotel exceeded the inconvenience of the ac not working perfectly
........BUT we had a pre-paid reservation for two doubles, and they didn't have any when we arrived at about 10 PM. Room had previous occupants hair in parts of bathroom. Would I go back? Well, maybe but I'd look elsewhere first.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was average, but very nice, clean. Our king size bed was super comfortable, slept really good. We were close to what we wanted to do which was go to the championship football game in Frisco. Shopping not to far from where we stayed which made it nice. The staff very friendly, helpful and made you feel welcome. The food in the hotel bistro was ok, great for the times you didn't want to leave to go out, so we enjoyed that option.

Hotel was a quiet location easy access but there was No restaurant opened at all times. Just Breakfast and the Beakfast was said to be FREE but we had to pay a hefty price for the buffet. We were disappointed in [...] the HOTEL when I mentioned it to them that they did not follow through. Also the room A/c was preset and it was very warm to hot during the night to an uncomfortable feeling. We left one nightg earlier because of many reasons but one being this reason, the room was too hot at times. It would do no good to change because all rooms had the same preset Air Conditioners. Other than that the staff was very courtesous, the hotel was very clean and the room and the room was cleaned after the first day upon our return very good. But IF we ever stayed in that area we would not stay in thast hotel or another hotel of this choice name. We will look for another of a better quality.
The best customer service I have ever seen. We called to let them know that I would check in a little late due to our meeting running late. When we got there they had our keys and every thing ready and waiting for us. The room was on the first floor which is always a preference for us and was great! We loved the short stay and will definately use this location again!
