It was very quiet and peaceful, the lobby is very nice and easy free parking

This property use to be really nice.. over the years it feels like they've stopped updating the rooms. The lobby is nice and kept up. Rooms are nice at first glance. Bed was an old box spring. Lamp shade was broken. Lots of chips in furniture, ripped fabric, peeling wallpaper, and the headboard was cracked/ well worn. The bath mat was completely soaked before we even used the shower. And because of the shower curtain design water gets all over the floor.

The staff was great customer service was great to and hotel location was good and hotel was nice environment and I have pleasure to meet with supervisor TRACI LOPES, and her staff members there was excellent and great hospitality, and I look forward to come back again thank you

It was a OK experience. Hotel and pool area need some work.

The woman working the front desk on 8/28 was so friendly. I know her last name is Jackson. She was so helpful

Hotel was nice. Needed more elevators open. Staff was nice.

The best nice clean love stay there beautiful good staff friend ly

Great place for our soccer team. It was very clean and people were courtious.

nice central location. Property could probably use a face lift... seems a bit dated. Room was clean and modern. Check in was a bummer- was told breakfast was included (which I found out that was incorrect the next morning). Also only one person in check-in and no bellman to help with luggage. Price was good value and parking convenient

The room given to me did not look like a standard room. Moreover, it had a very loud AC unit that did not let me get much sleep. The hotel itself could use a complete update. Needless to say, will not be going there again.

Ice maker dosen't work, and the elevators are bit bit shady

It was nice for the area but it is very outdated. The hotel room was 59 degrees ( we were freezing) and the heater didnt work. The employee said "well the fan works, ill bring you more blankets. " There was webbs hanging from ceiling and i found a couple bobby pins on the floor from past visitors. The balcony had cigarette buds everywhere. We were told we could take the shuttle anywhere with in a mile to eat and they would bring us back. We went to a restaurant a mile away, one they suggested, they dropped us off we called an hour later (8pm) for pick up and no one answered phone. 30 mims later we ended up calling a lifty. We stayed for 3 long nights!

staff are very friendly. I would stay again and advise for others to stay.

Pleasantly good and proximity to the airport was convenient

It was all quite nice, except that the bathtub faucet for some reason delivered so little water that it took 15-20 minutes to draw a bath. Water pressure at the sink was normal, so I suspect it is something in the valve.
