Sheraton Crescent Hotel

Sink was cracked. The fridge made loud noises all night. Shower vent was dirty and gross. Gum in carpet. Sunflower seeds on ground. Toilet screamed when used. Paint terrible. Halls damaged.

Me and my husband stay for 6 nights, beautiful place with great restaurants, huge parking, delicious breakfast , best coffee ever and fresh fruits every morning!

Was given the worst room in hotel! NO A/C. Was advised that this room has history of poor a/c. Was locked out of room several times. Front Desk said their records indicated check out. Then a lady walked into the room with her key saying the room had been assisted to her.. Front Desk could not explain the issues. How do you assign a room with an occupant? My weekend get away at this hotel was a nightmare. I can't help but wonder if booking through ORBITZ was a smart move - also can't help but wonder how much of this was human error. NO HOUSEKEEPING the entire stay...

VERY NICE HOTEL AND REASONABLE PRICE AND COMFORTABLE

We just left a week long stay at the Sheraton Crescent in Phoenix, this hotel stay was everything I hoped it would be. Our room was upgraded to a King since the double room wasn't cleaned yet, it was beautiful! Our view overlooked the pools and had Mountains in the background, breathtaking! We stayed on the Club room level and were so happy with the breakfast and food everyday, also, the free water and pop all day long came in very handy since every day was over 100 degrees. All of the staff was so friendly and did an amazing job of making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful hotel! Felt so refreshed to only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I was charged accidently for an extra night. But as soon as I brought it to their attention, the situation was rectified. I also loved that they let me check in a little earlier than my scheduled check in time. Overall wonderful experience. I don't know what they clean their lobby with, but it smells amazing! There were moments I didn't want to leave the hotel.

Poor wifi connection, stain on carpet, needed updating

I've stayed at Sheratons in the past, however, they have never been as nice as this hotel. I'm a loyal Marriott patron and, clearly with Marriott acquiring Starwood, all of their chains are moving to quality accommodations. The staff was great, gym fully equipped and machines working, room immaculate and quiet. I would highly recommend.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the location was perfect.

Nice and clean room. Quiet, nice installation Good breakfast

It was good except the dining area is very expensive. One good thing is having a shuttle to take you around

This hotel was very relaxing! Need minor upgrade but still upholds the elegance, cleanliness and professional hospitality!

The staff was nice and helpful everything is there no need to go anywhere else the kids enjoy the pool and slide.

Pretty nice inside. The rooms look nice. It's just the details are dated: the carpet had stains, the wall paper had some stains, the grout around the tub was cracked and dirty. The pillows were nice but the beds are very uncomfortable.

Phoenix in June, no pool should be closed for maintenance! Do that in March! Otherwise decent stay. Hotel was a little older than it looks in the pictures.

Very nice hotel, staff was excellent and helpful. Very nice amenities, decent location. The only negative, the room was outdated, poor TV, lack of electronics connections, fridge did not work.

Very nice and clean hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Great location close to I 17

This hotel was very over priced for my stay. When I checked in they didn't have my upgrade which I had previously paid for. The rooms were not clean, we had a problem with our sink and I called the front desk multiple times for the same thing and never got what I needed. Including a wake up call for my last day to make our flight. This was an SPG fail.

Bathroom wasn't the best but amenities was great. Was close to the business and the look and feel of the place was wonderful. The staff especially the front desk was very helpful. The food ordered via room service was okay (got the burger and fries).
