It was not what I expected. rundown, construction equipment all around, services were less than expected. Breakfast rushed.
Oof. This was really bad. I didn’t realize it was going to feel like a down and out motel. Bathroom caulk was dirty and crumbling, I would not take a shower there, tried to not look too closely at any of the fixtures, floor or furniture. Neighborhood felt unsafe. The only saving grace was that the sheets seemed clean.
Had to leave the hotel, not safe or sanitary conditions.
need for customers to feel secure and to update rooms...an older La Quinta
We never stayed due to the fact that I had reserved 2 rooms and when we got there they only had 1 room. We had to go somewhere else and find a hotel to sleep in. We only had one car. I got charged for the room although it was a hold on credit card. We never stayed. I need a refund!

Room was smelly, there were ants in the bathroom. For breakfast just waffles that you have to prepare without oil( they do not have it). You have to ask staff for everything- water, to refill spoons and other supplies for breakfast, bedding, soap… otherwise, you do not get it. There are places to eat at around the property. I booked this place not knowing all of the above due to proximity to the airport.
Poor lighting, difficult location, pool was locked with trash floating in it; homeless people roaming the property, loud train noises and traffic.
Staff was nice
No wifi or coffee for breakfast. Rundown and surrounded by homeless
So many homeless hanging out at the staircases. Property was so poorly lit, it looked closed!
I like the fact that I didn't see ANY bugs inside the room at all out entire 2week stay that was a plus considering all the trash and homeless that is around that area along with it being located right next to a fire station And train tracks ..yeah need I say more?
The parking lot had alot of homeless people park in parking lot. The hotel room was dirty and had bed bugs. We had to leave after we told manager.
Property seemed very unsafe. Many people roaming around, it looked unsafe. When we got there there place looked terrible luckily the lady at the counter was very understanding and helpful and cancelled our reservation. Not a place I would take family
Staff were friendly. Unfortunately there were Stains on bed sheets, curtains were soiled and had holes in them. Bathroom had trash leftover from previous occupants. Carpet in the room could do with being replaced. Completely breakfast was poor quality. There was lots of noise from outside the room all hours of the night.
