GREAT STAFF

Room was fine but what really blew me away was the staff at this location. All staff at this hotel are not only EXTREMELY kind but went above & beyond to help me recover an item I left behind after checking out. I will definitely be staying here the next time I visit Phoenix (and won’t leave anything behind this time:))

Great property great value great people.

I stated previously I wasn't going to do anymore hotels.com reviews. The last review I did that was unfavorable with photos to support was not allowed due to some community policies or rules. Hotels.com is censoring any negative hotels that could benefit future guests by being forewarned by being forewarned of unacceptable conditions. This property was such an exception to what I expected I wanted to give a favorable review. The staff was professional the property was well laid out and the complementary hot breakfast in the morning was very satisfactory. I typically won't stay at an extended stay property due to smells in the hallways from cooking trash from long-term tenants and noise. But I didn't know this was an extended stay property and I booked it. I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are very spacious. One drawback was a rather large roach and an ant infestation in the kitchen and bathroom.

Absolutely loved this property. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. our room Was even better than we expected. Complete with a kitchen at with a nice sized fridge, stove, microwave, little coffee Maker. Dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc. Even a cute sponge and soap. the room had a separate bedroom with a tv, the living room had a nice table with chairs, a sofa that had a pull out with a bag of bedding supplies. another tv in the living room. And some amazing shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion that was chemical free!!! loved it and would stay again.

VERY NICE

iT WAS A GOOD STAY AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED. WE GO TO MAYO CLINIC EVERY COUPLE OF MONTHS SO THE PRICE IS IMPORTANT. tHE STAFF WAS LOVELY AND BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. IT COULD USE A COMFORT HEIGHT TOILET IN HANDICAP ROOM.

Good Surprise in Quality and Service

Thomas and Tiffany made this stay outstanding. We chose this hotel for its balance of quality rating and price, but Thomas and Tiffany made me GLAD we stayed here. (Which doesn't happen often in our traveling experience) Thomas displayed thoughtfulness and consideration when placing us in our room. My husband had become ill and we missed our flight to go to the hospital and we needed a hotel for the night. Thomas placed us in a first floor room close to the door and facing away from traffic so we could have a short walk and quiet night while my husband recovered. Tiffany came through at midnight when we needed supplies. She was ingenuitive, calm, and kind even so late at night. The room itself was great, too. A fully stocked kitchenette with a stove and full fridge made keeping ourselves fed staying in for the night easy.. We both loved the bed, which is ultra rare (usually if he likes it, I hate it and vice versa) The breakfast spread was stunning, with hot and cold options and a never-before-seen granola/parfait bar with flax seeds and more! If we are ever back in Phoenix, we'll definitely think of this MainStay suite first!

Great rooms! The only complaint that I have is that the ceiling fan was very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I would definitely stay here again.

The beds were uncomfortable, making it hard to rest. Someone knocked on my door at 1 a.m. and stood outside for several minutes. I couldn’t sleep after that.
