The online pictures are fake and misrepresent this property. The bathroom countertop has burn marks on it from drug use. I immediately checked back out after entering the room.

HomeTowne Studios Phoenix off the Black Canyon freeway was the worst possible "stay," hotel service, and rooms anyone of sound mind could experience. It took at least 50 minutes to get a room due to housekeeping still “cleaning rooms.” I had politely told the front desk receptionist that I had to pick up a friend from the airport at 9:20pm and just needed to quickly get out of my hospital clothes and shower. When I finally did get the room, it was the filthiest thing I have ever been inside of. Firstly, it smelled of cigarettes. I was skeptical that the room had been ever cleaned at all. No part was safe to touch. Disgusting countertops, bathroom, tub, BED BUGS on the sheets!!! And NO supplies whatsoever including basic hotel and HYGIENE necessities like hand soap bar, body wash, towels/washcloths, shampoo/conditioner, NO blanket either!! There was dirt and dust all over. NOTHING was done about the room that night and I was told "housekeeping had gone home." I refused to stay in those conditions as I did not want to spread any pathogens to others, especially patients inside of the hospital I work at. Orbitz booking was contacted and it took over 2 hours for representatives to do anything about it and it wasn't until 5:30AM the next day, literally 30 minutes before I had to go into work, were they able to find me a room elsewhere. So I got no sleep. I contacted the front office the next day to explain the situation & the rep was very short and rude with me and clicked on me!

Check in was easy, staff was very friendly. Room was not well cleaned, there was a pill on the floor next to the bed when we checked in. There is a kitchenette included with the room, which is nice for longer stays.

Trashed but service was accommodating

Totally did not feel comfortable. Front desk was wearing a bullet proof vest. Our door looked like someone had tried to knock it down.

Very rough area, my door lock stopped functioning, security had to break the door down for me to get my stuff, and they had no other available rooms so I had to leave on Day 3 of 7 day stay.

I reserved two rooms and both had old, outdated kitchens. Both bathrooms were filthy and had cigarette burns (dozens of them) all over the bathroom counter. It smelled horrible and one room had no trash can. When we went to ask for a trash can, they told us they would bring one down. After returning from Dinner, it still was not there. Called again and they brought it down and slammed it on the ground outside of the door. When we opened the door, the garbage can was FULL of ripped up rags (cleaning rags, I think). When we asked where the ice machine was, we were told there was no ice. I paid more than $300 for the two rooms (one night only) and I would not recommend paying more than $50 a night, and only if you are desperate for a room. I will NEVER go back to a HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof in.

Property VERY DIRTY. Walk ways, Stair cases all grossly stained and smell...cigarette butts all over....Our room was very bad..Non smoking room smelled like smoke, had roaches...rusted out medicine cabinet with cracked mirror, kitchen countertops were all spot painted and looked terrible...refrigerator verry noisy and had a makeshift cord hanging down inside the middle with a regular lightbulb. Phone didn't work. WORST EXPERENCE I EVER HAD... .

Our room needed new paint , a new door to the bathroom, {it had holes in it like someone punched or kicked it}, the tub needed caulking, there were various bugs , there was no coffee maker, I was unable to get an extra pillow.

Overall I was extremely disappointed with the room I got. Besides the front desk attendees there was nothing that I liked about my room. It totally needs a new makeover. The bathtub had rust spots, leaky faucet, the bathroom door was peeling apart, and there were insects that should not be there in the first place. There was dust on the metal bed framing, like the room had not been properly cleaned in a long time. Over all the room would not pass a military inspection. I had the room for two nights but ended up departing a day before.

Toilet seal was leaking water under wood flooring for a long time. Nasty water kept oozing up thru cracks in flooring and tracking all over room. Floors were not mopped or cleaned for too long. Towels came up black after wiping up floor, anywhere! Changed to another room and had the same problem. If you stood in the bathroom more than 10 seconds, nasty water ozzed up through the cracks and tracked everywhere you walked. We had two bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth in each room. I asked for another hand and wash cloth but they only serviced weekly rentals on one day each week for three buildings, Tues, Wed and Thur. No ice machine, nothing to make your stay more comfortable and no intrest from front desk as to lack of adequate towels for guests. Very poorly run and managed. I give a 2 at the very best!

This was a very poor excuse for a hotel. I knew I was going for cheap/inexpensive, so I guess I got what I paid for.

WARNING: Horrible, horrible, horrible hotel. I flew into Phoenix for my college graduation and chose this hotel near my college. The hotel room was infested with roaches. I immediately went to the front office and complained, they showed us two more rooms infested with roaches. I told her I couldn’t stay in a hotel infested with roaches. Her response was I wouldn’t stay her either. We packed up and left for another hotel. Now this hotel refuses to give me a refund even though we didn’t sat in the roach infested hotel room. Don’t waste your money or time.

No. Just don't. relentlessly aggressive resident meth addicts follow you to your room banging on door demanding cigarettes and money at any hour. request a towel and you will be told no linen unless a full week is purchased. they had one on the office floor and tossed that greasy bloodstained rag at me with a smirk. final insult was being told my fully prepaid and booked price was 'accidently' misquoted by human error in office and i must 'pay the difference in cash now or leave'. who does that? never in my 40 years of living has the customer been required to eat the difference for the company's (hometowne suites and orbitz') mistake that i reserved in good faith. i feel dirty for having been involved in this experience on every level. please stay away from this place. orbitz and hometowne suites, may you feel free to address ignored refund requests at any point and for so may reasons as i've listed. perhaps you can start with addressing how your LGBT PR campaign requires hotels that agree to champion that and committ to 'safe space' tenets would allow an employee to mutter "f**king fags' rather audibly as my partner and i passed by their station. we continue waitng for your satisfactory rectification in regard to all.

I don’t recommend it. The room was not clean. Lots of noises

No es muy socio el lugar la gente que esta a los alrededores son persona, que se ven . Adictos
