I stayed here because the rate was affordable and there were not many options with spring training and the NASCAR race. The hotel is very dated. There was no maid service at all for the 5 days I stayed. There was construction/remodeling on the building opposite the one I stayed in. Road noise was loud. I choose to not relocate because I was by mysel and the AC worked well. I cannot recommend this hotel.

We wouldn't stay there again, we have stayed in rooms that cost the same but we're super clean.this place was like the cleaning staff didn't care at all

My suite was supposed to be equipped with pots pans dishes ext but never brought to me the the fridge had never been pulled out n cleaned it was sticky n dust covered the back tv had a horrible picture and had an inch of dust on it . I felt that the room I was given was the worst grade because it was a special deal .

do not stay here. duty place. no sheets. no towels. rude staff. place has not been clean in a very long time. disgusting place. the worst ever and i have slept in bad hotels but this one is awful and should be closed down.

I called this hotel 3 hours ahead of time & spoke to Darin & asked if my friend & I can stay in the same building or level since we are riding together he stated it was not a problem. When we got there and checking in we were in separate buildings & I advised I called ahead to make sure this was not a problem. He stated there was nothing he could do. The property was going thru construction as well. 24-hour front desk was not the case when you called it continued to ring & when I walked the sign was on the door that they were out of the office & on the property. Air conditioning unit in my room kept going in & out like it was breaking down. No cookware, dishware, and utensils, housekeeping never cleaned room daily, no coffee/tea maker, and no iron/ironing board was in the room. When I requested an iron/ironing board it took then 2 days of constant nagging to get it. Bathroom door had holes in them, drawer on dresser was broken, and sheets on bed had burn marks on them. Refigerator had a jar of Pace picante sauce in it so I'm not sure if room was ever cleaned. I have pictures of some things above if needed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone EVER!!

Came to enjoy Spring Training. Moved to a different place the next day.

This room was very uncomfortable. There was no blanket in my. Room, the place was very gross. I barely wanted to sit anywhere in that room

This hotel was worth every penny! Great amenities, friendly staff, & IDEAL location! Tucked away behind beautiful landscaping, really makes you feel like your not stuck in the city for sure! I would highly recomend this hotel to anyone traveling to Phoenix that is looking for comfortability at an affordable price!

the hotel was over booked couldn't check in so it sucked !!!

The hotel had a bed and full kitchen which is all we were looking for. Didn't have much else.

Was late at night and I was looking for a place last minute.found crosslands online and headed over there.an ok room with a fridge.decent stay u get what u pay for.close to the 17 and some attractions.i would probably stay there again for a night.

Cheap, had a bed, shower, box tv and fridge. all we were looking for.

I've stayed 6 nights on this Hotel. On my entire 6 nights no one clean my rooms in order to replace a new towels you will have to drop off yourself at the Front Desk and they will replaced it a new towels and that's it. Bathroom lots of mold carpet dirty. We found insect inside the bed. Front Desk staff very unprofessional they don't care about their guest. I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel.

I had made a pre-paid reservation. However when I arrived late Saturday night my room had been given away. I had to call someone on the phone as there was no lobby open. That person, not very friendly, told me they had overbooked. He was clueless what the refund policy was and made no effort to accomodate me in any way. Not a good experience.

the office was closed at 10 pm, so I could not check in. Then office manager let me in. But the room was dirty, smelly so I left and booked another hotel.

A lot of lingering people asking for smokes. The kitchens are good and it's a great place to stay short term.

Specifically requested ground floor, got second floor. Room smelly. Went back to front desk, requested ground floor due to handicap issue, was relocated to room that was already occupied, room was trashed. Ended up cancelling reservation. Check in clerk was nice enough, if somewhat preoccupied. Seems to cater to less desirable clientele, lots of "macho" men hanging around. Worst experience I have ever had.

This is a great hotel!! Love the staff and the amenities!

There were some concerns @ first, but they were readily taken care of. The place was clean, the front desk helpful. I would stay there again. I appreciated the studio with a kitchenette.

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, but I will never stay at that hotel again due to the state of my room. I walked back to the front and had to switch rooms because the first room key I was handed, the room was not even turned over. I agreed to stay in the second room even though it was a smoking room and had a comforter that had dozens of burns on it, and the chair in the room had the bottom falling out of it and I made the mistake of picking up the cushion of the chair and instantly replaced it because what was under it was disgusting... Cockroach body parts and various trash. I will never recommend staying there, nor will I stay there again.
